Beachfront holiday rentals in Primosole Beach

We spent a very pleasant week in Andrea's house, which has a magnificent view of Etna and the port of Pozzillo. The village has remained very authentic and allows you to rest after visits to more touristy towns. Swimming from the rocks is very pleasant and you can observe the fish with a mask and snorkel. The terrace allows you to observe the back and forth of small fishing boats. You can buy fresh fish every morning in a little shed where fishermen sell their catches. A small bar/ restaurant just opened in the village (Il Gatto Pescatore) and offers croissants, ice cream, granite, cocktails, delicious aperitif trays and pinse (light pizza), just steps away from the port. A very pleasant experience!

It was a week of complete rest. The view of the sea and the comfort of the apartment was wonderful. It has everything we need, except for spices and cleaning supplies. There is a grocery store with everything 1 minute away and Koshila is very kind and willing to help. I loved it, very well decorated 👌🏻

The best place to stay in Catania, literally by the seaside so many good breakfast places and there were not too many people. Percect for people who like to sunbathe go for a walk and prefer open spaces. Airbnb was clean and with so many accessories like spices, olive oil, some snacks, water and many more! Everything was just the way i expected it to be❤️ Thank you Dario and Gisella one more time! Definitely will consider this apartment when i will be coming back to Catania.

Emanuela is a great host! The apartment is a gem in a beautiful village. The early morning sunrise from the balcony facing the sea is stunning! I feel at home the moment we stepped in to the apartment. Highly recommended!

Accommodation in an attractive, quiet location. Secure parking. Tastefully furnished, super clean apartment with everything you need. Nice surprise in the form of refreshments after a challenging journey to welcome you. Excellent communication with Giampiero.

Diego was the best host ever! He welcomed us personally and gave us all the instructions we needed to enjoy our stay. He’s also an experienced tour operator and gave us fantastic tips on what to do, where to eat, and more. He even helped us organize an unforgettable excursion to Mount Etna. The house is clean, comfortable, and in a great location—just steps away from the sea. We use Airbnb regularly, and Diego is definitely the best hosts we’ve had!

Sam helped us with beach and restaurant recommendations, the place smelled so clean when we came in. He told us where we can go swimming (10min walk). Everything is described in airbnb, its good value for money. All in all, great stay tbh

breathtaking views and tranquility facing the sea. We enjoyed staying at Marco and Omar's place, small convenient grocery store 100m away and owner of the jovial and honest place, nice meeting.parking on the street not too busy at this time of year.

We had a nice time at Melina's place as a group of friends, of 3 people. We were able to reach the address easily by rental car. Without a car and in hot temperatures, the steep ascent/descent is certainly a bit challenging. We had a very early flight and were even able to get into the apartment much earlier thanks to Melina's flexibility. It would be important to mention that Melina really only speaks Italian and the check-in was a bit quick, but we understood basic information thanks to English notes. The apartment is a little out of the ordinary but fine and we got along well. Melina was always quickly available for questions and sent us a few addresses for restaurants and excursion destinations at the beginning. When checking out independently, it should be noted that the entrance gate has to be opened with the key beforehand, we had locked ourselves in the yard in the early morning hours.

Prepare for the view! It's expansive just like the photos which was wonderful as sometimes the photos show a view that isn't quite as accessible! but WOW!! Carlos's parents met us at the property and showed us around. The apartment was spacious enough for us and our friends. The kitchen is small but we created some great meals! Definitely need a car. There is a cafe and petrol station about a 8 minute drive back up to the main road. and a Lidl and other stores a 16 minute drive. We were there for five nights beginning of November so pretty much no one around but imagine complex would be popular in the summer. pool was closed for the season. The only negative really was the entire complex itself....it was very untidy, weeds, the roads were potholed and generally poorly maintained. could be end of season but looked longer than that. However our apartment and building was fine and we had a great time. Thanks Carlos!

A place with a view. Outstanding view over the ocean, rent the apartment for that! The area is wild , with rocks into the ocean. Lovely place to bath, but it takes a little strength to come the ocean and some stairs to walk. Out of the season is there not many other people.

Everything was as expected, except for the photos of the pool that were not up to date. Being the current pool much better than the one published

My mum and I loved our stay at this property. It had everything we needed and was a home from home. Giuseppe met us at the local petrol station to show us into the property. it can be tricky to find using maps so I would recommend always going back to the garage when returning to the property. Giuseppe was very hospitable and gave lot sof recommendations of things to do during our stay. Whilst we were there, the pool was closed, however this wasn't a problem as there are multiple beautiful, peaceful beaches/ coves within walking distance. Would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a relaxing sunny holiday.

Overall, the stay went well. We were warmly welcomed and helpful, and the listing is a great fit. First note (which is not about the accommodation): it's a shame some nearby beaches are not accessible to the public. The second note is for some neighbors (maybe owners?) in the residence. We felt like they don't really appreciate the tenants (vacationers).

We had a fantastic stay in Giuditta's pearl of a house.

The accommodation is quiet and has a magnificent view of Mount Etna by the sea and with a beautiful pool. Our host was very responsive to our requests and provided us with the requested info. For this accommodation, it is preferable to have a car (parking space provided) even if there is a convenience store at the entrance of the estate. The accommodation is well equipped (no TV) but the wifi is sometimes a little slow. The complex would benefit from a little renovation.

This was such a lovely and relaxing place. The outside space with the patios was amazing. There’s plenty of space indoors with a well equipped kitchen and I loved that the bedrooms are downstairs so you don’t have to bring the luggage upstairs. It was an easy drive to visit Taormina and Sergio was nothing but helpful with tips of where to park and places to eat. We would definitely return!

We were very pleased with our stay. Alessandro was very communicative, at check-in, in case of problems, when transferring our daughter to the airport. We enjoyed the small terrace very much, but it felt almost directly by the sea. We can only recommend the apartment. Volker and Iris

I had a wonderful holiday at Salvatore’s place – the location is truly beautiful, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. The scenery is stunning, and the surrounding area offers a delightful experience with lovely restaurants and local services. The atmosphere is warm, and the welcome was genuinely heartfelt; I felt at home right away. Salvatore is a thoughtful and kind host who does his best to ensure guests feel comfortable. I also received help with some practical arrangements that we had agreed on in advance. I’ll carry fond memories of the unique charm and warmth of this place. If you are not looking for a modern room but an authentic Italian villa, this is the place for you. The sea is close, as is all the cities all around. You are very safe here with your car and sleep peacefully. Alessandra also responds to extra requests. We were also very surprised by a welcome gift and sufficient water bottles. A spacious, modern apartment with excellent design features. I love the high double ceiling! It's conveniently located near the central station and within walking distance of Main Street, making navigation easy. Situated on the top floor, the stairs are wide and manageable even with luggage. The host is helpful and responsive.

thanks for the lovely time in Sicily. the view of the sea is amazing and the sunset from the bedroom terrace is spectacular. ideally rent a car that can handle the lovely cobble stone road leading to the house 🏠.

I went to Catania, after 50 years, to visit my cousin and her family, and to make it known to my son and his French girlfriend. A little Sicilianity, as an antidote to prevailing narcissism, is an absolutely necessary thing. And we started with Mrs. Iole Amelia's check-in, with a deep warmth. The place is super comfortable, spacious, bright. It is felt that the host has the desire that guests feel at home. A Mirò print allows an immediate measurement of it, the bathroom has an imperial shower. The washing machine also shares this view, and it doesn't take the risk of waking guests up with night squeaks. The handicapped can't help if they can make a few passes. I slept in the living room sofa bed, leaving the bedroom to the two lovers, respecting Jacques Prévert's poetry "The boys who love each other", with great satisfaction for everyone.
