Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Primorje-Gorski Kotar County

Der Aufenthalt bei Dragana war sehr schön. Sie und Ihr Mann sind tolle, ganz freundliche Gastgeber. Ihr Appartement ist zwar ziemlich klein, aber man hat alles was man braucht. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist sehr schön, sowie der Weg zum Meer hinter dem Haus. Die Umgebung ist auch schön und die Promenade liegt ganz in der Nähe. Der Flughafen liegt zwar in der Nähe, aber wir haben nur bei unserem Spaziergang einen fliegen gehört. Vielleicht liegt es daran, dass wir außerhalb der Session zu Besuch waren. Wir haben es auf jeden Fall dort genossen.

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

We hebben heerlijke 2 weken gehad met ons gezin in dit huis. Super fijn weer gehad en alles wat je maar kan bedenken was aanwezig in het huis van Natalija en haar familie. Vlakbij Labin, ik denk een van de best gelegen plekken van Istrie! We hebben genoten van het strand in Rabac, goede restaurantjes vlakbij en van hieruit heel Istrie verkend, Rovinj, Pula enz. Ook de plitvicemeren gezien en dat is 5 uur op en neer maar de moeite waard. Hele fijne tijd gehad! Dankjewel!

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Wir waren jetzt schon das zweite mal bei Ingrid- und es hat uns wieder total gefallen! Das Häuschen im Wald ist schön kühl und zum Meer ein gemütlicher Spaziergang mit den Hunden! Vielen Dank für den freundlichen Empfang und die liebevolle Gastfreundschaft!!!

Skvělé! Určitě se chceme vrátit. Mirna je úžasná hostitelka, která byla velmi nápomocná. Během pobytu jsme potřebovali autoservis, který nám Mirna domluvila. Velké díky! ❤️ Ubytování je moc hezké. Podle mě vypadá větší než na fotkách. Je rozložené do tří pater, což nám nevadilo, ale s malými dětmi, nebo starší osoby by mohly mít problém. Užili jsme si klid divoké zahrady a výlety do okolí. Super ☀️

La villa était encore plus magnifique que sur les photos. Rajna est une hôte incroyablement attentive aux détails, qui se consacre à rendre chaque instant inoubliable. Tout était impeccable : la villa, la piscine, l’espace commun. C'est un véritable 1000/10. Nous nous réjouissons de revenir car c’est de loin le meilleur Airbnb de tous, tout simplement incomparable. Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie 2 Erw. und 2 Teens (16+14) in der Unterkunft. Wir waren begeistert von der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Das war genau das was wir wollten. Das Haus ist ist zwar klein,aber es reicht völlig aus. Alles ist schön dekoriert und platziert. Genau wie man den Bildern entnehmen kann. Das Außengelände ist einfach ein Traum. Bis in die kleinste Ecke durchdacht. Die Outdoor-Küche haben wir regelmäßig benutzt. Wir waren jetzt im Oktober dort und hatten auch noch gutes Wetter. ( durchschnittlich 22 Grad ☀️) Dadurch wurde der Pool und Whirlpool sehr gut genutzt. Die kleine Bucht ist auch einfach sehr schön. Wir haben dort einen ganzen Tag verbracht und waren ganz alleine. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur bestens empfehlen. Wir werden wieder kommen. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

The flat is quite new, all as described, convenient parking. The view from the balcony is just great! The only thing to mention that location is good if you travel by car. All shops are reachable by car only. Small beach Volosko like 20 minutes walk down the hill and same 20 minutes back upstairs almost impossible with children... But by car you can reach many other beaches within 20 minutes or so. We used Medveja beach, which has parking, some activities and beach bar. We had a great stay at all!

I had an amazing 3-night stay at the luxury Opatija Sky View Apartment! The oceanfront view from the living room and the terrace was breathtaking, perfect for relaxing. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with modern decor and a well-stocked kitchen that made cooking a breeze. The beds were incredibly comfortable, featuring luxurious bedding, and the spacious rooms with ample closet space added to the comfort. The owner was highly responsive and provided clear, detailed check-in instructions, making the process seamless. Highly recommend this stunning, well-appointed apartment for a fantastic stay.

We zijn met ons gezien (met 2 kinderen van 11 en 14 jaar) 2 weken verbleven in het mooie verblijf van Marija in Garica KrK. We hebben het er geweldig gehad! Een mooie centraal gelegen locatie waardoor alles op het eiland goed bereikbaar is, Het appartement was geweldig, alles was aanwezig en we hebben enorm genoten van het lekkere zwembad. Voor vragen konden we erg snel schakelen met Marija - er werd direct gereageerd. Al met al een heerlijk vakantieverblijf waar we zeker nog een keer terug zullen komen!

We have a great stay. We spend less days than we had planned cause of a family situation. Pero was very kind and his dad as well. The view is amazing, you can have breakfast on the terras and sit till late in the evening comfortable outside. The kitchen is big and the living spacious, a good bathroom and good beds. I hope someday we can come back.

Suzana ist ein hervorragende, aufmerksame Super-Gastgeberin. Alles was man benötigt und sogar mehr (Regenschirm, Bügeleisen…) ist vorhanden. Im Kühlschrank stand eine kühle Flasche Weißwein. Auf dem Küchentisch standen Obst und Schokolade und Kirschen aus dem Garten. Überhaupt sind Garten und der Zugang zum Meer wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist einfach nur zu empfehlen.

Jerini is amazing! A beautiful blend of old and new - it’s even better than the photos. We were really comfortable, had everything we needed. cooked with the BBQ and used the pool, hot tub and sauna every day. This was a ‘babymoon’ holiday for us and it was just the relaxing break we were looking for. With a hire car we were able to visit all the towns on Krk and restaurants and supermarkets are near by, too. We would definitely visit again!

Wir haben uns in der Villa Sara sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage als auch das Haus waren wie beschrieben und gut erreichbar. Damir hat uns noch einige Tipps zu Restaurants, Stränden und Unternehmungen gegeben. Wie kommen gerne wieder !

wir hatten hier zu zweit eine großartige Woche. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Unterkunft sehr schön hergerichtet, sauber gemacht und wir fühlten uns direkt wohl. Es ist überall alles nötige vorhanden. Von nötigen Dingen wie Handtücher, Teller, Besteck, ausreichend und verschiedene Gläser, und Kochutensilien; bis tolle Extras wie Mixer, Kaffekocher, Grillzangen, Holz, Wasserkaraffen, Bademäntel und viel mehr. Dadurch konnten wir unseren Urlaub richtig genießen und mussten uns um nichts kümmern. Die Wohnräume selber sind liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist ausreichend Platz. Der Garten ist wunderschön und mit vielen Kräutern, Blumen und Pflanzen geschmückt. Es ist nur schade, dass er nicht direkt mit dem Haus verbunden ist sondern man immer erstmal auf die Straße raus muss um in den Garten zu kommen. Aber das ist kein wirkliches Problem. Der Ausblick aus dem Haus und dem Garten ist mega.Die Anfahrt führt über eine Schotterstraße und ist etwas schwieriger. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Das Haus ist vom Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis fast nicht zu schlagen. Es ist äußerst sauber, schön eingerichtet und man findet alles vor, was man braucht. Sogar ein Obstkorb und eine Flasche Wein wurden uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach, man bekam auf alle Nachrichten eine schnelle Antwort und sowohl der check-in als auch der check-out waren sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist wirklich sehr sehr gut, die Geräte sind modern und neu und funktionieren alle einwandfrei. Wenn man ein Auto zur Verfügung hat, ist die Lage auch wirklich sehr gut und man kommt schnell an alle wichtigen Orte auf der Insel. Wir hätten uns nichts besseres wünschen können.

Everything was pretty much as expected. Jakob was super easy to communicate with. It was pretty centrally located for all we planned to do on arrival and for day trips. The pictures more than did justice to what we found. It was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The castle area in Kastov was very nice, with great food and a nice place to wind down the night. Overall, a wonderful vacation to a place we’d never been.

The house is really beautiful and as shown in the pictures! We had a very nice time and very much enjoyed the hot tub and the great fireplace. The view from the balcony is great! The house is very clean and perfectly equipped. Igor was quick and reliable to answer any questions we had. The check-in was friendly and we received all the important information. Overall, the communication as well as the house were excellent!

Unser Urlaub war einfach wunderschön. Schon bei der Ankunft verschlug es uns den Atem, weil die Villa traumhaft liegt mit einem grandiosen Blick über die Adria. Einfach zum Seele baumeln lassen! Die Bilder haben nicht zu viel versprochen, es war alles so wie beschrieben. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer und von jedem Zimmer hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang. Das Haus ist voll klimatisiert und die Küche bestens ausgestattet. Vom Pool hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer! Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Familienurlaub. Wir werden ihn niemals vergessen!
