great place, I have no words to describe the advantages of this place, silence, calm, 100% contact with nature, I will come back as soon as I can, you won't have a better rest anywhere, Jacuzzi, sauna and swimming pool first class, everyone will find something for themselves, I recommend

We had a wonderful holiday at Haus Zora. The whole house Zora with terrace, courtyard, basement vault and pool area with garden is so lovingly laid out that we immediately felt very comfortable. The communication with Lucija and her father worked great. We particularly enjoyed the tranquility, which was very relaxing for us. We highly recommend a break at Haus Zora to anyone! Thanks so much for the relaxing time!

Wow, just wow! We couldn't stop smiling while Dragana showed us the house - it's huge! Build over three stories it offers everything one could ask for. Sadly we only stayed for two nights but loved every second of it. Highly recommended!

The Perfect getaway for a Week or More ! For us as a Young couple this House was just amazing ! You have Everything you Need. Super nice outdoor cooking Station, Fire Place. No mosquitoes inside Thanks to the Window grids. Evenings in total silent - only some frogs and nature Sounds. Within 5-8 minutes you are at one of the best bays/ Beach on the Island ! Super clean water and easy to Go in the water. Just a few boats on some days and in General also a super chilled atmosphere. We would have loved to stay some more days and would love to come back another time ! If you Like it simple and with a Lot of nature this is Perfect for you !! Thanks again

Beautiful cottage style house with garden and with amazing views in the quiet town of Skrad. 100 meters away there are a few cute cafes that are always open to serve you a coffee or beer. Skrad also has two small supermarkets with all essentials. Unfortunately it misses a bakery, which are usually amazing in Croatia. One thing to keep in mind if you're coming with a dog is that the back garden is not fenced off so you'll need to keep an eye on your dog not to leave the garden, but other than that our dog loved playing in the garden with his ball and laying in the sun on the grass.

We had a wonderful experience! The hostess was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel right at home and ensured we had everything we needed. The apartment is very special due to the maritime design and the location of the associated terrace with the incredibly great view! There are a thousand details to discover in the apartment and the whole property. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back if we are in the area again. Neven and his wife are super friendly and the dinner (fresh fish) on the private terrace was terrific! The kitchen is well equipped and it is more the feeling as if you were living in a lively and thus lovingly and fully equipped apartment.

Both hosts are just great and very accommodating. There was nothing missing, also not the dogs: large garden to play and shady places to lounge... Thank you!!! A note to tenants with dogs: the large property is unfortunately not fully fenced, so the dogs should not be left unattended and alone, especially since sometimes one or the other small dog from the neighborhood in the garden runs sniffing around (also come between the gates at the small garden gate) ;-)

The accommodation was excellent, exactly what we were looking for for a relaxing weekend and a break from the busy city. The owners are approachable and excellent in communication. All the compliments. We'll definitely be back again.

Jadran's small house with the large garden with BBQ and hammocks is a wonderful oasis. If you like peace and nature, this is the place to be and you can relax wonderfully. Jadran welcomed us personally. A small and protected swimming cove can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. Novalja is only 10 minutes away by car for shopping.

The small apartment has been renovated with a lot of attention to detail, and the furnishings are also individually combined - old with modern ones. We felt very comfortable! In front of the cottage there are 2 sun loungers and a seating area overlooking nature. Next door is ( offset to the back ) the neighbors' terrace, which is basically no problem - unless you want to be all to yourself. Location on the mountain is very nice! Everything is relatively quickly accessible - beaches, supermarkets, hiking trails and the small town of moscenice draga, where you can have a little more “ hustle and bustle” if desired . And to mention a very nice and pleasant communication with the hostess! 🤩 We enjoyed it.

Cora and Thomas are very warm and accommodating hosts. Standard kitchen utensils have everything you need. The Airbnb is exactly as described and in the pictures. The sleeping area is even bigger than it looks. The terrace has been our absolute highlight with beautiful views of the sea. Cora and Thomas's house is also on the property but they were very quiet and we didn't actually hear from them. Important to mention for not couples or freshly lovers: there is a Plexiglast door to the toilet (bathroom) but you have no soundproofing. For us, it was not a problem at all but we can imagine that it works poorly for non-pairs. The area is also great, there are restaurants and nice little coves that can be reached in a short drive. We are also enthusiastic hikers and enjoyed the scenery very much.

lovely location and well worth the money! Mirjana was very accommodating and made sure we understood everything within the house as well as being very responsive over message. a few nice surprises was the air conditioning in the rooms and the location in the hills going into the sea.

We visited in the low season (November) which meant that it is was very quiet and the weather was lovely. The apartment was lovely, light and airy., with a nice view from the kitchen and balcony. To buy groceries or eat out it was necessary to travel 10kms to Novalja which didn’t worry us as we self catered in the well appointed kitchen. A lovely bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine was waiting for us, a nice touch!

We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children, 6.9&12). We stayed 5 nights. It was a comfortable and convenient house. Especially the outdoor space with outdoor kitchen and comfortable outdoor table was very nice. Inside you have everything practical, basic but very ok because you are mainly outside. There are two rooms and my son slept in the living space. There is air conditioning and so the house is also sufficiently fresh at 35 degrees. Everything is there to make the stay pleasant: enough kitchen equipment, umbrella, outdoor pillows, wire to dry your belongings,.. The surroundings are quiet. Recommended is mocca beach, where you can go on foot (30 min) or the bay of Torkul. Torkul is quieter and a little harder to reach. Nearby we visited krk (busier), Malinska & Vrbnik (local wine)

To cut a long story short, everything was fantastic from beginning to the end! We were met on arrival by owners Eva and Jure and offered by all local made cold cuts and rakija and wine etc...House by itself is impeccable, exactly as on the photos and better. You can enjoy in standalone dartboard machine for gaming. Vrzići is small willage with only 5 permanent inhabitants, so you will be at peace all the time. Nature is incredible, you can walk for hours through the forest. We had company of their beautifull tornjak dog Max who is real gentle giant and protecting the house all the time. It was our pleasure being there 3 days and we'll be back again!

Tiny house in a wonderful (very secluded and therefore quiet) location. Short walk to the sea. Contact with hostess as well as check-in and check-out top. House has everything you need: bed in the cool basement, kitchen, bathroom and living room, all windows with fly screens. Very large terrace with beautiful distant views. Electricity via solar panels with storage batteries. Use water from fountain, gas-stove in the kitchen. Access road a bit adventurous but passable by normal car. The two of us spent 5 nights there and we enjoyed it very much.

Very nice and authentic little cottage in the mountains. We had a great stay together with our 2 children (5 and 8 years old). The house is relatively small, but offers everything you need. The small pool in front of the house was an absolute highlight for the children and to cool off again in the evening. The pool is shared with the neighboring house, but in our case it was not a problem. From the small village of Obrš, you have a wonderful view of the sea and the countryside. Right next to the house, some hiking trails start, which take you, for example, to the top of the mountain and a small cave, you should not miss it. The only disadvantage of the apartment was, in our opinion, the difficult access. The path is superbly described by the pictures in the description, but because of the very narrow and steep roads, we just made it up with our fully packed SUV. All in all, we had a great stay and can highly recommend the apartment, whether alone, as a couple, to relax or even with children.
