Vielen Dank es hat wirklich sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den kleinen Hafen und der Sonnenuntergang waren einfach traumhaft. Eine gelungene Auszeit.

Highly recommend this apartment. Jolanda was quick to get back to us and no problem checking in at 10pm. Apartment was well equipped with 2 comfortable bedrooms and a kitchen with everything including some welcome treats. The hot tub was amazing and very welcome after busy days out. A 10min walk to the old town and bus station with a supermarket around the corner. The shower runs on a tank so as long as no one spends too long there is enough hot water for 4 people. Jolanda also really kindly looked after our bags on our last day as our flight was late. Would definitely stay here again

Damir was a fantastic host, he went beyond our expections, taking us to a local restaurant until we were able to check in and then picking us up. The whole family loved Villa Tissa, with its pristine pool and gardens, we also loved having our separate apartments which were all tastefully decorated. The views from the villa were stunning and we enjoyed the local feel of Kastel Luksic. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we really hope to visit again.

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, man ist oberhalb des kleinen Zentrums von Okrug Gornji und wirklich in 3min Fußweg am Strand. Die Wohnung war super sauber und top ausgestattet. Man kriegt von Marina sogar Badetücher für den Pool. Der Pool ist mega und hat einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet und geräumig. Lediglich das Badezimmer ist etwas klein, zu zweit passt man nicht wirklich rein und muss sich abwechseln. Das ist jedoch auch auf den Fotos ersichtlich, daher war uns das bei der Buchung schon bewusst. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und Marina ist super nett und für alle Fragen verfügbar!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Zadar. The space was absolutely spotless and looked just like the pictures—if not better! The terrace was a highlight, with plenty of comfortable seating and a hot tub we enjoyed a couple of times each day. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring. The location was great—walkable to Old Town Zadar, or just a quick and affordable Uber ride away. Our hosts, Mate and Martina, were fantastic—excellent communicators and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They made everything easy and welcoming. We felt right at home here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Vi reiste med hele familien bestående av 6 voksne og 3 barn under 6 år i midten av april. Ble tatt i mot av Goran i sentrum av nærliggende landsby og guidet frem til villaen.(Ankom i taxi fra flyplassen snaue 20 min. kjøretur.) Goran viste oss hele eiendommen med sitt meget personlige preg og historie. Det er vanskelig å se på bildene hvor flott stedet er og hvilke kvaliteter beliggenheten har! Det er etter vår mening et sted som overrasker både med sin sjarm, eiendommens mangfoldighet og beliggenhet. Vi har gjennom årene leiet mange steder og sjelden har vi funnet noe som matcher dette. Kort reisetid til og fra flyplassen som i seg selv er en meget positiv opplevelse med lite stress! Omgivelsene på øya med variasjon i terreng og opplevelser. Kort vei til alt, også gå avstand til Torgir med mange gode restauranter. Medio april er tidlig på sesong og det meste av lokale barer og restauranter var stengt. MEN, med Gorans unike utekjøkken og grill er det en fryd å lage mat selv! Stor takk!

Pre super boravak, u prekrasnom, autohtonom okruženju, sa najboljim domaćinom ikad! Ivan se zbilja jako trudi da vam apsolutno ništa ne nedostaje, uvijek je na raspolaganju za sve što vam zatreba. Obavezno probati Ivanovu spizu u konobi, a da vaš boravak bude ekstra ugodan i udoban pobrinut će se domaćin. Mi smo stvarno uzivali i opustili se i sigurno se vraćamo opet. Svaka čast

Bardzo ładna i przestronna villa z podgrzewanym basenem. Duże pokoje, każdy ze swoją łazienką. Zlokalizowana nieco na uboczu - przez to okolica jest cicha i zapewniająca prywatność. Dobry punkt wypadowy do miasta Sibenik (15min) oraz na okoliczne plaże. Ogólnie Villa wygląda jak na zdjęciach i jest w niej wszystko, czego potrzeba. Mieliśmy tu naprawdę świetne wakacje!

Tatjana und ihr Mann sind sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter. Das Haus war in einem wunderbaren Zustand und sehr sauber. Tatjanas Mann kam fast jeden Morgen um den Pool zu reinigen. Das hat uns auch keinesfalls gestört, denn er war sehr respektvoll, freundlich und man bekam meist nichts von ihm mit. Die Kommunikation mit Tatjana ist wirklich herausragend. So etwas habe ich vorher noch nicht erlebt. Sie ist hilfsbereit und hat uns bei Bedarf z.B. auch frische Handtücher gebracht, obwohl man in der Unterkunft auch waschen kann. Uns hat hier nichts gefehlt und wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit im kleinen Örtchen „Sopot“. Wir würden es jederzeit erneut buchen.

Danijela was the best host we could ask for, she provided everything and more (big hvala again for the welcome drinks and the pancakes!!!), there were sampoo, sunscreen, shower gel, and more in the bathroom The place itself was clean, has great location, close to the beach (3 mins), and the old town (~20 mins by foot), the outdoor space and the kitchen is convenient, and a big big plus: the AC!!

We've had a great stay at Damir's place. Damir turned out to be a fantastic host, super nice, friendly and very helpful. He welcomed us personally and showed us around the appartment. He provided us with a lot of tips concerning the area, places to eat and things to visit, showing us all on the map. There were even some snacks prepared and cold drinks in the fridge. The appartment itself is extremely clean. It's located in a beautiful and calm area with bars and restaurants nearby. The beach is just around the corner. There's also a supermarket a few steps away. You can reach the old town in a few minutes by taking the bus or have a nice walk along the coast which will take about 30 minutes. The bus stop is just 2 minutes away from the appartment. The apparment has a huge balcony where you can have your morning coffee or use the grill in the evening. It's very well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. It's very bright and spacious. We really felt like home.

sur les photo, mais au final ont a ete plus que confortable et l’endroit intérieur comme extérieur est de toute beauté… si vous avez des petite collation pour chats vous aurez deux petit amis merveilleux à dorloter . Les plages toits prêts sont incroyable je n’ai jamais vue d’aussi belles places. Merci les filles 🥰

Pay attention to check in time of 17:00, as specified in the listing. We weren’t paying attention and it would have been an issue for us, but hosts’s son was there to let us in earlier. Big Plodine market nearby (by car) or Konzum on foot. Beautiful, quiet residential area right at the beach. Few tourists around here in late September. Appreciated the parking. Antonija helped with turning on the hot water heater and bringing us a replacement router when several of our devices wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi. They left cold drinks, fresh fruit from the garden (which is gorgeous), local olive oil, Nescafé, filter coffee, cappuccino mix, etc. for us. Space is small, just as pictured, but worked for us two. Patio area was so pretty and breeze was great. Thank you Draško and Antonija!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette jolie maison fleurie! Au calme vous pourrez profiter du jardin et des alentours grâce aux vélos. Elle est idéalement placée pour explorer le parc national. L’hôte est disponible et à de très bons conseils pour découvrir la région.

The outdoor space with the pool und lounge area was a highlight. A beautiful, quiet beach is just a short walk away, which made our stay even more relaxing. Communication with the hosts was smooth and friendly—they were always helpful and responsive. Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Croatia!

Bezaubernder Garten in wunderschöner Umgebung direkt am Wasser. Perfekt zum Abschalten und Erholen und man findet immer ein schönes schattiges Plätzchen. Man kann (z.B. in völliger Stille drum herum im Sonnenaufgang) schwimmen gehen, mit dem Boot hinausfahren, am Abend einen gemütlichen Aperitiv am Wasser nehmen und lecker grillen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Toller Blick, besonders vom oberen Appartement. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe, aber man braucht dafür das Auto. Danke für die wunderbare Zeit. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin

A beautiful apartment in a peaceful location. Everything is spotless and well maintained. Nick is so friendly and helpful including a lift to the supermarket on arrival. A good sized clean pool with comfortable sun loungers set in landscaped gardens which are loving tended. All the beds and chairs are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views are stunning - breakfast on the balcony watching dolphins out at sea. A top class apartment that we hope to revisit - thank you Nick and family for making us feel so welcome in your home.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Studio ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben sich sehr viel mühe einen schönen Garten zu haben. Direkt vor der Tür ist ein Pool welcher Tagsüber zu jeder Zeit genutzt werden kann. Es sind Tische und Stüle draussen an welchen man essen kann. Alles war sehr Sauber und aufgeräumt. Zu Fuss zum stadtzentrum sind es 30min. Mit Bolt oder Uber pro weg ca 7€ (5min). Vielen Dank für alles.

We had a great stay. The location is wonderful. Situated on a hill with a great view of the valley towards the sea. The hosts were very friendly and always easy to reach. The house has everything you need. The pool was cleaned every morning. Highly recommended! Thank you :-)

We had a lovely stay at Villa Family. For our group it was very nice to have a separate living space so we could also have some time to ourselves. Some of our group loved to be able to walk down to the grocery store and beach each day, but it was also nice to be able to spend time at the property. The view was unbeatable. Megy was very helpful in helping us arrange taxis. My favourite was the large outdoor table on the terrace so we could all dine together!

Bereits im Vorfeld hatten wir uns bereits ausgetauscht. Auf meine Fragen wurde prompt und freundlichst reagiert. Das Haus war sehr leicht zu finden und wir wurden von Luka und seiner Frau herzlich empfangen, die uns das gesamte Haus und Anwesen zeigten. Fürs technische gabs eine kleine Einweisung. Meine Frau wurde zudem mit einer Flasche Wein, Torte und Jause überrascht, da sie am Anreisetag Geburtstag hatte. Es ist alles wie beschrieben und äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt wünscht. Sweet Spot schöne Außenbereich mit den großen Pool, am Abend schön mit Beleuchtung. Auch die Lage ist Vorteilhaft, da Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar sind. Ich kann alle anderen Bewertungen zu 100% bestätigen und bedanke mich herzlich für die schönen Tage!

Drazen is the best Airbnb host I’ve stayed with, ever so kind and helpful, he had local cheese and ham for us when we arrived as well as a big tray of cakes and made us feel very welcome all week. This was a slice of paradise. A truly stunning location on the side of a valley with beautiful views. A lovely old stone house that felt really traditional and cosy with lots of outside space and a great pool. We had the best week staying at Drazen’s place. There are lots of things to do in the region, lovely old towns like Šibenik, beautiful beaches and national parks.

Lorena's houses are AMAZING. We had a trip for 5 days with 2 kids under 2. Two separated rooms was perfect for us. Houses are geniously equipped, you will find there everything whats needed. The dishwasher and laundry is an additional detail which was very good to have. Houses are perfectly located, nearby the centre and bus station (where you can go eg to Split or Krka national park). Close you will also have a supermarket where you can buy totally everything. Definitely we will recommend this place to friends and maybe go back to Zadar again in the future.
