Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Pretty Beach

We had an amazing time staying at Lucy's beachfront Airbnb! We spent a month there and loved waking up to the stunning sunrise every morning. The apartment was perfect for our family of four, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lucy was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We would absolutely love to return for another beach getaway!

Beautiful location, 2min walk to the Avalon shopping area, which has everything you would need great restaurants. Only 5min walk to Avalon Beach which also has an ocean pool. There are some great lookouts and hiking tracks nearby too. There was on-site parking for 1 car and plenty of easy street parking if you have a second car. The airbnb is located on the 2nd floor of Jan's house, with a private stairs entrance (would not be accessible for a wheelchair user). The airbnb had all the amenities you would need including a full kitchen and there was a washer and dryer which was handy! The airbnb was relatively clean, some areas could have a more thorough clean though. Good communication. Thank you Jan

Tastefully decorated, peaceful private location. Fiona knocked on the door to check we were all good, subsequent messages to ensure settled, partner Tim even alerted our son his car window had been left open the night prior (rain). Not large but worked very well for 4 adults a 2 1/2 yo and 3 month old. Beautiful neighbourhood. Fiona was a fabulous host

Jonathan’s place was conveniently located right on the waterfront with easy access to the beach, ocean pools and shops. The place was clean and stocked thoughtfully with necessities.

We had a wonderful few days at Penny's apartment. It is comfortable and well equipped with a lovely leafy outlook. The central location is fantastic and so convenient with the cafes, restaurants and shops of Avalon all within easy walking distance. Check in was very easy and Penny is a wonderful host.

Nina was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Views are unbeatable. Getting into circular quay and other destinations was easy, the ferry being a fun novelty mode of transport. Nice restaurants close by

We had a great weekend away at the Ahara House! The property was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The location was convenient, and the home was ideal for our large group. The heated pool, sauna, and fire pit were perfect for the winter season and made our stay even more enjoyable. Also, the host was excellent — great communication and helpful local recommendations. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time at this property! From the moment we booked, Sandy was outstanding—super communicative, incredibly flexible, and genuinely accommodating. She went above and beyond to make our stay special, even hanging up a birthday sign for my father-in-law, which was such a thoughtful touch! The house itself was perfect for our family. The kids were thrilled with the games room—it kept them entertained for hours. We also loved having separate living areas for some quiet time, as well as a spacious communal area where we could all come together and relax. It’s clear Sandy pays attention to the little details that make a big difference. We felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and heartwarming getaway!

We had a relaxing weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Siro, the host, was incredibly friendly and responsive, making our check-in and overall experience smooth and stress-free. The property offers an unblocked beachfront view, providing a peaceful and private setting in a quiet neighbourhood. There’s free street parking space just right below the house, and the house is situated on the high side, giving it an elevated feel. We especially appreciated that it was pet-friendly — it made our trip even more enjoyable! The house was immaculate, with a spotless living room and bathroom. Thoughtful touches like complimentary towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and even sunscreen were provided. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas cooktop and all the necessary cookware and utensils, meant we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The place was nice and staff very friendly! I was unwell and still had a lovely time exploring and relaxing. The cabin was perfect size, extra space made with the side opening onto the deck with the view of the stream. Would recommend

It was as the photos showed. Very clean and everything you need to start your stay, even cleaning products. We were very comfortable and we needed a quiet space. Loved the fact that most of the beds were ensembles and not slats that won me over straight away. Just remember if you book it is dog friendly so you will find scrapes on the screen doors which is to be expected. At least we know that next time we come down to the central coast we can bring our dog. The owners answered all our questions very promptly before we booked. Never had any need to have to make contact again as we had no issues during our stay. If I could say one thing it would be for more lighting out the back, but that would be all. Booked a last minute stay at the palms with my partner and safe to say it was great! We arrived when it was dark and the place looked amazing. Lit up with beautiful lamps all around the house and a super warm feeling. Everything in the house is super well kept and placed making this a perfect spot to relax and feel cozy. During the day this place is absolutely stunning. Beautiful front garden and an amazing coffee machine perfect for the morning. Kitchen is great and all other ammenities are spotless. Donato helped us with a couple things over our stay and was always super easy to contact. Would definitely recommend for a weekend away to get out of the noisy city super peaceful!!

I've rented Brendan's apartment a few times the past few years. It's in a great location, a Central station entrance is right next door, and plenty of local eateries nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean as always and has everything you need for a long stay (washer, dryer, ironing board, reliable Internet, tv connections). Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Sharon’s one bedroom in the city! First, Sharon was a gem of a host! She was very responsive and sent detailed instructions with pictures for check in, knowing it could be confusing to find. She was also flexible to allow us to drop off bags early, which was a huge help! The apartment was just as described, a comfy space to come back to after big days of exploring! It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay.

Great compact apartment in Potts Point, in a very central area. Close to shops, cafes, public transport and restaurants. Immaculately clean and comfortable. Everything’s was as displayed in the listing.

Amazing location we stayed last minute for one night in Bondi. Perfect for couple. You couldn’t get closer to the ocean and literally next to Bondi Icebergs. We will def be back.

This is an amazing place!!! Wonderful location. We stayed in Miller’s Point for 2 nights at the beginning of our time in Australia but every member of our family preferred this location (family of 5 with adult children, 21, 20, 18). I really loved the ferry stop next to the Australian National Maritime Museum which is directly across the street from the condo building. Very safe surroundings. Beautiful walk across the bridge to restaurants and gelato. The views from the living area and kitchen are spectacular. Great beds, great shower, great air conditioning, great washer/dryer, great everything. Yes, it is as clean and picturesque as the photos on this site.
