This is a beautiful lakehouse that balances the charm of a well-loved family home with the glamour of gorgeous architecture and beautiful lake views. You get the most wonderful sunset from the deck but I also highly recommending sitting by the lake in the early morning. If the lake is still enough, it becomes a perfect mirror of the sky and the occasional pelican will float on by. The host, Justin, was also very friendly, generous, and responsive. Highly recommend for a stay a group of friends or big family.

We stayed at Daniel and Sasha’s property in Picketts Valley, what a gorgeous home it is. Everything is just like the photos. We enjoyed every bit of our stay here. With a large family catch up, their place had plenty of space and so much to do for the kids. Apart from the kids swimming in the heated pool and feeding the cutest little ponies every day, the bottom level of the house is a kids playroom. With something to do for all ages. The kids were so entertained. We are a family who love to cook, so the kitchen was fabulous. Lots of boards for a grazing table and a glass of wine in the afternoon watching the sunset with beautiful views. We appreciated the attention to detail and the simple things provided by Daniel and Sasha that made our stay really relaxing. We will be booking with them again. Thanks for making our 4 day break so enjoyable!

beautiful place. my travel group gasped out loud at first peep through the doors. ample space for all of us without getting into each other's way. place is exactly like the photos. hot water and heater worked excellent in the cold weather. really nothing to complain about. would love to stay again. We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, Sydney and Chris made us feel so welcome and at home. Their hospitality was unmatched, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our kids had an absolute blast playing on the property. We were lucky enough to borrow the kids toys, which kept everyone entertained. The property itself is stunning, with a lovely pool that provided endless fun and relaxation. Every corner of the home felt inviting and cozy. We couldn't have asked for a better retreat for our family and friend’s. Thank you for your warmth and kindness; we can't wait to return! So beautiful and relaxing with a home away from home vibe. The Jacuzzi, view and proximity to the national park are worth the visit alone. Hosts couldn’t be more helpful, so attentive!!! Can’t wait to visit again, def perfect place for a last minute getaway close to Sydney.

The house was beautiful and very conveniently located. The beach is just down the road and there is a small strip of cafes with a general store up the road. There was quite a bit of construction in the area which created some noise, but the area itself was lovely and made up for that. Would recommend for a group of adults or families looking for a quiet beach getaway.

Imagine waking up to the birds singing then having a cup of coffee on the balcony, watching sunrise over the quiet bay with a breathtaking view. Heaven!! photos on the ads really don't do its justice. The house was fully equipped. Functional kitchen with all the appliances to cook up a storm, all sort of seasonings, cookwares to use. Even with my chef background who often got frustrated in most airbnb's kitchens, i couldn't fault this one. Extremely clean, tidy with a tasteful decor, a tranquil view similar to that of a well kept resort villa in Bali or Thailand. Drive way to the garage was pretty steep but nothing a good driver couldn't handle. The garage was a bit short for our car (will fit a compact car), so we parked in front of it, there was also street parking. The host, Anna, is lovely and even kindly offering early check-in and late checkout without us even asking. This was the best airbnb house we have stayed in NSW. 5+stars and definitely will book again in a heartbeat.

We recently spent a weekend at this beautiful 5-bedroom home in Killcare with a group of 10 friends and family, and it couldn’t have been a better getaway. Tucked away in the treetops, the house has stunning views over Brisbane Water; you really feel like you are away from it all. The place is spacious, warm, and thoughtfully put together. The fireplace was a hit in the evenings, and each room felt cosy and comfortable. We especially loved how close it was to Bouddi National Park, great for bushwalks and taking in the natural surroundings. Jake, the host, was really helpful and responsive throughout our stay, which made things even easier. The kitchen was spacious, and the outdoor areas were big for relaxing. I highly recommend this spot if you’re heading to Killcare with a group; it is peaceful, well-equipped, and has that “home away from home” feel. We’d love to come back.

Luke's place was ideal for a girls weekend away. We had three comfortable bedrooms and a lovely bathroom with a good hot shower. It was close for our walk in the Bouddi NP

We loved staying at Lucy’s place it was super cozy and private. Lucy’s place had everything you needed. We arrived at the accomodation late and it was easy to find with festoon lighting. Lucy had turned the floor heating on which was so lovely coming from the cold outside and there was milk already in the fridge for a coffee or tea. We would definitely stay again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The home was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The views were stunning, and the surrounding area was so peaceful and serene — the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The kitchen and pantry were incredibly well-stocked, which made cooking at home really convenient. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making the space feel welcoming and practical, and it’s very well suited for a longer stay. We also loved the great local café nearby — it quickly became our go-to for coffee and breakfast. Stephen was a fantastic host: clear, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay. We’d happily return and highly recommend this stay to others!

Two words…wow and stunning! I came here with my fam for our annual birthday celebration trip. This place is one of the best we have stayed at. Beautiful ambiance in the living, well equipped kitchen, beautiful new bathrooms and Aesop soap! Felt like staying in a nice hotel with the benefits of an airbnb. Basketball hoop, bird life and last but not least the view and the beautiful lounging chairs looking out, to die for! The host was very kind and responsive. We had an amazing time and would definitely love to come back.

BOOK THE STAY! Words can’t describe how much we enjoyed our weekend here. The hosts are responsive and helpful, the short boat transfer from the marina is seamless ( thanks Collin), and the views from the house are unbeatable. The wifi is fast, the smart TV’a were great , the house is well stocked, and you have everything you need to relax. We had an absolutely magical time and though we live out of the country we will make every effort to come back!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay at Shirleys. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. We made good use of the spa and enjoyed listening to the birds. The location was central for getting around to the local areas and restaurants.
