Newly renovated and renovated 2 room basement apartment in the countryside. The apartment is in the district of Höferänger and offers a perfect starting point for hikes/snow tours/ski tours in the Franconian Forest and Fichtelgebirge. Parking is available free of charge, parking for bicycles is also available. The bike path is right in front of the grounds. Kulmbach center is about 5 km away. The cities of Bayreuth and Kronach are in 30 and 20 minutes, respectively. Travel time.

I had a wonderful stay at Nadine and her family’s place. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location is calm and peaceful, beautifully surrounded by nature—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The wooden house is stunning, very clean, and equipped with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the cozy atmosphere. The hosts were extremely friendly and responded very quickly and proactively. We were able to check in and leave the accommodation flexibly. If you are looking for a small apartment in a quiet location with dogs (and children), you have come to the right place. Despite the somewhat older building, it was very nicely furnished and we felt comfortable. The furnishings of the apartment were also great. We will be happy to come back.

Everything was as described and the check in/out due to the uncomplicated communication with Josef extremely easy and flexible. Absolutely recommended!

I was with Astrid and Ewald for two weeks. It was a great apartment in an absolutely quiet location and the garden was wonderful. I really enjoyed that. The apartment was well equipped and everything was thought of! I can absolutely recommend the apartment! I would live there again at any time! All the best for Astrid and Ewald (they personally took me to the city by car on the day of departure!)
