Holiday rentals in Presicce

La nostra vacanza salentina, in un delizioso alloggio ricavato in una casa del centro storico di Presicce, uno dei borghi più belli d’Italia. L’appartamento di Sandra offre tutto il necessario per un soggiorno al mare (angolo cottura, frigo, stendino, aria condizionata) in una cornice da rivista. Sorprendenti i soffitti a volta “di una volta” e gli arredi in stile. Preziosa l’ospitalità di Sandra con la sua presenza all’arrivo e all’arrivederci (ma la disponibilità a una soluzione di check in diversa in caso di necessità) e i consigli su spiagge e ristoranti nei dintorni. Presicce è un punto strategico: a circa 15/20 minuti dalle località di mare piu note, in alta stagione offre diversi eventi e attività che lo rendono un luogo piacevole in cui trascorrere qualche serata dopo lunghe giornate di mare. Speriamo di avere presto la possibilità di tornare!

Casa in zona molto tranquilla e in posizione strategica vicino a alimentari e statale. Spazi ampi, cucina molto bella e moderna. Balcone con tavolino con cortile molto grande e anche possibilità di salire in terrazza. Bagno piccolo ma ha fatto il suo. Nonostante il caldo, i condizionatori riuscivano a rinfrescare gli ambienti. Signora Danila molto cortese e disponibile fin dall’ accoglienza. Sicuramente dovessi tornare lo risceglierei.

We had probably our best Airbnb experience. We were greeted on arrival by Paolo who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our vacation. We could reach him at any time and he also had countless good tips for us. Among other things, he recommended the best ice cream (still dreaming of cioccolata fondente). There were some super tasty local specialties waiting for us when we arrived. The house is very clean and furnished with great attention to detail. You can tell that the owner is an architect. In general, the house really had everything you need. From olive oil and spices to a washing machine and bathrobes. We wanted to spend the whole day on the terrace by the sea which definitely was our highlight. Our stay felt like a dream and we definitely want to come back as soon as possible. Thank you for everything.

Toccata e fuga nel Salento entramente piacevole. La posizione strategica per spostarsi e vedere diverse località, quasi tutto a distanza di 30-40 Min verso Lecce, e ad un' oretta circa da Otranto. Alessandro è stato un host molto piacevole e ci ha fornito indicazioni utili anche su dove mangiare. Alloggio essenziale ma confortevole, immerso nel verde e nel relax. Unica pecca forse la mancanza di condizionatore ma problema arginato in parte dalla presenza del ventilatore e dalla posizione comunque alberata e decisamente ventilata. Esperienza nel complesso molto piacevole. Consigliato!

We spent absolutely perfect vacations at Carlo˙s and Marina˙s gorgeous house. The loft is just perfect for 2 people. You will find everything you need, the kitchen is small but well equipped so that you are able to cook some simple meals. The highlight is the spacious, green terrace. We enjoyed the daily visits from their pets (a dog and a cat), the morning sun and the perfect location in the middle of the beautiful village of Presicce. Carlo was always there to help, but you will have your privacy. Grazie mille Carlo e Marina, ci vediamo

Ganz, ganz tolle Wohnung. Absolutes Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit sehr viel Platz und gemütlicher Sitz-/Ess- und Chillecke. Im Sommer ein absoluter Traum. Super schönes Badezimmer mit toller Dusche. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Kleines Häuschen draußen mit Waschmaschine und sehr sauberen Mülleimern zum ordentlichen Mülltrennen. Presicce ist ein kleines Dorf im südlichen Apulien. Parken war in den umliegenden Gassen kein Problem. Einige Bars/Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe und wir haben die Mischung aus Ruhe, aber auch charmantem italienischen Flair und lebendigen Abenden sehr genossen. Presicce ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Strände und den Salento. Wir waren 5 Nächte im Loft und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, absolut empfehlenswert.

Bij aankomst waren we blij verrast over dit mooie appartement. De ligging, de mooie stijlvolle inrichting en alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig (incl wasmachine). Maak je geen zorgen dat het appartement aan een doorgaande weg ligt want als de deuren dicht zijn dan merk je daar niets van en is het heerlijk slapen in een heel goed bed om vervolgens ‘s morgens wakker te worden met een mooi uitzicht op zee. Het appartement ligt op loopafstand tussen 2 gezellige levendige dorpjes waar je bij helder weer kunt genieten van een mooie zonsondergang. Verder hebben Maurizio en Sasena een mooie informatiemap gemaakt met waardevolle tips om te doen in de omgeving. Buiten al deze mooie dingen zijn het Maurizio en Sasena zelf die voor ons het verschil hebben gemaakt. Door hun persoonlijke aandacht, enthousiasme en spontaniteit hebben ze er alles aan gedaan om je een beetje Salento dreamer te laten voelen en dat is zeker gelukt. Wat een mooi lief warm stel. We komen snel weer terug. Tot ziens
