Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pražnica

We had such a lovely time here! Toni and his wife Ivana were very warm and welcoming and gave great recommendations on nearby beaches, restaurants, and other things to do. They even had a few snacks for us when we arrived which was greatly appreciated- made settling in so easy! The pool was beautiful and honestly, the view from the front balcony is breath taking. Splitska is a quiet little town, but has several restaurants within a 2 minute walk from the house. Supetar is only 10 minutes away and has big grocery stores for any needs you may have. Postira is another cute town only 10-15 minutes away as well. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Milena and Mirko’s villa. From the moment we arrived, Milena made us feel incredibly welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality was truly above and beyond – always available, kind, generous and full of advice and local secrets.  Mirko was equally lovely – a kind-hearted host who regularly checked on the villa to make sure everything was perfect. He even brought us thoughtful little gifts during our stay, which made us feel extra special. The villa itself is immaculately maintained. The pool and hot tub are outstanding, and the outdoor summer kitchen is a dream come true – perfect for cooking and relaxing in the stunning surroundings. The view from the villa gave us a true sense of peace and escape. We can't recommend this place enough. It’s clear that Milena and Mirko put their hearts into hosting this villa. We would definitely return.

Thanks so much Boris for a great stay. Komiza is a stunning little town and this place is perfectly placed right on the sea front close to restaurants and the main beach. Air con worked great so nice and cool despite the heat. comfortable bed and peaceful location. Stunning view from the balcony (the pictures don't do it justice). Kitchen great for cooking with everything you need and the kayak was a fabulous extra. Wonderful quaint little island with plenty to do for a week's stay and so relaxing. Highly recommend.

This was an amazing stay! Exactly what I was looking for- private, peaceful and beautiful. The view was amazing from the room and then you go down to the private beach and its just serene. On the way down to the beach Damir let us feed the tortoises! Might be silly but that was definitely the highlight they are so cute. We really appreciate this experience and recommend everyone to come stay if you are looking for relaxation. I will warn though you should probably rent a car for this stay, its better so you can come and go as you please and not wait so long for public transportation. We also enjoyed driving around the mountains and seeing the Centina River Canyon and its not a bad drive to Split and other places!

Vincas place is authentic, we enjoyed specially de outdoor space, shady and also sunny spots during the day, surrounded by trees and flowers equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture. The apartment was spotless clean, well equipped kitchen and a lot of space. Vinca and her husband gave us a warm welcome. We walked to different beaches and liked the exercise. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier. ( 2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager, 2 Hunde) Alles war wie beschrieben. Bei Ankunft gab es sogar eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit im Kühlschrank. Die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig . Es hat unserer Meinung nichts gefehlt bezüglich der Ausstattung. Lediglich eine Kerze für draussen haben wir gekauft. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief super und unser Anliegen wurde sofort gelöst. Danke für einen perfekten Ferien Aufenthalt.

Kurz Version: Lage MEGA! Ausstattung top! Kommunikation freundlich und super! Extrem erholsam. Bucht sofort, wenn es verfügbar ist. Längere Version: Das Grundstück und Haus liegt absolut abgelegen in völliger Ruhe und Natur. Alles ist sehr durchdacht und hochwertig! Der Kunstrasen auf dem Badminton/Volleyball/Fussballfeld ist der hochwertigste Kunstrasen auf dem ich war. Es gibt eine Karaokeanlage am Pool die einfach super ist. Die Außenküche und "Grillstube" ist hervorragend. Die Buggys machen viel Spaß. Das Wasser am Strand ist unglaublich klar und lädt zum tauchen ein. Es war alles super sauber. Grillkohle, Airsoft Guns, Buggys und Fahrräder waren im tadellosen Zustand und gehören zum Haus dazu. Die 3 Terrassen waren lagen perfekt und das Außenmobiliar, passend und bequem und von guter Qualität. Ein netter kleiner Ort mit Restaurants und Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Es war wirklich hervorragend. Vielen, vielen Dank für alles🙏🏼

We stayed for 3 nights at Bojana’s beautiful and peaceful property. The panoramic view was beautiful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and provided everything you could possibly need. A big thank you too to Bojana who was very responsive from the outset to departure. Giving us lots of local information on arrival and she very kindly collected us from the ferry port too. All in all a lovely stay and would definitely come back. Thank you.

It was already our third stay at Marica's place in Postira. Next time we will vote the same way. The accommodation is beautiful, clean, great location for exploring the island. We felt as at home. Marica is an excellent host, very nice, we arrived late in the evening and delicious pancakes and a bed for our little daughter were waiting for us.Thanks for everything.

wir waren sehr zufrieden,Iris und die Familie von Iris waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. die Unterkunft ist sehr nah zum Strand. Sauber war es. Ruhig auch. Balkon Ausblick zum Meer und Sonne ☀️ den ganzen Tag satt. Das Appartement hat eben alles was man benötigt zum Leben. Wir hatten besseren Internet als Zuhause. Nach einem sehr freundlichen Empfang und kurzer Einweisung habe ich sehr schöne Tage in dem Apartment verbracht. Die Beschreibung und die Fotos sind exakt, wie ich es vorgefunden habe. Das Bett war äußerst bequem, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders fasziniert hat mich der Blick von dem Balkon auf das Meer und die Berge. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr einfach. Bei Fragen hat er sehr schnell reagiert.

Magda’s place was a lovely home from home in Bol. The peace and quiet has to be experienced to be believed and the views are outstanding. Magda takes huge pride in the presentation of this home and will look after you like your family.

La terraza tiene buenas vistas y tiene mobiliario adecuado. El apartamento es pequeño y funcional, muy agradable. Está en el mismo centro de Pučišća. Nos ha gustado mucho. Philipp ha respondido con rapidez y amabilidad a todas las cuestiones que le hemos planteado antes de llegar y durante nuestra estancia.

The place looked exactly as shown in the photos. Just a short and beautiful 5-minute walk takes you to a peaceful pebble stone beach where we spent a lot of time. It’s wonderfully calm and set on a hillside with stunning sea views—a perfect spot to unwind.

This apartment exceeded all expectations. Absolutely stunning location, set on a promenade that runs the full length of Podstrana, meters from the sea. Whilst the beach isn’t private, it certainly felt so to us as barely anyone else used it. So so peaceful. The apartment was so well thought out. Branka has literally thought of everything you could possibly need! luxurious and a real treat. The free use of the sun beds, kayaks, SUP and large beach BBQ made it difficult to leave and we spent a large amount of our holiday just there relaxing which turns out was just what we needed! A taxi to Split with uber is super easy and around 7-9 euros. Podstrana has many bars and restaurants in both directions and really good quality too. The area is still in development in places so in a year or so we imagine will be a lot busier. For us it was perfect exactly as it was. I’ve never returned to the same place before as there’s so many places to see but for this, we will be back.Thanks Branka & Ivan

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

Fabulous apartment in a great location with an amazing and memorable view. Apartment is comfortable with great amenities. Everything’s well thought out. Great bedding, plenty of towels, hooks, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, and a bottle of wine! The espresso machine was fantastic! He met us at the ferry dock and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. Perfect stay! Highly recommend! The view from the apartment balcony is the best!

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

We loved our stay in Split at Bojan’s beautiful apartment! The place had everything we needed for our family of 4. Location was great for walking to town or to the local beach. Bojan and Inga were super helpful and responsive to any questions we had during and before our stay. They sent us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We would definitely come back to Split and their apartment!

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

Great location close to both the harbour and the old town and minutes from a selection of restaurants including the wonderful Anona.

Wir können Erikas Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen: Sie liegt zentral, so dass man in alle Richtungen Ausflüge unternehmen kann. Die Wohnung ist bestens für 5 Personen, der Ausblick aufs Meer von der Terrasse ist gigantisch! In 5 Minuten bist du zu Fuß von der Wohnung am herrlichen Strand. Alles traumhaft!!

Traumhafte Lage am Wasser. Wir wurden jeden Morgen vom strahlend blauen Meer begrüßt und konnten eine Runde in dieser kleinen Privatbucht schwimmen. Die Terrasse des Apartments bzw der gesamte Außenbereich waren liebevoll gestaltet, perfekt zum Entspannen in ruhiger Umgebung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
