Holiday rentals with a patio in Prazeres

Highly recommend! Felt right at home here thanks to the hospitality and the comfortable apartment. This was the perfect place to start our adventures in Madeira. Everything felt luxurious and convenient about the apartment. We loved our time here.

Het verblijf was in één woord fantastisch. De accommodatie was tot in de puntjes verzorgd: brandschoon, fris en duidelijk met zorg onderhouden. Alles straalde rust en kwaliteit uit, van het stijlvolle interieur tot de prachtige omgeving. Het was een genot om hier te verblijven – absoluut een plek waar ik graag terugkom!

Home away from home. Christians place in Paul do Mar felt immediately like home to us. The apartment is spacious, clean and super comfortable within an amazing location in the super cute village of Paul do Mar. There is plenty of parking closeby, a supermarket to walk to and a great seafood restaurant and snack bar next door. We loved the balcony nestled between mountains, banana fields and the ocean. You can hear the calming sound of the ocean in the apartment and we slept so well. We definitely will choose to come here again and can highly recommend. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Marta’s place! It was so charming, clean and comfortable. The view was absolutely magical. We saw so many rainbows. The mountain view was so peaceful and calming. Marta’ s place was pristine, comfortable and well stocked. We highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Sao Vicente. A perfect stay. Marta was very responsive, welcoming and friendly.

One of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed at! We absolutely loved our stay. This apartment is a dream – incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated with so much love and fully equipped with everything you need. The ocean view is breathtaking, and the location is wonderfully peaceful. Filip and his family live above, but you still have complete privacy with your own entrance. Filip is such a kind and helpful host – we received great tips about the area. His wife Renata surprised us with the most delicious cinnamon rolls we’ve ever tasted! The neighbor was also incredibly friendly and gifted us fresh bananas from his own garden. Renata and Filip went above and beyond to make our stay special – they even provided gifts and baby food for our little one. It’s clear that they put a lot of thought into making their guests feel welcome and comfortable. We can definitely recommend this place. If you have the chance to stay here, don’t hesitate – it’s a true gem!

Cristina was a wonderful host, always available with helpful tips and recommendations. The apartment was very clean and tidy, furnished, arranged and equipped in the best of taste. Stunning view, very quiet, even if very near to the expressway, and because of that perfect located to get everywhere easy and quick. Restaurants of all kind available within short driving time. Overall - very advisable!

We just had the most lovely week in Jose's appartment. Elvio met us as agreed and took us to the appartment and showed us everything. The pool was lovely, glad we paid for it to be heated as I can't cope with cold water. The apartment is spotless and modern with everything you need for a break. Claudia is a very accommodating host. She is very helpful and friendly. The apartment is as described and has everything it needs and a nice outdoor area. I personally was a bit cold as the May weather didn't quite do what it should, but a portable fan heater and a thick woolen blanket that was also on site did the trick. The apartment is not super soundproof which means that you sometimes here the other guests, which didn't bother me personally. As already described in other reviews, the entrance to the parking lot is very steep, but really doable and no worse than other roads on the island. I had a good time and can recommend it with a clear conscience. :)

We just finished 2 magical days at Patricia’s home and cannot say enough incredible things of her place. The house itself is BEAUTIFUL, with an amazing pool and jaw dropping views. In addition to this she was so accommodating to us and made sure we were comfortable the entire time!!! Uber’s and Bolt’s are easy to call and extremely affordable. We did not want to leave and are already planning our next trip to her home!!

The stay was amazing, Jose was very cooperative and helped when we needed things to be fixed or done. He helped us check in very smoothly despite our flight being delayed. He is an amazing host, and the house is incredible.

La nostra Vacanza a Madeira è stata perfetta! Un merito è anche della casa confortevole, bella e funzionale. Joao e Sonia sono stati gentili e sempre disponibili. Torneremo perché 9 giorni non sono bastati a visitare completamente l'isola!

We had an amazing time at this accommodation in Paul do Mar! The house was absolutely fantastic and had everything you could possibly need — from an iron, ironing board, and washing machine to a hairdryer and more. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi and the barbecue. The little terrace upstairs was perfect for relaxing, and you can enjoy the sun there until after 6 PM! The house was spotless and ideally located. Paul do Mar is peaceful but still close to everything you might need, especially if you have a rental car. The host, Ângelo, was very flexible and always reachable via Whtapp , which made everything super easy. We would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone!

Eine sehr schöne, gut geschnittene und absolut saubere Wohnung, die der ideale Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Insel ist. Die Kommunikation mit Melissa war sehr unkompliziert und nett. Die Wohnungsübergabe war perfekt organisiert. Die zwei Balkone bieten jeweils eine schöne Aussicht.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! Il est confortable, bien équipé, très propre et offre une très belle vue, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. L’emplacement est idéal, notamment pour une fin de séjour, car il se trouve à proximité de l’aéroport. On entend effectivement les avions passer, mais cela ne nous a absolument pas dérangés : il n’y a pas de vols la nuit, donc les nuits sont calmes. L’accueil a été chaleureux et la communication avec l’hôte parfaite. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Leonardo let us check in early. Beautiful clean environment right next to the water. He provided a clear and quick video to watch for instructions. Parking is a little complicated but your car is safe in a garage which is nice. Definitely recommend.

Wirklich ein super schönes Apartment! Genau wie auf den Fotos, man fühlt sich direkt zu Hause. Der Blick ist atemberaubend! Würde jedem empfehlen hier zu übernachten während man in Funchal ist. Bis zur Stadt sind es ca. 25min zu Fuß. Das Bett ist super bequem. Jederzeit wieder :)

Great location and views. Plane and street noise did not disturb us as we kept bedroom windows closed. Everything you need to cook. WiFi can be a little spotty. I would stay there again.

Great apartment within walking distance to the center of Funchal. Exactly like the pictures and the terrace is really amazing! Very quiet neighbourhood to stay, even with the ongoing construction sites nearby. Parking space is a real plus as well.

Superbe appartement ! Parfait pour un séjour a Madère. Le logement est tout équipé avrc une salle de bain par chambre ce qui est très pratique pour un groupe de voyageurs, la résidence avec piscine est un vrai plus. Je recommande fortement ce logement. Hôte disponible pour toute question.

Super Unterkunft, direkt am Meer gelegen, man kann direkt aus dem Bett aufs Meer schauen! Die Unterkunft ist super eingerichtet, man hat alles was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Stellplatz für den Mietwagen war ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir waren super zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
