Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Praz-sur-Arly

We enjoyed a great stay at Marilyne's condo. The location is excellent, a very short drive to the little village of Taillores or in the other direction easy access to Annecy. The unit looks better than the pictures, very clean, modern, with a great amount of space and two terraces, one with a beautiful view. Traveling with family the comfortable bedrooms each with a bathroom was appreciated along with the washer and dryer. Marilyne is friendly and easy to communicate with, she was very responsive to any questions we had. We would love to stay here again. Great host and great condo for families or small groups. You will not be disappointed!

Prachtig appartement! We hadden niet heel mooi weer en waren daarom veel in het appartement wat gelijk huiselijk en warm aanvoelde. Als het nodig was reageerden ze snel. Dank voor deze geweldige plek!

Vi är otroligt nöjda både med lägenheten och kommunikationen med Isabelle. Läget är perfekt och lägenheten innehåller alla de bekvämligheter man behöver. Utsikten är fantastisk och man kan njuta av eftermiddagssolen på den stora balkongen. Det finns skidförvaring i källaren men avståndet till kabinbanan kan kännas lite för långt, speciellt på vägen hem då man måste gå uppför en ganska brant 150-stegs stig och trappa. Det går att att hyra skid- och pjäxförvaring i någon av de sportaffärer som ligger i direkt anslutning till kabinbanan. Restauranger, caféer och barer ligger inom 5-10 minuters promenad från lägenheten. För den som gillar lugnt barhäng efter dagens skidåkning rekommenderar vi Bar Tabac St Paul. Närmaste livsmedelsbutik är Le Petit Casino, cirka 5 - 10 min gångväg från lägenheten. Vår favoritrestaurang i skidområdet är Chalet du Radaz i Cote 2000-systemet där pisterna Pre Rosset (blå) och Stade Descente (svart) möts. Glamorös och dyrast är Supermegeve i Rochebrune.

Gwen's place is even nicer than the pictures look. Lovely bedrooms, nice kitchen / lounging area and fireplace. Also very conveniently located to the slopes! Less than a 1k walk. They were also able to set us up with ski rental that was extremely convenient.

Our stay in the village of Passy was absolutely amazing. The house felt like a little piece of paradise – calm, peaceful, and surrounded by breathtaking beauty. The garden was so magical that we didn’t even feel like leaving the property – it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The hosts were incredibly kind, respectful, and welcoming. They made us feel right at home. Truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had. Highly recommended

Personnes très accueillantes et disponibles. Le logement correspond au descriptif et les services sont très appréciés ( machine à laver sèche linge après une journée de pluie) et utiles. Appartement spacieux et lumineux avec un cadre paisible Pour une prochaine occasion, je n’hésiterai pas à reprendre ce logis

If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

Magnifique chalet,superbe vue sur le Mont Blanc , environnement calme et paisible ,très cocooning, aménagement original, décoration épurée et chic. Plusieurs balcons pour se poser et admirer la vue. Terrasse à l'arrière du chalet bien équipée. Accueil très chaleureux avec cadeaux de bienvenue, les propriétaires sont aux petits soins avec leurs clients, sont réactifs, disponibles et à l'écoute de leurs clients. Avons passé une magnifique semaine.

Maria et Jean Marc sont des personnes accueillantes, très sympathiques et discrètes qui vous fait tout de suite vous sentir comme chez vous . La petite maison est très confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour et de plus le quartier est très calme. Ce fut un vrai plaisir pour moi d'y avoir séjourné.

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Wir alle finden diese Wohnung gemütlich und ideal gelegen, da man zu Fuss zur Gondelbahn oder ins Zentrum gelangen kann. Wir verbrachten mit unseren 3 Töchtern, 2 Freunden der Töchter und der Enkelin über Ostern 5 Nächte in dieser Wohnung. Es hatte genug Platz für uns 8 Personen. Die 11monatige Enkelin fühlte sich auch sehr wohl: Kinderbettchen, Kinderstuhl und viele altersgerechte Spielsachen sind vorhanden. Wir verbrachten zum zweiten Mal Osterferien in dieser schönen Wohnung mit der grossartigen Aussicht -> absolut empfehlenswert!

appartement spacieux et très lumineux. Nous avons pu prendre le petit déjeuner en terrasse et profitez de la très bonne exposition. Pour un séjour fin mai,la résidence était très calme,endroit vraiment paisible,agencement paysager vraiment top! nous avons égalent pu profiter de la piscine et du spa après nos belles randonnées.

Appartement décoré avec goût, aux finitions et à l’équipement d’excellente qualité. Les lits sont très confortables. La pièce principale est plus grande que l’impression donnée par les photos. Agnès et son mari sont réactifs et très minutieux sur le ménage. La proximité immédiate des remontées mécaniques et départs de randonnées sont très pratiques. Le RDC jardin face à la forêt et les montagnes donnent plus l’impression d’être dans une maison qu’un appartement. Et l’accès à l’espace piscine et spa est un plus non négligeable :D Nous recommandons sincèrement l’expérience !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour aux Arcs 1600. Le domaine skiable est immense et magnifique. Le logement proposé par Florent était impeccable, confortable, bien agencé et correspondait parfaitement au descriptif. La vue est sublime. Le livret d'accueil envoyé par notre hôte nous a été trés utile. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Dominique. Florent et Dominique sont très accueillants et réactifs. Nous reviendrons très certainement l'année prochaine.

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Bonne continuation dans votre rôle de Super Hôte soucieux du bien être de ses voyageurs de passage. Françoise et Philippe
