Nice south-facing studio on the garden floor

Very well located, the studio is "at the foot of the slopes" of the Portes du MB, 5 minutes from the Palais (swimming pool, ice rink, balneo...) the international jumping and 10 minutes from the center of Megeve. On the way to the ball-trap Very well equipped (LV, LL, oven...) For the simple and quick kitchen on vacation there are raclette, fondue and a crêpière appliances Sheets and towels are provided. On-site parking In season, arrivals and departures is only on Saturdays (December 15 to March 31)

Résidence calme, tout petit studio 20 m², exposition SE proche tous commerces, à 600 m des remontées mécaniques, navette ski bus à 30 m. Pouvant accueillir 2 personnes, ce studio de type Savoyard est tout équipé. Cuisine américaine, machine à laver, écran plat , séjour-lit 140/190, dressing, SdB WC et balcon de 5 m² avec vue sur Aiguille du Midi par temps dégagé. Lac, base de loisirs, parc enfants à 100 m. Studio confortable lit rénové vue dégagée

I am next door and I use the studio as an out-of-season office. I provide just like at the hotel, towels. The location is ideal. Everything can be done on foot: trails in all directions, 5 minutes from the center and 15 minutes from the supermarket. The south-facing garden is ideal for relaxed evenings after the effort. By car easy access by the very clear national road to Megeve (10min), Sallanches (20 minutes) or Chamonix (35 minutes) and private parking.
