À l'étage, une chambre, avec salle de bain, d'où vous pourrez apercevoir la Garonne pendant votre douche ! Stone house renovated in 2018 that can accommodate 2 adults on the ground floor with a baby crib. Upstairs, 2 single beds. The house has a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. A fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Parking in front of the house for one car, in our yard. It is located right next to my home. So no parties and no family meals. We are 10 minutes from Agen in the countryside and 25 minutes from Villeneuve-sur-Lot.

We had a great holiday as a couple. Upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed with snacks and drinks and a nice introductory babble. We got lots of tips on fun sights and pleasant day and night markets. The accommodation was equipped with everything needed. The wide choice of terraces, the steam oven and the heated swimming pool are great assets. Furthermore, there was smooth communication with the owners and were always ready for us where needed. In short, we had a great, relaxing and restful holiday!

Our stay in Prayssas went very well! The house is clean, very nice, well arranged, well equipped (Senseo coffee maker and not Nespresso). The accommodation is ideal for a group with children, the dining area, swimming pool, pool bar being all "centralized". We even had the zucchini/tomatoes from the garden:-) The only small downsides being the floor of the floor that squeaks a lot, the mosquitoes present day and night and checkout at 9 a.m. on Saturday;-).
