In Manresa city (NOT BARCELONA), Luxury industrial loft with a sunny terrace, romantic ambience, quiet and amazing views sunsets against the nearby mountains. Designed by an artist to be both highly functional and romantic. Located about 40 kms from Barcelona. The bedroom has a kingsize bed and the spacious living room includes bench that converts into 2 single beds if needed (see photos). The loft is on the second floor of the building. There is no lift/elevator. LGBTQ+ friendly.

La Carança, mountain house. Calm and nature!

Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

The house of Can 18, or can 18,000 hard, owes its name to the fact that in the last century the one who built it touched the national lottery, and the cost of the house was 18,000 hard paid with the prize. Everyone knows it as “Can 18”. The house was completely renovated in 2015, and its 3 apartments between 2017 and 2018. Cozy, equipped and comfortable. You have the option of storing or renting bicycles in the same building from adults, children and children's chairs.
