Appartement tout équipé, au RDC de notre maison. Vous disposez d'une place de parking privée et sécurisée. Nous sommes à 20 minutes du port et de la plage de Sciez à Pied ou 3min en voiture ( 1,3 km ) A 30min des stations de ski et 30min du centre de Genève. Infos: Arrivée non autonome, de 18h à 21h. Le Départ est autonome, 11h maximum. Le logement doit être rendu propre tel que vous l’avez eu à votre arrivée. Serviettes de bains non fournis. Logement pas adapté pour enfants en bas age

The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a comfortable dining area. The living room gives access to the terrace.

Single-story 50 m2 accommodation for 1–4 people, with private unfenced garden, located in Filly, (Sciez Haute-Savoie), in the heart of Chablais, close to Lake Geneva and the Alps, in a Provençal farmhouse-style house. Warning: electric car charging not possible. We provide bed linens and towels. We kindly ask guests who come in pairs to let us know if they need two beds. Without specification we will prepare the double bed in the bedroom.
