Very well located house, a few meters from the beach, and next to the right side where there are more waves, some options of restaurants walking-in-area and close to the river. The house is large and comfortable, with parking for the cars.

The location of the house is excellent, facing the sea. The house is impeccable cleaning with furniture and well-maintained utensils, has a very beautiful lawn and excellent care for children to play. The lady who takes care of the house is very attentive and requests, and André (owner) gives up a lot of attention and speed in answering questions, and is always worried that everything will go in the best way. The only observation is a bar next to it and order a little until 2, 3 o'clock in the morning, at the most it's all very nice.

Anfitriao very sympathetic, always concerned with our well esrar, apartment has everything you need for a good stay, practicality of the next business, good service of the people of the condominium. recommend for sure, we will be back soon.

Well-located place!

Fernando's house is wonderful and very tasteful. It has all the necessary amenities and is very well equipped, even with a shelf full of great books. The gardens are very well maintained and pleasant. The house is very close to the beach, surrounded by lush nature. In the period we went, in early June, Itamambuca is a very quiet beach, ideal for a relaxing stay. Fernando was very attentive and gave us good tips.

Cristiano super kind and request. Super easy to talk to and always on the phone. I had a health problem and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point in the apartment is the mattresses and sofas, which are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)

My experience was great and extremely cozy. From the beginning, the host was very helpful, always attended to us quickly and attentively, which made the stay even smoother. The apartment is clean, well decorated and exactly as described in the listing. The location is also excellent, close to the beach and to several points of interest. It was wonderful to be staying in Sergio's apartment. I have a baby of 1 year and 3 months and I chose the place precisely for the things there were to do with the child, since it is not only possible to stay on the beach, so we took a lot of advantage of the swimming pools, especially the heated ones. My daughter loved! Very cool playground and all very clean and organized! We will definitely return to the next one! Sérgio is a great host!

Her place is like a dream! The house is beautiful furnished and the view is amazing! She is a great host. I also like that you can walk to the beach. This place is worth every penny and for sure I’m coming back!

The condominium offers a fantastic structure, we went in 6 with two babies and we all accommodated with great comfort! The view from the apartment to the sea is simply cinema! super recommend it.

This house is such a special location, we loved staying in this architectural gem! The glass fronts offer stunning views over the sea, you are surrounded by the jungle-like nature and animals. The beaches nearby are absolutely stunning, just note that the food options in walkable distance are closed at night. We had a really wonderful, relaxed and quite time in Felix, exploring the neighborhood, surfing, hanging by the beach and of course enjoying our livingroom views! Also communication with the hosts was super smooth and quick and check-in was very easy, would 100% recommend staying here!

The stay was great, starting with all the support from Lúcia, who was super attentive from the beginning of the contact. Great house, everything is clean and the view from the house to the beach is spectacular, location close to the market, bakery, restaurants. Everything was very good. The house has a great location,well aired, with access to two beaches, private security. Me and my family liked it so much that we were there in 2023 and now 2025. Victor is attentive and always answered our questions. My family and I recommend it, whoever you are won't regret it.

The place is amazing, we had a little problem with rainwater entering the second floor but otherwise it was all perfect, the hosts are extremely friendly and responded to all my messages quickly! In the end is well worth it if you like a Boa Vista, a good location for the beaches beyond the very nice and cozy space! I hope to return some day
