We can absolutely recommend Susana's apartment. It exactly matches the photos. We are on the Costa every summer and unfortunately know the often lacked quality of the holiday apartments there. That's why we loved Susana. The apartment is in great condition, everything is clean, the bathrooms very good. The large living room is dreamy. You can tell that this is a home of Susana. Nothing is missing here. Nearby are small supermarkets, cafes, bakeries, restaurant, restaurant, etc. The beach is also within walking distance. We mostly went through the park to go there because our daughter was able to play in the playgrounds. The contact with Susana was great, she is very friendly, fast and easily accessible. This is a real hidden gem. From the moment I arrived, I knew it would be great. The surroundings are beautiful and the breakfast was wonderful. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I felt like I was at a luxury resort and would love to come back.

Such a nice stay. The hosts at reception were so helpful about anything. Warm, friendly, kind. Mine was a short trip and location was perfect for me. Was able to walk everywhere.

We stayed two nights, on our first night our AC unit malfunctioned causing it to soak most of our clothes lying underneath, it wasn’t repaired during the stay so we were left without ac and it was pretty warm! Other than that the location is amazing, very cute place and great for the price!

This is a 4 stars hotel experience for the price of a 2.5 stars hotel stay. The room is very spacious and the floor is cut in an way that has all the bathrooms, kitchen, balconies etc feel like they're yours. The kitchen and dining area is much larger than what I expected and there's a balcony everywhere you turn lastly Hannah who works here is an amazing person as well as Manuel with whom both I had lovely conversations. Just great experience and I'll be definitely coming back if I'm in Lisbon next time.

Just returned from a long weekend and we had a great time spent at the villa. Immaculate and very well presented. 5 min walk to shop and 20-30 into Lisbon. Host was very helpful pre booking and during and after our stay also.

We strongly recommend this house. We spent 7 very peaceful days there. You will find a lot of calm there… All around the house there are fruits and vegetables that you can pick (they are excellent). As for the host, it's very nice, listening, etc. Finally, you can go there!

Me and my son had booked one of threexrooms available in Joao’s house. Joao was extremely supportive and helpful as a host! The weather was unusually cold for Portugal, but Joao was not to blame for that😂 Strong recommendation if you want to go to the Aroeira gold courses or the beach.

I cannot say enough good things about Eighteen21 House in Sintra! Upon arrival (past midnight), we were greeted by the sweet hostess with pure joy and shown immense hospitality our whole stay. The location could not be more perfect - situated about halfway between the main town and Pena Palace. We were given the option to either walk, take the bikes, book a Tuk-Tuk ride, or Uber and all were amazing. After a long morning hiking up to the Moorish Castle and Pena Palace, we enjoyed a relaxing afternoon at the private pool area. There are adventurous shortcut paths from the property to Pena Palace and Quinta da Regaleira that we had all to ourselves. Each breakfast was so intentionally crafted and delicious. Our whole time here felt like a fairytale and we would come back in a heartbeat!

Jorge is an outstanding host! He sorted everything for us, gave us great recommendations and was so helpful with everything. I would highly recommend his place to anyone!

The approach was exciting, narrow steep roads, possibly oncoming traffic. But as soon as I entered the house, I forgot all about it. Great house, completely private, plenty of space and an amazing view from the terrace to the sea. The pool provided the necessary daily cooling. Nearby, the selection of various bays for swimming and admiring the waves was great, and the beautiful Sintra is around the corner. Bernardo was very friendly and flexible and gave good tips for nearby restaurants. All in all, a relaxing stay!

We spent a lovely weekend in the house which is big enough to share with family or friends. We loved everything though the house is not super modern but rather traditional filled small meaningful details created by the owners. The view is amazing and we loved grill zone and patio full of sun.

Excellent stay of several months for our student son. This host is a gem, attentive to needs, who makes suggestions, who is extremely helpful... while being discreet. The studio is as described and impeccably clean. Very well located for getting to the university/business school. We will keep in touch with this very welcoming and trustworthy host. We highly recommend it without a second thought.

Good attention, and cleanliness. The area is a bit decayed, but it is well connected and there are some very good restaurants. The atmosphere may be scary because there are many people living on the street but it was very quiet the truth. I would stay again with cost-benefit reason

It was nice Holiday Hotel, located at very nice location full of aminities and beautiful town center and shoping and small but beautiful beaches. late night check in experience was great. Good resturant for food drinks. I would recomd this place. Thanks

The apartment was as shown in the pictures. Everything clean and tidy. Free parking is a plus. Due to the bus stop directly opposite, you could quickly get to the center of the city. Bathroom was shared with several rooms, but it was clean and always free. So no problem. Great communication and easy check-in

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Very clean house, organized, well cared for, with all necessary available and very well located. I loved to get to know Lisbon, I would definitely stay there again.

AN UNFORGETTABLE STAY!! If you DON'T value a 5-Star unique experience, friendly people and sunsets to die for, then this place is not for you! Decio, the host made the pre-booking experience easy. He answered all our questions and was very responsive. The location is just as nice as it is in the pictures and then some! Zoe, the property manager and her team who runs everything on site is so impressive and made it feel like home! They keep everything running smoothly and make the guests feel like family! You can walk to the local beach clubs and restaurants, lounge by the [very clean] pool with plenty of seating and shade, play one of the many card games they have or read from their selection of books. Then there are the family style dinners - AMAZING! And they put out a beautiful and healthy, COMPLIMENTARY breakfast buffet ! If you are in the surfing community you will love this location! Next time we come to Portugal we will DEFINITELY book this location again!
