Very cozy, comfortable house, we stayed in 10 adults and 2 children and felt at home. The house is equipped with items necessary for everyday life and more, we were able to cook there during the stay, use the needle and lines available to sew a tear, and still have fun with some of the many games available. The house has cameras, alarms and electronic locks that made us feel safe. The host, Vicente, was very helpful and attentive whenever we need it. The location is excellent, close to the beach of Ponta Negra, the people in the mood would go back to the beach on foot, those with little disposition easily got an Uber. Speaking of which, we had no problem getting Uber to go or leave, no matter the time. The house is excellent that we feel like staying there longer, now we hope to be able to return!

huge house, we went as 9 adults and 2 children, house and really just like the listing, quiet neighborhood, market, bakery, pharmacy all in the back street, there is a restaurant on the street that goes down to the beach, think of good food and the price even better, finally my experience was the best, we are already planning the next trip, thanks Luciano you are very wonderful, I felt very good in your house, congratulations.

Our experience on this Airbnb was amazing! The house exceeded all expectations: very well-equipped, clean and with a welcoming environment that made our family feel at home from the first moment. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The location is also a great differential — close to sights and at the same time in a quiet area, perfect for resting after a day of sightseeing. Details such as the charming décor, the balcony with a pleasant view and the well-kept garden made our holiday even more special. Without a doubt, I recommend this space for families or groups that seek comfort, practicality and a touch of care in every detail. We will definitely return!

The house is extremely cozy, we love to spend the carnival there. My husband simply fell in love with every detail of the house and our daughters took great advantage of the pool and the bedroom upstairs. Host is very helpful and left several things for us to cook 🥰

Excellent space. Smells good, comfortable, pleasant to be in. With everything you need for a good stay (clean and fragrant bed linen, well-equipped kitchen, barbecue). Close to the beach and close to the center of Ponta Negra (10 km by car). We love the space in general and would definitely come back.

We had an amazing stay in Pedro's triplex! At all times of our trip, Pedro was an exceptional host, always attentive and available to ensure our experience was perfect. The triplex, located in a sand-foot condominium in Genipabu, is simply wonderful — spacious, well taken care, clean, according to the photos of the advertisement and with a very cool environment on the second floor, great for having a barbecue with family and friends. We spend unforgettable days, enjoying the comfort of the property and the proximity to the beach. Pedro's attention and care really made a difference, and we feel very welcome. We recommend with your eyes closed and certainly look forward to coming back soon!

The duplex made me feel like I was in a cozy and pleasant cabin! Close to beaches and the handicraft fair, shops. Safe place for family and very reminiscent of a village, with church, bell...I loved it!!!
