A noite, o programa é uma bela caminhada à beira-mar seguindo pela Orla Bardot até a Rua das Pedras (cerca de 25 minutos). Existem, ainda, ótimos restaurantes e bares perto do condomínio, além de mercado, padaria, farmácia e transporte público. Deixe seu carro na garagem e divirta-se a pé. Sejam bem-vindos.

Temos 6 vagas de autos para todo o condomínio e o uso e por ordem de chegada, mas a rua de acesso é particular sem saída e com guarita.
