Holiday rentals with a patio in Praia Itapeva

The accommodation is well located, Mariéli is a great host, loft exactly as in the listing, super recommended stay.

Our stay was very peaceful. We were positively surprised by the availability of amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. The house was very cozy, clean and with Christmas decoration, very tasteful. The showers are delicious! We fell in love with the structure of the condominium, the beauty of the complete outdoor area with everything in the house. There is a different kind of peace in this place. Really worthy of contemplation! Bruna was very helpful when we asked for help and the local restaurant recommendations were very good. We left renewed and intend to return.

Excellent apartment near the beach and Parque da Guarita. Good beds, bathroom with gas shower with good pressure. We used the terrace barbecue in the light of the full moon, overlooking the sea, on a very pleasant night in the middle of May. We recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy Torres in comfort.

An excellent location, literally (even) less than 10 steps from the beach, a very good place to rest and recharge, seeing and feeling the smell of the sea straight in the window from inside the apt. Espaço super confortável, agradável e principalmente bonito. Nos sentimos em casa, super acolhidos, além do que o ambiente comum do prédio é de gosto muito refinado. Tivemos a surpresa de encontrar no lobby uma instalação de arte da ceramista Cris Bellini, uma adição que abrilhantou nossa estadia. E o mais importante de tudo: tinha café!!! 😅

Tive uma experiência maravilhosa neste final de semana! A casa estava limpa, bem cuidada e super confortável, o que tornou minha estadia ainda mais agradável. O condomínio é completo e seguro, proporcionando tranquilidade e praticidade durante toda a minha visita. Além disso, o suporte das anfitriãs foi incrível — sempre atenciosos, prestativos e prontos para ajudar no que fosse necessário. Recomendo bastante e certamente voltarei!

A casa era impecável. O lugar mais lindo que eu já estive. O chalé limpíssimo, vista deslumbrante, anfitrião respondia prontamente algumas dúvidas, foi uma estadia maravilhosa. TiNha mimos personalizados em nossos nomes. Foi tudo maravilhoso.

Ficamos encantados com a cidade. Lugar tranquilo e com ótimos serviços. O loft do Cassiano é excelente para um casal. Ambiente novo e moderno. Tudo muito limpo. Bem cômodo ter o carro à porta. Bom banho, boa cama. Tela e sofá suficientes para um streaming. Copa e cozinha suficientes para um café da manhã, mas poderia melhorar para uma refeição maior. A localização é excelente, ótimo supermercado a poucos metros. Restaurantes muito bons a duas quadras, em especial o Black House 414 Gastrobar. Boa pizza também e pescada à belle meuniere no Casarão. O Cassiano nos passou dicas excelentes. A localização da cidade é ideal e central para as atividades que fizemos: caminhadas cânions Itaimbezinho, Fortaleza, trilha do boi, praias em Torres e outros passeios mais próximos à cidade que Cassiano sugeriu (não deixe de ver a cascata, a trilha até ela é muito bonita, e a trilha que leva a local com vista 360 graus de toda a região). Bonita e grande lareira, não usamos pois não estava muito frio

a hospedagem da Ana e do Israel é exatamente como as fotos e descrita no anúncio. Casa limpa e roupas de cama muito cheirosas. O jardim é lindo e aconchegante, ótimo para pets e bebês! adoramos e recomendamos sem medo!

Passamos um final de semana incrível nessa casa! O imóvel é muito bonito, exatamente como nas fotos, super bem localizado e com um ambiente muito tranquilo — perfeito para relaxar com a família. Mesmo com criança, foi tudo muito tranquilo e seguro. A comunicação com os anfitriões foi excelente: sempre atenciosos, responderam todas as nossas dúvidas com rapidez e simpatia. Com certeza retornaríamos e recomendamos muito a experiência!

A estadia foi maravilhosa. Espaço perfeito para ficar em família e curtir a praia tranquilamente, mas a um pulo de distância até a parte central de Torres. o espaço tinha tudo que era necessário para ficar confortável. Uma praia tranquila para descansar. Voltaremos.

Nos sentimos em casa, passamos dias agradáveis. O Sr.Mario e sua esposa são ótimos anfitriões, local extremamente limpo e funcional, as crianças adoraram pois tem muita diversão e segurança.

A minha estadia foi incrivelmente boa, mesmo tendo contra tempo de falta de gás, a anfitriã rapidamente resolveu mandando um rapaz entregar bem rapidamente. O mesmo ainda , gentilmente, fez o favor de instalar. A Carol, sempre muito prestativa, fez o impossivel para nos sentirmos como se estivessemos em casa. Gostaria de sugerir que tivessem uma tv a cabo e/ou Netflix, pois tentamos ver o grenal no sabado e a assinatura estava bloqueada. Mas so gostaria de agradecer ao profissionalismo e dedicação da anfitriã, e assim que possível retornar para mais uns dias de descanso.

It is good lodging near a beach on average quieter than the others, close to a well-stocked market and not so far from downtown. The accommodations are cozy. has a good pool.

We are frequent guests of that condominium but we have never rented an apartment with a "garden". If you like to stay at home barbecue and enjoy the tranquility of the place, we highly recommend it. And the condominium is wonderful. With respect to the apartment, it was impeccable and is very well decorated, with all necessary amenities (we love the automatic coffee maker). A Daniela always cordial and very practical.
