Our stay was very peaceful. We were positively surprised by the availability of amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. The house was very cozy, clean and with Christmas decoration, very tasteful. The showers are delicious! We fell in love with the structure of the condominium, the beauty of the complete outdoor area with everything in the house. There is a different kind of peace in this place. Really worthy of contemplation! Bruna was very helpful when we asked for help and the local restaurant recommendations were very good. We left renewed and intend to return.

An excellent location, literally (even) less than 10 steps from the beach, a very good place to rest and recharge, seeing and feeling the smell of the sea straight in the window from inside the apt. Apto is simple but very comfortable and with all the amenities for our stay of days in the feriadão. Highly recommended, thank you Sérgio.

Super comfortable, nice and mostly beautiful space. We felt at home, super welcoming, in addition to that the common environment of the building is of very refined taste. We were surprised to find in the lobby an art installation of ceramist Cris Bellini, an addition that made our stay brightened. And most importantly of all - there was coffee!!! 😅

We were delighted with the city. Quiet place with great services. Cassiano's loft is excellent for a couple. New and modern environment. Everything is very clean. It is very convenient to have the car at the door. Good shower, good bed. Enough screen and sofa for streaming. Adequate pantry and kitchen for breakfast, but could be improved for a larger meal. The location is excellent, great supermarket a few meters away. Very good restaurants two blocks away, especially the Black House 414 Gastrobar. Good pizza too and hake à la belle meuniere at Casarão. Cassiano gave us excellent tips. The location of the city is ideal and central to the activities we did: hiking in the Itaimbezinho canyons, Fortaleza, the ox trail, beaches in Torres and other tours closer to the city that Cassiano suggested (be sure to see the waterfall, the trail to it is very beautiful, and the trail that leads to the place with a 360-degree view of the entire region). It is good lodging near a beach on average quieter than the others, close to a well-stocked market and not so far from downtown. The accommodations are cozy. has a good pool.

We are frequent guests of that condominium but we have never rented an apartment with a "garden". If you like to stay at home barbecue and enjoy the tranquility of the place, we highly recommend it. And the condominium is wonderful. With respect to the apartment, it was impeccable and is very well decorated, with all necessary amenities (we love the automatic coffee maker). A Daniela always cordial and very practical.
