Waterfront holiday rentals in Praia Formosa

Nous avons séjourné 13 nuits chez Fatima. Nous n'avons jamais eu de logement aussi propre ! Certe le logement est humide mais Fatima fait en sorte que l'on soit le plus à l'aise possible (draps de rechange, serviettes en grande quantité etc.). L'appartement est très bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. La vue est splendide ! Fatima et sa famille savent nous accueillir, ce sont des personnes d'une grande gentillesse et très réactives lors de nos demandes. Le seul point négatif, mais qui est minime face à tout le potentiel du logement est l'isolement sonore. Le plafond n'est qu'un plancher et nous pouvons entendre Fatima et sa famille marcher si nous restons la journée à l'appartement. Le bruit ne nous a jamais réveillé ni empêché de nous endormir. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés ce logement et nous savons maintenant où loger si nous avons l'occasion de revenir visiter la magnifique île de Madère.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön an einer sehr ruhigen Lage mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Es war alles sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet damit man sich ab dem ersten Moment nur wohlfühlen kann. Es hatte alles was man braucht, auch super fanden wir die vielen Küchenuntensilien und der Grill, den wir jeden Tag benutzten. Die Terrasse mit Whirpool,Lounge,Liegen und Tisch waren das Highlight. Wir verbrachten viel Zeit in der Unterkunft, weil wir uns so wohl gefühlt haben. Der Strand Calheta ist 5min mitem Auto einfach zu erreichen und sehr empfehlenswert. Auch fanden wir den Privatparkplatz super. Bruno und Maria sind sehr zuvorkommend und fragten auch nach wie es uns geht und ob wir etwas brauchen. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, sehr ruhig, viel privatsphäre und doch gelangen wir mitem Auto überall hin. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Bruno und Maria. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Wir waren 14 Tage inClaudias Wohnung und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super und die Terrasse unschlagbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ce logement a toutes les commodités pour un séjour confortable. La vue prenante de la mer du 7e étage est appréciée. Cela en fait un atout très intéressant. Prendre l'apéro sur la balcon est un plaisir. Nous n'avons pas eu trop de problème pour le stationnement de la voiture, mais nous étions de retour avant 16h00. La disponibilité des places est limitée après 15h30 et les alternatives de stationnement dans les rues sont assez loin et contraignantes (frais jusqu'à 20h00). Il n'est plus possible de se garer dans la rue du complexe, il faut aller à plus de 300 m ou utiliser un parking public payant à 100 m. Sur 5 jours, nous n'avons eu à se garer dans la rue qu'une seule fois. Le lit est confortable. Il est très agréable de dormir avec le bruit lointain des vagues. Les résidents du complexes sont silencieux et respectueux. Bref, nous avons eu une excellente expérience et nous conseillons ce logement pour ceux qui veulent découvrir Funchal.

Die Wohnung und die Aussicht sind beispiellos und bieten alles was man braucht. Die Autobahn und den Flughafen hört man zwar, allerdings ist die Geräuschkulisse überschaubar und überhaupt nicht störend. Ein ganz großer Pluspunkt an Fátima und José, die beide überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend waren. Sie baten jederzeit Unterstützung an und waren sofort erreichbar. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an die beiden!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Germano. Ce sont ses parents qui gèrent le logement, et ils ont été aux petits soins pour que notre séjour se passe parfaitement ! Merci encore. Le logement est impeccable, spacieux, parfaitement équipé. La vue est superbe et la piscine un vrai plus ! Il y a plein de bons restaurants autours, nous avons apprécié le calme et le côté très paisible de jardim do mar avec de jolies balades. On a eu du mal à partir ! Une adresse pépite si vous cherchez un lieu unique à Madère pour vos vacances !

We really enjoyed our stay in Madeira. This was the perfect home base for exploring the island. This home was amazing; larger and greater than expected. We really enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking and exploring. I would definitely recommend this to others and would love to stay here again!

Die Unterkunft entspricht genau den Bildern. Die Aussicht auf Funchal ist wunderbar, ob aus dem Bett oder der Sauna! Es war alles sehr sauber und genügend vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit Dem Gastgeber war ebefalls sehr unkompliziert und schnell. Parkplatz vor dem Appartment ist sehr konfortabel. In die Stadt hat man ca 10-15Min mit dem Auto (Alternativ Uber/Bolt ca 10 Eur). Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und empfehlen diese Unterkunft wärmstens.

We felt very relaxed and comfortable at Antonio’s lovely house and the garden and views were impressive. We appreciated the interesting features in the garden with its nature feel and enjoyed the pool and sauna which we thought was a real asset for the place. The house is interesting and cared about and Antionio was an excellent and helpful host. We were glad of the car we hired to access shops, restaurants, beach and walking areas as without one would be difficult but it suited us really well as 4 adults who wanted a base from which to explore Madeira.

Es war alles da, was man benötigt. Die Unterkunft ist stilvoll und sauber. Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet.

Wir haben unsere Ferien in Madeira und insbesondere die Wohnung in Campanàrio sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, frisch renoviert und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Mit einem Mietauto ist die Lage ausserhalb der Hauptstadt kein Problem und man fühlt sich im Dorf, in der Bäckerei und in den Shops herzlich willkommen. Luis ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, hat eine Antwort auf alle Anliegen und ist trotzdem nicht aufdringlich. Wir können die Unterkunft für ein Paar sehr empfehlen.

This was by far the best AirBnB we’ve ever stayed in. Antonio was so helpful from the very beginning (he sent lots of info ahead of our arrival), made sure we could check in in the morning after our early flight and welcomed us personally at his lovely house with pool and all amenities one could look for (specifically in the kitchen and bathrooms, where we found all types of equipment, shampoo, tissues etc). The beds were comfortable, the view was stunning. We were a group of 6 and enjoyed cooking together (particularly barbecuing outdoors), but the house offered many peaceful corners for each of us to relax in, too. We also really appreciated Antonio‘s recommendations for hikes and other things to do on the island. Thanks a lot for everything!!

Ein tolles Haus in wunderschöner Lage! Näher am Meer geht nicht und das Meeresrauschen begleitet einen Tag und Nacht. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und super sauber. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause! Constantino ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat tolle Tipps. Ohne ihn hätten wir den kleinen Strand in Seixal nie gefunden... Wir waren 14 Tage hier und haben jede Minute genossen. Danke, Constantino!

Ce logement atypique sur plusieurs étages est très beau et parfaitement bien aménagé. Nous avons profité des 3 espaces extérieurs. Accueil apprécié avec une belle attention à notre arrivée (fleurs, vin, bière, eau, chocolat). Nous avons également été bien conseillées pour nos sorties et restaurants. A noter : Pas évident pour moi de me garer correctement sur la place de parking mais il est possible de se garer sur un parking en bas de la rue. Nous sommes ravies de notre séjour chez Adriana

Le logement était parfait et à la hauteur de nos attentes. Quartier tranquille et bien situé. Luis a été très accueillant et a donné de bonnes recommandations locales. Nous recommandons fortement!

Absolutely Stunning Apartment with Unbeatable Views! This was, without a doubt, the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the absolutely stunning apartment. It was incredibly well-equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The beautiful location was a real highlight, boasting amazing sea views from the balcony that we enjoyed every single day. The lovely swimming pools on site were a fantastic bonus, perfect for a refreshing dip. Our hosts, Mariana and Ricardo, were so welcoming and helpful, always on hand to answer any questions and offer local tips. The great wifi was a practical plus, and we loved that the apartment was within walking distance to the main shops, making everything so convenient. Maria’s 8th-floor apartment was perfect! Super clean, spacious, and the balcony had amazing views of the marina, Santa Catarina park, and the city. It has two bedrooms — one with a double bed, the other with two singles — both with private bathrooms and closets. There are three bathrooms total, all spotless. The kitchen had everything, plus a dishwasher and coffee machine. Laura, who welcomed us, was so kind and helpful. She messaged me before arrival, arranged parking, explained everything in the apartment, and even brought us a big bottle of water and fresh coffee capsules the next day. She also gave great local tips. The building has great security and private parking. Honestly, the whole stay was smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Madeira — close to everything!

Leonardo let us check in early. Beautiful clean environment right next to the water. He provided a clear and quick video to watch for instructions. Parking is a little complicated but your car is safe in a garage which is nice. Definitely recommend.

Eine schöne Unterkunft mit einem tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Lauren und André waren immer erreichbar und haben sich schnell um unsere Fragen und Angelegenheiten gekümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Die Wohnung ist hell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Tiefgarage ist geräumig. Super, daß eine Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine da war. Iri hat sich viel Mühe gegeben und uns auf ihrem Weg am nächsten Tag nochmal zum Flughafen mitgenommen , da wir Probleme mit der Autovermietung hatten. Ein toller Aufenthalt

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view was beautiful and we loved being able to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves. The apartment had everything we needed and was a perfect home base. The host checked us in and walked us through the apartment to show us how things worked which was great. The location was not super walkable to restaurants and such for my parents due to the steep hills, but it wasn't an issue for us and the beach path was great to walk in the evenings. Definitely recommend.

We had a great time at Miguel and Ana’s place. They have a beautiful condo close to the sea and with a lovely balcony and view. Very spacious and a nice location. Overall, loved it!
