Boa noite we were 8 people and two children , daughter's birthday, very cozy house,all good only to taste.Let give a hint ,when you go to spend a moment with the family at Casae and ideal and we really like Leny who prepared us a breakfast note 10 and a wonderful lunch. Highly recommended! I fell in love with this house in photos and when I was there the experience was even better. Marlene is very attentive and willing, her owners are very attentive and hospitable. The house is a dream, it was spotless. Would come back a thousand times!

Impeccable view, very good condominium, I hope to return more often

A magical vase on the hill of Buzios. Above the beach of Geriba, which is the one I recommend the most. There are other beaches that are more beautiful, but they are very crowded. Geriba, being so big, there are no people. The only disadvantage is having to walk 20 minutes to get to the beach, but it's the price you have to pay for having the view from the hill. The house is highly recommended, and it is clear that the owners use it, because it is WELL equipped. It's not just equipped with some things for airbnb. There's everything.

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

Very good house, next to the main beaches. Roberto always request to respond to our messages. The house also has an administrator, Samuel, very kind and diligent. Our trip was family, everyone liked the house. We will definitely go back and recommend it.

New stay at this residency was excellent! Elaine's kindness was very prominent. Everything worked out perfect, we really enjoyed each of the amenities. The pool is great!!! we also enjoyed winding fire and cooking a great asado. The location is optimal, everything is very few minutes away, either restaurants, supermarkets, service stations, etc. The park space, cleanliness, order, linens, cooking utensils, barbecue, sauna, pool table, all 10/10. Elaine is always very attentive, we give a very specific attention. We definitely want to come back.

The location is excellent. A few blocks from Rúa das Pedras, with all the shops and stores nearby but at the same time very quiet. It's close to everything you need to visit. The staircase to the rooms was quite steep, but we had no major problems. A safe and comfortable place. We highly recommend this stay!!

Incredible stay! The house is beautiful, the living room and terrace have a superb view, the pool downstairs with the seating area is super nice for large groups. Thais is very nice and the communication was exemplary! I highly recommend Rozana's service for meal preparation and cleaning, it's a plus that makes all the difference!

Denise and Roberto are great hosts. Home as a listing. Very well located, clean and spacious. One of the best we ever stayed. The townhouse served very well, and there was plenty of room left, for 8 adults, 2 children and a pet. Flexible, proactive hosts, quick replies, and clear instructions. We will return more often. I can say that we felt at home. Everything that was advertised was in agreement. The apartment is great, everything is very clean, it has everything we need in the kitchen, bed linen, bath. It has beach chairs and umbrellas. Bedroom closet and dresser that fits all the clothes we brought. A delightful balcony overlooking the main avenue. All nearby commerce and the beach are just a step away from the apartment. The building staff always request, giving all the information we want with politeness and promptness. As for Michele, a lovely hostess, concerned with our well-being, always asking if we needed anything. I highly recommend it, everything was perfect. We thank Michele for all the attention. We'll be back soon.

The stay at the house was great! Thais and Alexandre are always kind, the photos represent exactly what the house is like, with a great outdoor area. Clean linens and bath linens of high quality. The shower is great, too. Super recommend it.

We arrived in the Ferradura neighborhood not knowing what to expect from the accommodation and it turned out to be very efficient in terms of logistics location since it is in the middle of Buzios. And it's important if you want to go through all the points of the city and go out at night. The apartment has just what you need And it has some additional services that are good for barbecues, pizzas or enjoying the day at the park Honestly, between price and quality, from what I saw in Buzios, it's really recommended The only thing to keep in mind is that if you plan to walk, there is a steep climb to the house, but it's nothing out of the ordinary if you want to enjoy the tranquility of a pleasant neighborhood. On Thursday nights, there is an excellent food fair a block away that was very good and fun with more city people Claudia was always attentive to everything I asked her and gave me some additional advice

Impeccable service, always willing to assist us, gave us good tips on where to go, what to do, the best locations for sightseeing, etc. Very good space, with shops nearby and easy to access, we all liked it a lot and we intend to return for sure. Guys, you can go, the house is very good.

Excellent house , very equipped , has what a traveler needs , comfort , all the electromesitics that one needs on a trip , super equipped , the tableware of the highest quality and abundance, there are recreational elements for the beach , the house is very beautiful comfortable in a very beautiful, quiet and safe area...Warm.. AMAZING STAY! Place is well equipped with your kitchen needs coffee maker , a blender which is hard to come by a plus . Cozy space , comfortable bed and enjoy the peace a quiet at nights. The grounds are well maintained I mean beautiful views while sun is setting over the pool spoiled is an understatement. My go to home when visiting Buzios. Book with confidence.
