Beautiful house! Four en-suites in Praça dos Ossos.

Dream house in the best location in Búzios! It has a beautiful social area with a swimming pool, steam sauna, terrace with a beautiful view and a pleasant covered space with a barbecue and restroom. Inside the house are two living rooms, a room with a 70-inch TV, a full kitchen with a dining room, a half bath and four comfortable en-suites. The master suite of the house has a fantastic view! Close to four beaches and next to Orla Bardot, which takes you on a short walk to Rua das Pedras. Extremely charming and sophisticated house!

WE ARE CLOSE TO THE BEACHES: DA ARMAÇÃO, OSSOS, AZEDA AND AZEDINHA, JOÃO FERNADES AND FERNADINHO, BRAVA, OLHO DE BOI, FORNO, FOCA, LAGOINHA.(ALL OF THESE ARE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE.) IT HAS AN EXCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR HOME OFFICE. In addition, our apartment is very close to the *Hotel Atlântico (*270 meters). 110 volts LOCATED ON THE 2nd FLOOR

Your family will be close to everything, restaurants and nightclubs, schooner and buggy rides, a 5-minute walk to the main shops on Rua das Pedras, and have the convenience of walking to the main beaches or, if you wish, taking a taxi boat… when you stay with us. We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. After booking, my WhatsApp will be made available.

Temos 6 vagas de autos para todo o condomínio e o uso e por ordem de chegada, mas a rua de acesso é particular sem saída e com guarita.

Every penny PAID was worth it! Without a doubt, it was the best hosting experience I've ever had! I'm at a loss for words to describe... At first, you think the best part of the house is the view, until you sleep the first night. The combination of the WONDERFUL and super comfortable bed with the sound of the sea... Upon waking, breakfast with the incredible view... The city is perfect!!! Super quiet and the residents are polite and receptive! I've always stayed in the center of Rio and Arraial... my boyfriend didn't know it yet, we took the opportunity to spend the day in Arraial and it's close to the accommodation, we traveled by car, but we did everything by Uber, they accept it easily and the cost benefit is super cool! a quiet place, for those who want peace and nature! The hosts are super kind, helpful and polite... I hope to return soon!

Iphigenia's house is just like the photos. It has everything you need for a beautiful stay, even a small refrigerator to take to the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet, it has a market and bakery one block from the place. I definitely recommend this place and would choose it again!

We had a fantastic stay at Ossos Beach House! The location is unbeatable – right in front of a beautiful beach with truly spectacular views. The house was exactly as described, very comfortable, and well maintained. Antonela was an excellent host – warm, responsive, and always helpful with local tips. The area is peaceful but also close to restaurants and shops, making it a perfect spot to enjoy Búzios. We’ll definitely stay here again!

100% recommended. Very kind Cristine, always waiting to help us. The Dept is as shown in the pictures. It is located in a condominium where there is 24-hour security. Everything was very clean. The location, unbeatable... Very close to praias Dos Ossos, Azeda,Azedinha ,Johao Fernandes and Johao Fernandinho... you can all go . We are coming back...Muito Obrigado!!!

The best of Buzios. Paradise on the beach

My family and I spent 8 days there. The view was incredible. We did lots of walks and stayed outside just admiring the surrounding! The hots were amazing and responded almost immediately! We definitely recommend this place!
