Perfect apartment! The cleanest and most complete Airbnb I've ever stayed in. The location is great, the view, sensational...an excellent experience, we will definitely be back!

The positive point is the location of the apartment that is served as a market, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants very close by, not to mention the excellent Tombo beach that is less than 50 meters. In relation to the accommodation all according to the description and photos of the listing. It is an old, but well maintained apartment with new furniture and utensils that served the stay well. As a negative point I highlight the building's garage that is very tight, even when it is full there is no way to get into the vehicle since the car parked next door prevents the opening of the door...rs. Another point worth highlighting are the bedroom and living room fans that are operated by remote control. When trying to control one, the other fans also respond to the command although installed in another room. Maybe there's a way to use it properly, but I didn't find out. To end the stay was very fruitful and I would certainly recommend it to others.

All great! Clean apartment, kitchen with all the utensils available and extremely tidy. Bed with good mattress and variety of pillows. Roberto is also very kind in the service and flexible check-in. The building where the apartment is located is excellent and the staff are very kind. I recommend the stay!

It was one of the best Airbnb I've hosted since they deliver standard hotel cleanliness and hygiene (which should be the standard for all hosting but unfortunately is rare). The house is very wide and I was able to spend moments together with the family but at the same time with enough space for each one to have their privacy. Guaiuba beach is delicious, surrounded by greenery, barely resembling an urban beach. Voltaria without a doubt.

It was a wonderful stay! The environment is really as described, super appropriate for a couple, the view doesn't even need comments, wonderful. And because it is in front of the sea and on the avenue, we were surprised by the silence that is in the apartment. The surroundings also help a lot, as everything is close by, we don't take the car out for anything, lol. I'm sure I'll be back soon.

My family and I loved Ivete's house. She was very kind, helpful and understood that we would need a late checkout due to work hours and she was able to flex what we helped a lot. We love the place, clean, beautiful, very neat beds, clean bed clothes, all in good condition. The apartment holds well 4 people, the bathrooms are great, wonderful shower with plenty of pressure. The only point of improvement I have to talk about the bathrooms, it's about having large mirrors inside the box, I don't think I would need to. Finally, we will be back for sure. I thank you for the reception.

It exceeded my expectations, it was more than I expected, a very clean, fragrant, well-decorated place, perfect view both in the living room and in the bedrooms, very quiet. Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The apartment matches the description very well. There is a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... the view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close

Our vacation was simply amazing! We had one of the most enjoyable tours in recent times, thanks to a perfect set of factors. The hostess, Isaura, was extremely welcoming and attentive, making us feel at home from the very first moment. The apartment was impeccable, super comfortable and with everything we needed to relax and enjoy. And what about the place? We were on one of the most charming beaches in São Paulo, with breathtaking scenery. This combination of hospitality, comfort and natural beauty made our stay memorable. We left with a 'I want more' taste!

Of excellent accommodation , all impeccable. safe place, mto next to the beach, excellent location , 100m sugar bread, 100m pharmacy, fish market about 300m , everything easy , anything you wish to do you could walk. Is to arrive , save your car and enjoy your days in tranquility. I have nothing to complain about , it was days on the beach as if you had in your home. Cozinha mto good , well structured , apto mto safe and cozy. There's nothing to talk about , they were too many days. I stayed 5 days in the apartment of Alceu and were a score of 1,000. We had a problem with our car , activated the insurance and the taxi , taxi delayed a little by the demand for the holiday and Alceu immediately allowed him to stay a few more hrs inside the apt until the taxi arrived, anyway. Compliments only Note 1000 Parabens to Mr. Alceu and Mr. Juradir ( caretaker ) who assisted us at all times with any doubts we had.

Patricia's apartment is excellent, spacious and comfortable. Located very close to Tombo beach and on a quiet street close to supermarket, pharmacy and good restaurants. Patrícia was an excellent host, giving us flexible at check-in and leaving restaurant tips. Extra point for concierge staff!
