The best apartment we've ever stayed in Ubatuba

The apartment is a grace, it has excellent location and a wonderful view! We were in eight people and served very well, Mariana always answered us very quickly and attentively. We will definitely return!

Jorge is very attentive, he answered us whenever we need. The place is cozy (the bed and pillows VERY comfortable), clean, organized. He thought of utensils that some hosts do not provide such as: washer and dryer, dryer, iron, and that I believe have made a huge difference.

Wonderful apartment, everything perfect, brand new as advertised... Markets and restaurant close to the place... only the deck at the top was under maintenance, but you could use the pool normally... Samantha always responded quickly... we thank you and will be back soon

The place is great, perfect location, the apartment is perfect, even better in person than the photos, and extremely equipped and if you want to feel at home, staying away from your home, this is the perfect place! Great stay! Everything as advertised and I recommend lunch or dinner at the restaurant next door (Samon). Very close to the beaches we needed to go to.

Our stay was unbeatable. The kitchen was clean and complete, the bathrooms sparkling, the living room spacious and comfortable. It has everything you need to spend a few days on the beach in the best way. Catia is a great host, always attentive to what we need. The accommodation is pleasant, in constant contact with nature. It is very convenient to access the beach and a few blocks from the small shopping center. I definitely recommend the place.

Very nice and cozy accommodation! The integration with the forest is amazing! The very polite and kind host and Mr. Zezinho is always smiling on his face and ready to help. Henrique's home is certainly an excellent accommodation for those who enjoy nature and do not give up comfort!

My days in the house were amazing. Eduardo super friendly and helpful, facilitated my check in, cleared all my doubts. A Hero a sweetheart, always available. She checks every detail of the house before delivery. A light was in bad contact and she promptly brought someone to tidy up. When there was a power outage in the neighborhood and sent msg she was super fast on the return. Which in the end did not even need, because the energy dropped for less than 10 minutes. The girls who helped us in the kitchen and organization of the house were also amazing, super attentive, organized and helpful. The house is super complete, clean and smelling bed and bath linen, even beach towel made available. Full kitchen, gourmet area. The pool wasn't warming because it was still summer season, but it was air-conditioned. The house is super close to the beach, which is very private (there is no kiosk or walking - only the ice cream boy) the region is super quiet and safe. The house is too beautiful, I loved by vdd!

We spent 4 days in the house and it was wonderful! The house is cozy, clean and well complete, has all the necessary kitchen utensils and basic items like salt, sugar and olive oil, beach amenities such as chairs, sunshade, cooler, surf boards and rackets of frescobol, hairdryer… everything you need! In addition, the house is well located, arriving in up to 10 minutes in the center and also on the beach. Virginia was super solicitous but we had no doubts as it is all very well explained, it has clear instructions in every room. We love too much and hope to return soon!

What a wonderful experience to spend the weekend at the house! My boyfriend and I were very well received by Flavia and her husband, a very nice couple, and Flavia made sure to help us with anything we needed. The house is breathtakingly beautiful and with a lot of attention to detail in the decoration. It feels like a family home. The bedroom and bathtub upstairs were a great plus and we were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was sensational and being able to hear the waves breaking from the house was priceless! We highly recommend staying at this house and we will definitely return to take the family with us.

We were delighted with the house of Letícia in Ubatuba! Everything was impeccable — from the cleaning to the smallest details prepared with great care. The reception was wonderful, we felt at home from the first moment. Letícia was extremely attentive, helpful and kind throughout the stay. The experience was perfect in every way. The apartment exactly matches the available photos. I went with a group of 9 people and we settled in the apartment perfectly. The place is very nice and beautiful, has beds for everyone, 3 new bathrooms, a large room and a large table. In addition, several amenities, such as appliances, washing machine, oven, stove, kettle, misteira... the building parking lot and the leisure area. The beach of the porpoises, in which the apt is located, does not have much structure (few kiosks and street vendors), it is very close to the site, we went on foot, but at night there is nothing in front of the condominium to do... We always use a car to go to other beaches and at night we also drive to Itaguá (some 10min) or to the big beach (4min). Despite this, the condominium has many leisure structures, swimming pool, sauna, several blocks, garden... it is excellent. We love the stay!

We had a great stay at the Lais property. The Coverage is much more cozy and beautiful than the photos suggest. Decoration of great taste other than the property has all kinds of utensils you may need and everything in state again. We love the comfort, the charm of this property and especially the spectacular view of the beach. As for the host has helped us a lot with precious tips from the area, I hope to come back again. The condominium has a leisure area with a soap pool. Gratidão Lais for providing us with wonderful days in your coverage.

The apartment deserves 6 stars, we had beautiful days there. The view from the balcony is charming, and we were able to contemplate the sunrise every day. The Perfect View of the Sea! It was a very special experience. The site is extremely like the photos, it met our expectation, it was super quick to communicate with the owner who kindly gave us all support when we needed it. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, pleasant environment, with all kitchen utensils, water drinking fountain, linens, etc... was a perfect stay! The condominium is super safe and the place really privileged. Besides the condominium is one of the most beautiful and charming in the region!

We had an incredible time! The location is great, the condominium is very good, the staff are too. The house is very well equipped with everything of high quality. Plates, cutlery, platters, glasses, bowls, appliances… many beach chairs, ball, board… I would go back and recommend it.
