Maria Beatriz was a wonderful host, very helpful and willing to assist us quickly. The house is amazing, we really feel close to nature and disconnected from the city. In spite of the rain we caught, it was possible to rest a lot (especially with the sound of the river passing well near the house). Loved the stay, highly recommend it!

The house is very good, the external space is fantastic, it has access to the stream, a lot of green area, quiet, sensational place. I just think the linens can be better. The house deserves this affection the most with the bedding! No mais so so has praise! I will definitely return!!!

about the chalet: We'll be very sure as the one described in the ad. excellent. Back easy!!! about the location: the chalet is not at the main entrance of the Itamambuca "neighborhood", but the beach is beautiful and the access is easy. we have made the drive for convenience, but there is the possibility of doing it on foot. crossing a little stream over the beach is more deserted and has practically no kiosk structure. it has only 1 ( which I loved). It's a beach much sought after by surfers, so maybe it's not the best choice for swimming.

I was delighted, from the moment of booking until the last day always answering questions, giving suggestions and was very flexible at check out, very quiet condominium, with extremely polite and requested employees. Close to market and hospital, very close beaches, easy to reach, a very cozy and welcoming place, we spent 05 incredible days

Great place to stay in Ubatuba! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, very clean, cozy and well equiped. Ideal location for not relying on a car by night to travel to the center of Itaguá, with a wide choice of restaurants and shops. I did not have the opportunity to meet Júlio in person, but I easily checked in with his instructions, which has always been very requested.

We had an excellent experience in the accommodation! The place is exactly as in the pictures — clean, well organized and very comfortable. The host was helpful from the start. We would definitely come back and recommend it to everyone looking for a quiet and welcoming place to stay.

I had another impeccable stay in this cozy apartment in Praia da Lagoinha. The location is excellent, close to the sea and local shops, and the environment was impeccably clean and well organized. The bed is comfortable, full kitchen, everything is perfect. The host was attentive and helpful, ensuring a smooth experience. I highly recommend it and can't wait to go back!

We love the stay, the Studio has a great location, very close to the beach it has a way to walk smoothly, great swimming pool, the gym spaces, game room are very good too! Local was clean, and very pleasant, has air conditioning, fan, elevator, wifi, utensils in the kitchen at your disposal. Hostess responds quickly and very cordial. We will definitely be back !

My experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication with the host was quick and attentive, all my questions were answered promptly. The place is perfect for those seeking tranquility and peace. The house is very well maintained, clean, very charming and cozy. Everything was exactly as described (actually, even better in person) with all the essentials available, including bedding, household utensils and a full kitchen. What struck me most was the silence around me, ideal for resting, reading a book or just enjoying the peace of the place. At night, only the sound of nature was heard, which made the experience even more special. The location is a bit far from the center, but that's exactly what made the place so special for those looking for a break from the daily grind. Without a doubt, I would stay again. I highly recommend it for those who want a weekend of rest or even a longer stay to disconnect.

Villarejo is undoubtedly an excellent space for rest and connection with nature! Place of indescribable nature! Unique Landscape! The cottage is charming! Super Comfortable bed, small kitchen, but catering for quick meals! For us, the strong point is a view of the mountains of the mountains of the sea... simply incredible, and there was a nice arrangement of flowers in the chale (bamboo orchidea). To see that they are very well aware of the space, the landscaping of the property is beautiful. To be in the midst of nature, it is good to take repellent, the pernilongs make the party. We had a power outage in 2 nights, but Ursula had already warned us (we are far from the center), on the first night a heavy rain ended around 9 p.m., and returned at dawn. Your sister-in-law brought some candles.. There's a pond with ducks they are docile and wait for food, rsrsrs. It was an amazing experience, Ursula responds quickly, it was all quiet!

This was propably one of the amazing stays we had since the beginning of our travel. The house was neat and clean and felt so cosy. The waterfall was a huge bonus for our family as we spent all of our time in the water.

Renata and Colin's place is an amazing getaway! The villa, super cozy and private, equipped with everything you need, is an invitation to take a break and slow down. The wi-fi works very well, there are no insects in the house (my biggest fear) and it was not difficult to go to the city (we had no car). It is a place where you have to accept to have contact with nature, make trail, dirty your shoes, listen to the river, so if this is your type of trip, you can go with faith!

I will definitely stay in the same location again. clean, spacious, comfortable, well located environment (few minutes by car/motorcycle from downtown Trindade and Paraty). Extremely safe and quiet place, for those who seek peace and quiet will certainly not regret it. Vando (owner) is without comment... super helpful, friendly, helpful and polite... I made this motorcycle trip with his wife to have time alone in a quiet place, to enjoy the day (beaches and waterfalls), and that we could have a quiet night in a quiet place... and that's exactly what I found. i will definitely return at the next opportunity. I recommend it.

Sítio do Patacho is a place with animals - horse, pig, chicken, dog, etc. The leisure areas are very good, including a swimming pool, wood-burning sauna (easy to connect), game room with pool, foosball and ping-pong, as well as a space with barbecue, stove and wood oven The house is very comfortable, good bedrooms, lots of bathrooms and a huge balcony. The infrastructure is excellent (for example TV with streaming) and the well-equipped kitchen. Great preparation is noted to welcome guests and care in the maintenance and cleaning of the house, for example, the crockery and glassware are stored in plastic boxes. The place has a homemade that is very helpful that sits in a house next to the main house. The location is very good, it's only ~3Km of dirt road to the asphalt road that connects Cunha to Paraty, very close to attractions like Pedra da Marcela. In short, the site is a great place to stay with family or friends.
