Junia was super helpful, during check-in, stay and check out. The place has a amazing location very close to the beach, the condominium area is paceful. At the time we stayed was complete silence. I super recommend staying in her place.

We have hosted several times in this house and it is always a very good experience! For those who want to stay near the village and close to the good market, a quiet beach, is an excellent option. We went to a couple and a pet, who loves that garden (and the view is beautiful). Thanks and we'll be back soon!

Amazing experience! Marcos is an excellent host, very concerned and friendly at all times. The house is located in a very quiet sector 5 minutes walk from Playa Grande, we did not need to move by car. The rooms are very comfortable. The morning coffee with the view from the hammocks…. Not to be missed.

Flavia is a sweetheart, super attentive and her son is also cute! Location exactly as described, the view from the bottom and top (bedroom) are wonderful! I went with my pet too and he was at ease, even with the company of Flávia's son, who fell in love with him. She recommended unique places and gave me tips that made me realize that one weekend is not enough, lol... after all, it's always not enough when we like the place. Flavia, thank you again!! What a joy it was to stay in this space! The beach of Feiticeira is so close that you can consider it a backyard. Beautiful, clean and organized space. Nina was extremely receptive and helped us with everything, including the establishment indications we needed. We were also well received by the kitten Shakira, the company was great in the days we stayed there! We hope to return soon.

The house has a beautiful view of the island's canal, a beautiful spacious and comfortable balcony. The space is perfect for 4 people, with a kitchen and integrated living room, which allows everyone to integrate. It must be a new place, or well maintained. Access is easy and with a good location, close to markets and restaurants. I recommend it.

I spent the weekend with my family celebrating my birthday, a cozy house and a list that needs no comment. Clean house, jacuzzi heats up and even on the coldest days you can enjoy it a lot. The hosts are kind, caring and always willing to help 24 hours a day. I loved it, my children and husband loved it and my dog loved it even more. A warning for those who bring dogs, they are not allowed on the beaches of São Sebastião... but in the house, in addition to being well accepted, they really enjoy the yard area. Casa Fagundes was a sensational experience for my family, I married civilly and would like a nice and quiet time with them, we went in 18 people and the house accommodated them all perfectly well, nice and clean rooms look a little bigger in the pictures, but they are amazing, the whole house is of impeccable good taste. Refrigerators and freezers and utensils to receive all the necessary structure to host a large group. Important point mention the work of Neia, the appointed diarist, super 10, willing, hardworking and good energy. The place is super discreet, safe and totally private, view from dreams. The black beach of the center is not the best in the world of bathing, but it is so comfortable and exclusive that we stayed right there, we swim even at night, it was a very positive experience. Fernanda always agile and requests in every detail that was requested.

Everything was perfect, clean house, exactly as in the photos… super agile check in, Marcio granted us a late check out courtesy. I highly recommend it

My family and I have had incredible days in this amazing house. Everything was beyond our expectations. The house is very complete, with impeccable glasses, dishes and kitchen utensils. All in great taste! The place is beautiful and the atmosphere is wonderful! The host gave us all the information and was extremely empathetic all the time! Uray (homemade) is also proactive. Anyway! We will definitely be back and I highly recommend it!
