Have fun with the whole family in this stylish place. The house is located in the heart of Rosa, between the main road and the Ibiraquera lagoon. Situated on a dead-end street (no traffic), the house is quiet, sunny and airy. You can walk to the "centre" of Rosa (10 minutes walking) and there are markets, restaurants and pharmacies close to the house, all within walking distance. The beaches are a little further away, you will be 5 minutes from Rosa Norte by car and 10 minutes from Rosa Sul.

Its interior has a full kitchen (with breakfast basket included in the daily rate), bathroom with thermal towel rack, air conditioning (hot and cold), Alexa, queen bed with canopy and projection screen! Outside, a deck with a heated whirlpool tub, fire pit and gourmet area with barbecue. NOTE: We accept small and medium-sized pets.
