Great value for money. Very nice hospitality. Small but very functional 2-room accommodation close to all amenities facing the beach. We felt safe with very friendly and always available staff. We recommend this accommodation in a very good location.

Very well located apartment, 3 minutes walk to the beach, close to restaurants and shops. The area looks very touristy and quiet, if your idea is to be in Fortaleza for a few days it is a very good option to consider. One aspect to highlight is that you have to pay the electricity bill in cash, which, although it is not much, you may not have at that time since they do not accept card payments. If you come from outside, always have some change in your wallet for these things. Congratulations to Leo for making us enjoy this experience.

Hello everyone, I'm here to talk about my experience with the accommodation. Quiet neighborhood, and the avenue is very safe. Junior responds quickly to all your questions. Everything was smooth during our stay, and the apartment is exactly as it is in the photo. Strong shower, which is great, especially for women. I would like to suggest the following improvements: The "hotel" I will use this name because it is the one that comes closest to the head rs, it only lacks a few attractions such as a larger pool, because the one it has is very small, a game room/gym. (This has nothing to do with the host) Regarding the apartment, the only thing that didn't make our stay more welcoming was that the TV in the living room doesn't get an open channel, so you'll end up using only streaming. (In the smallest room it works, but you will need to call an rpz to try to activate) And I suggest a folding table in case the person does not want to eat at the counter, but have a coffee next to it, seeing the view in the room. Everything is in order, you can go without fear.

I had a great stay at Elizamar's apartment. The view is simply wonderful, with a wide view of the waterfront - perfect for relaxing and enjoying the place. The apartment was impeccable: clean, organized and with an attention to detail that really exceeded my expectations. It's always good to know when the host cares about every aspect of the experience. Elizamar was extremely attentive throughout the stay, which made all the difference. Without a doubt, I recommend it to others and I hope to come back soon!

The apto is very nice, has an incredible view of the sea and the place is quiet. Melina was super solicit and attentive for everything we needed to know about the place, places to recommend, doubts about the apt and the surroundings. The only point that I would need to reinforce is the cleaning of the apt, as there were some dirty kitchen items like the stove, the floor was clingy and the double bedding was smelly.

We spent our vacation in a beautiful and spacious apartment with a wonderful view of the sea😍🤩. Oleg gave us all the information we needed to facilitate our stay. He was always attentive and responded very quickly🤗. Adriana and Jacinta, who accompanied us during the stay, are two lovely people, always present when needed❤️. Thank you all. Our stay was just perfect! The house is exactly as described in the ad: clean, organized, cozy we feel good. The host Renata is very attentive and responsive. And having your José who is the housekeeper nearby makes a big difference,he is fine people. Great house! Complete! We went to 4 families with some children and babies, everyone enjoyed the spaces a lot! It was worth it! Careful and proactive housekeeper, always organizing and taking care of the place. Mr. Paulo answered whenever we need it. I recommend and will be back soon!

we spent the end of the year, the staff are very nice and pleasant people, always willing to help. We felt at home. The owner was always available, answering and resolving any questions, quickly and efficiently. The house is well maintained, very spacious, clean and airy.

Very good house, well located and comfortable. Great cost-benefit as it has seven dormitories. Excellent option to have fun with family and friends. The view is the most beautiful in the region. I highly recommend it. You have the entire structure of a beach house close to Fortaleza, without having to waste a lot of time on commuting. We managed to walk to a supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, even to the beach and Beach Park. Administrator Raimundo is very helpful and the great host. We'll be back for sure.

It is a nice, well-appointed and decorated house, with a small garden and a well-maintained pool by Jafet (taking care to make sure I didn't miss anything). Alexandre and Françoise are very available in case of problems and quickly find solutions. I had a WiFi issue when I arrived which was fixed in 15 minutes! The beach was really close and easy to get to with a few beach restaurants. I stayed there alone and felt perfectly safe! The only negative I find there is the mosquitoes very present on the ground floor in this season because the space is less well ventilated (even if everything is open). Upstairs, it was much better because it was very well ventilated! The special tropical mosquito repellent was still mandatory. The investment in air conditioning in the bedrooms could be beneficial for sleeping even better!

The stay was wonderful! Rafael was a super proactive and easy-to-communicate host, he helped with all the details I needed. Mari and Mazé, who take care of the house, are great, they solve everything and more! The house is exactly as pictured and a little more. I hope to be back soon!

A very well decorated and beautiful apartment. Although the building is old and has many apartments under renovation, Daiane's is wonderful, well-equipped, has everything and was very clean.

Well located apartment.. large condominium.. on the first day we had a little difficulty walking around it, it seems a little confusing but with the days we found ourselves lol.. Very close to the Beira Mar fair, a lot of movement on the street every day, including on weekdays. It's very hot at night, sleeping only with the air conditioning on. Denise is a very nice person... she gave us tips and helped us when requested.

Ventilated. Quiet. Beautiful sea view. Comfortable beds. Sheets and towels were provided. All rooms are air-conditioned. Quiet leisure area. I live in Fortaleza and booked the apartment for a family getaway and everyone loved it. We will definitely be back. Once again, I thank the host for his willingness to always clarify any doubts. We will definitely return to Índico.
