Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia do Francês

The location is great. The view is amazing. Good mattress, good shower and cozy feeling. We did not use all the appliances - only the microwave, fridge and the AC. They worked with no issues. When we checked out we were pleased to meet Janet who was at the lobby. She was very sweet. Communication before and during the stay was great.

Apt and Top Building, very good. It can improve communication/clarifications about the surroundings, such as indicating a place for breakfast and lunch, bakery/snack bar. The receptionist helped, as well as Google Maps, there is a super good shop 2 min away, a great option.

An excellent house in a very good Condominium between Marechal Deodoro that gives access to Praia do Francês and Maceió... very kind, attentive couple... anyway, my family and I were there now in early January/ 2025 and it certainly left a taste of wanting more!!

The location is ideal for those who want peace and quiet. It is half a block from the beach, which although you can not swim there, it is very nice to see it or go for a walk. It's a small condominium and very close to another duplex, but they're all very friendly. Special attention to the neighbor Raquel who was willing to help us with everything. There was a problem in the area (unrelated to the owners) and both they and Raquel were always attentive to give us a solution.

In the feelings at home, the place is safe, comfortable, it is close to the main beaches, I went by car to the gunga, to the green tip and the bag beach and still dwu to enjoy the French beach and the pool of the place is very good, the only complaint is that I could not stay anymore, I found that the energy paid out was a fair value. I hope to return soon.

Super Satisfied, home, location, we will probably return at other times.

I stayed at Alexandre's apartment on April 13 and 18. On both occasions, everything was clean and organized and everything went well. Check in was fast, the location is great and the apartment is very comfortable. I recommend.

The apartment very well equipped, has enough utensils and in good condition for this and, mainly, it leaves basic things such as toilet paper, detergent, new bushing, a little spice, garbage bag, clean dish cloth. I find this a great point to be considered because it avoids the fever having to buy things that are basic and that are obviously going to be left over. It also leaves things that are not basic and so they enrich a lot, such as a hairdryer, beach chairs and even a bag of sandy toys for children. Impeccable towels, great bedding. Everything clean and organized in the apartment. The only point to be analyzed is that the apartment is on the first floor and facing the street, so it is a little noisy because of the cars and mainly motorcycles that pass by making noise, but it is bearable. The stay is well worth the stay, this is the second time I stay in the building that has a great structure and with an exit to the beach, which makes it much easier

Apartment as described in the photos, with a great location, with a bakery, supermarket, restaurants and a square with several food options every night, and all in the surroundings, not to mention the beach, which is also very close. The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

The apartment is exactly as described, with impeccable bed and bath linens that are very fragrant. Incredible experience, everyone loved it. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back.
