The house is well equipped with the necessary items for a home, a master bedroom with air-conditioning and the other with 2 fans, in addition to having a private garage. The property is located in the Dirceu neighborhood. Very close to the city's bus station, the public HEDA hospital and close to supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries. The space consists of an airy room, with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a laundry area, a bathroom, and a garage.

The bedroom suite is air-conditioned and the other is equipped with fans. Shower outside. We do not provide hammocks,sheets and towels! We have a mattress as a support.
