Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Praia do Capricornio

We had a wonderful experience! The accommodation is exactly as in the photos: clean, well equipped and very cozy. The location is excellent, close to the beach and in a quiet area, perfect for resting. Juliana was very attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to answer questions and give tips about the region.

Perfect stay, the loft is amazing, the host is very attentive, we stayed the weekend and I have no words to praise, a 1000. I'll be back more often!!

The stay at Reylly's site was wonderful. The accommodations exceeded our expectations, as everything is very fancy, clean, beautiful and organized. I had already stayed in the condominium twice, and it has a wonderful pool, but this is an apartment that I liked the most. The apartment is very hith-tech, and is equipped with all that is needed for comfortable lodging. Also, Reylly is a great host, super attentive and helpful. We will definitely return if God permits.

Apartment exactly as described. The condominium is great, with very helpful employees. Extremely secure. It has a market that has everything so we wouldn't need to have taken anything abosulantly. The caretaker, Mr. Pedro and his family were super friendly to helpful. Both rooms have their own bathroom and a downstairs bathroom.

We went with family and our stay was excellent. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, has excellent location within the condominium: near the beach and in front of the market that condominium (which in fact has a fair price). The view from the balcony is to the mountain, which brings a lot of calm to the apartment. The car is parked in the covered area and the whole check-in process was excellent. I recommend it.

Spending these days at Rodrigo's house was amazing! The house is wonderful, exactly as shown in the photos, and Rodrigo was super attentive. He responds to messages and questions very quickly and still gives great tips on interesting places to get to know up close. The stay was impeccable and everything was perfect. The house is in a quiet, family neighborhood, in the middle of the Atlantic Forest and close to Brava beach in Fortaleza. The description is very assertive and the house matches everything that was described. Even with some observations from other guests: the furniture in general is not very comfortable, although it is sufficient for what is proposed. There is a large amount of utensils and appliances. There is a grocery store very close, as well as a snack bar, with delivery service. Zélia (recommended by Solange for local support) was always attentive to any questions. The beach is an invitation apart. A low profile atmosphere amidst the chaos of the summer season in Ubatuba. Few people, calm waters with some waves (on some days you can even surf), white sands, leafy trees... All the best!!!

The house was much larger than we expected with a stunning seaside view. Very unique layout with lots of interesting features. Would definitely stay again!

Katia was a very attentive host from start to finish. Always available to quickly resolve things. The house is impeccable. Fully equipped, with a dishwasher, which helped a lot since we were on vacation. The pool is delicious, deep, we enjoyed it a lot. Beach hats and bags are available. Pool towels. Well-equipped barbecue. Games for the whole family, we played a lot. Air-conditioning in all rooms. We had a problem with the pool area toilet, and Katia promptly sent a plumber who quickly solved the problem. If you're thinking of spending a vacation in an amazing house, I recommend it without a doubt. Thank you very much for hosting.

The house is very well equipped, everything works (showers, lights, air conditioning, TV) and super clean. The location is excellent: in front of the path that leads to the beach, in less than 5 minutes on foot you arrive. The comments here about the noise of street cars did not bother us: it is a light move at the time of departure from the beach. at night a silence. We went to a family of 4 adults and two children and everything went super well! Communication with Carol is great and we had a great stay! We left the night before check-in only to get away from holiday traffic, otherwise we would stay longer! Recommended!

Facing the beach, from the balcony of the apt looks like you are inside the Sea, beautiful the view. On the beach there are Bolt, Lancha and jetski banana tours. 3 bedroom apartment, 1 suite, televisions and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The apartment is exactly the one presented in the photos, the place is very calm, we stayed at the carnival and the movement only until 6 pm while people were enjoying the beach, the carnival mess was on the downtown beach, about 5 to 10 minutes by car from the place we were. We had a great stay.

We spent a week in the apartment, quiet region, the house has everything you need to make food like stove, air frayer, microwave, some kitchen items, we spend only on the market and save a lot. We slept in the living room because it was very hot in the bedroom and the fans did not work out, but the bed sofa is very comfortable to sleep. We very much like the place and the quieter beaches: Cocanha and Mococa, are clean, have a boat trip to the island of Tamanduá... Keylando always responded quickly, willing to give us information we needed. We felt at home, we wanted to stay longer. It was wonderful!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The studio is in an excellent location, with market, pharmacy, restaurants and the beach all within walking distance. The street is super quiet and at night the silence is absolute, we slept very well. The place has everything we need to prepare quick meals, and the center is also close by car. It was our first time in Ubatuba, and we already want to go back to exactly the same place!
