Holiday rentals with a pool in Praia do Capricornio

We had an excellent stay! As soon as we arrived, there was fresh coffee and a delicious cake! Marcio was very attentive and responded very quickly every time I sent a message! The house really is very cozy!! He left nothing to be desired! We look forward to returning soon!

I spent five days of carnival with my family (group of 15) in the house. Great space to stay, beautiful, organized, large and with the options advertised: swimming pool, barbecue, pool, among others. Very close to the beach and also to shops such as bakery, market, pharmacy, shops and restaurants. The great evaluation was unanimous by the group. And Paulo is very helpful and nice.

It was a great experience. The house was clean and organized, the pool was ready for use, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the instructions for using all the equipment in the house were very clear. The host was super attentive and helpful in answering our questions. Highly recommended.

The house is everything in the description and even better in person. Extremely clean. Very safe condominium, the rooms are great, all with en-suite. The house is very spacious and well ventilated, and has all the kitchen utensils. The pool is heated, the leisure area is very pleasant, we had a lot of fun and relaxation. Guilherme's house is exactly as described in the ad. Very clean, organized, cozy. It's the kind of house you don't want to leave, you want to stay. We felt at home, we found everything we needed to cook for the children. We had a lot of fun in the heated pool. The house is very comfortable, close to the beach and local shops. We were received by Mr. Luciano, who was very attentive, as well as the hosts, Guilherme and Fernando, who always responded promptly when called upon. We will definitely return at the next time.

Despite the cold, expected at this time, we managed to enjoy the island, hike the bonnet (Renata's recommendation) and still spend the day at the Porto do Engenho restaurant (also Renata's recommendation). The house itself met our needs well. It was easy to access. The only observation I would make is that it has stairs and elderly people or people with mobility difficulties may not be able to climb up to the rooms.

Ana's house is a very special place! Super cozy living room, bedroom with a wonderful view, spacious bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. The view from the deck, the shower with ice-cold water and the pool are a spectacle in themselves. You also have the possibility of entering the sea through the rocks, which makes everything more special, with the feeling of having a beach just for you. A breath in the midst of our frenetic routine. Access to the house has a very steep staircase, but if you hold the handrail and go down slowly, it is quite easy. The same thing to have access to the lower deck/sea. They were very delicious days and I will return more often, for sure! Ana's proactivity and quick returns make all the difference! :)

The space is even better than it looks on the photos. I find broader both internally and the backyard. the yard wall is also taller than it looks. But what delighted me most about the lodging were the small details that are not in the listing: pillows and bedding very cozy; wonderful shower; several appliances not included in the listing. The owner of the space with an unparalleled sympathy, answered our requests very quickly. Next visit to Maresias I will seek to rent the space again!

Wonderful apartment and condominium. Complete with gym, sauna, rooftop pool with a gorgeous look. Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Mall ribeira shopping mall that has everything you can imagine. There are boat tours that come out of the river sack and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

We really like the cottage, it's beautiful. It's complete, the hostess is very attentive, the view from the chalet to the pool is beautiful. My family and I love staying at the cottage, it was really worth it, the price is very good.🙏🏽🙌🏽🥰😍🌅
