I and my Family are delighted with the Apartment of Angélica and Ranulpho, we love the space, the view and wonderful, very spacious, all clean tidy, super recommend and we are already planning to return soon. the condominium is great, and close to everything then you can do everything on foot. It was amazing every moment, we didn't even want to go back, we felt at home, great place to rest enjoy the view and enjoy with the family.

The house has a beautiful view of the island's canal, a beautiful spacious and comfortable balcony. The space is perfect for 4 people, with a kitchen and integrated living room, which allows everyone to integrate. It must be a new place, or well maintained. Access is easy and with a good location, close to markets and restaurants. I recommend it.

The house fully matches the listing and is in a quiet condominium. The kitchen is well equipped and there are markets and pharmacies about 4 minutes' drive from the house. Easy access to the beach and a beautiful view from the deck. Excellent stay!

Great house to go with the dogs, the beach is 3km from the house walking, you can rest.. very good neighborhood.. but if you are going to stay more than 5 days it is complicated because there is no washing machine.. but other than that it is very good and extremely clean and organized..

We loved the condominium, great structure, in the apartment with great location, pool of the wonderful condominium we took several days of sunshine, several good beaches nearby, we could go to Ubatuba, Karina responds quickly solved our problem quickly. Amazing stay! It exceeded expectations. The house is large, the kitchen is fully equipped and the view from the balcony of the master bedroom and the pool is wonderful! We spent a week in the apartment, quiet region, the house has everything you need to make food like stove, air frayer, microwave, some kitchen items, we spend only on the market and save a lot. We slept in the living room because it was very hot in the bedroom and the fans did not work out, but the bed sofa is very comfortable to sleep. We very much like the place and the quieter beaches: Cocanha and Mococa, are clean, have a boat trip to the island of Tamanduá... Keylando always responded quickly, willing to give us information we needed. We felt at home, we wanted to stay longer. It was wonderful!!!

The location is far from downtown Ubatuba, great for those who prefer more calm, privacy and silence

I loved the apartment, has a Protective screen and mosquito net screen in all the windows, which was great because we took our kitty and he can be at ease in the apartment while we enjoy the beach. The place has everything to leave the guest at will, good television, appliances, water filter, barbecue, cart with chairs and cooler to take the beach, amenities that make all the difference. The host is very attentive and friendly.
