Holiday rentals with lake access in Praia do Capricornio

wonderful house better than in the pictures, everyone liked it very much. It easily holds quite people, rooms with bathrooms, large bedrooms, good beds and mattresses. pool, hydro, sauna everything working perfectly. walk to the beach but nothing that gets in the way. They all felt at home. Renato always replied, and the homemade Marcel hired to clean up the days we stayed and it was really good! recommend and would come back

First of all, about the host Celia, she is super attentive to any questions you need to know, about the house and the location. Secondly, the house is extremely cozy, very spacious, has a very nice and beautiful space to spend time in the jacuzzi area, offers towels and bed linen (something difficult in most accommodations). In addition, the location is very good, close to the beach, bakeries, restaurant and also the supermarket, we don't need to use the car at any time. I thank Celia for the accommodation!

We had a great stay, the house was clean and according to the photos and description. The clean pool and the house exceeded our expectations. Cláudio gave us great suggestions of places, provided full support and showed attention, quick and very helpful response, sent to deliver a delicious cake that surprised everyone in the family, we will surely come back more often.

We love. The house is beautiful, close to the beach. The beach tbm is beautiful. Regina responded to us very quickly. We did not have a problem. It was just sad to leave and go back to work :). We'll be back for sure!

We were very pleased with the accommodation , with the location , the attention of the host Carla who served us whenever we need, taking away the doubts and the very helpful and attentive homeowners. The house is very comfortable, clean, with air-conditioning in all the rooms, quiet, and facing the beach. We had days of great peace and tranquility with a wonderful view of the beach and Ilhabela. We will come back again and I recommend it to everyone.

The house is very complete. It has a sandwich maker, blender, mixer, oven, plenty of pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, all impeccable. The house was extremely clean. The only problem is the insects; mosquitoes and gnats actively participate in the stay with you. But nothing that a body repellent and some in the environment can't solve. The nearest beach is Mococa, very quiet on weekdays and on weekends it is worth considering leaving the car in the condominium and walking. Note 10. We hope to return more often.

Very spacious house, ideal for big family!

we the house is very nice to Dona Sandra and her extremely attentive husband gave several tips about the city and in front of the house there is a stream and very close there is the waterfalls worth very much and I highly recommend it and the pool we are worth a lot when I loved my time in the house.

I had another impeccable stay in this cozy apartment in Praia da Lagoinha. The location is excellent, close to the sea and local shops, and the environment was impeccably clean and well organized. The bed is comfortable, full kitchen, everything is perfect. The host was attentive and helpful, ensuring a smooth experience. I highly recommend it and can't wait to go back!

Great location, we make the most of it. It had all the necessary items for stadia. The apartment and condominium very clean and organized, quiet place. Same as photos. Easy access location to highway and beaches.

We passed fds,it was super quiet. I only have compliments to make,Neiva and her husband super polite and communicative. Both on arrival and on departure. I was already waiting, escorted us to the room. We even got a ride to the place we were going to. Clean bedroom and bathroom. We made it on foot to the beach in about 20 minutes. Peaceful stay smoothly.

Camilla and her family are welcoming, kind and have a unique sympathy. The products they offer for purchase (popsicles, jams, syrups and candies) are top quality. This is the second time we have stayed here and they treat us with great affection. Excellent host! We'll always come back

This was propably one of the amazing stays we had since the beginning of our travel. The house was neat and clean and felt so cosy. The waterfall was a huge bonus for our family as we spent all of our time in the water.

Impeccable place, organized and clean, full kitchen, everything we needed was in the cabin, an incredible experience with nature!

We spent a week at Sitio do França, Pouso Alto. Despite the rain in the first 3 days, the stay was very good. It met our expectations, a place with preserved nature, close to the village of Pouso Alto with access to grocery stores and other necessary products, in addition to enabling good walks. The place produces organic vegetables, which was great, as we are vegetarians. It is worth noting the welcome and attention of the always attentive housekeeper (Jai). Finally, a good experience that is worth repeating.

Renata and Colin's place is an amazing getaway! The villa, super cozy and private, equipped with everything you need, is an invitation to take a break and slow down. The wi-fi works very well, there are no insects in the house (my biggest fear) and it was not difficult to go to the city (we had no car). It is a place where you have to accept to have contact with nature, make trail, dirty your shoes, listen to the river, so if this is your type of trip, you can go with faith!

Rogério's Glass House is sensational! The place is wonderful, very peaceful and quiet. Our two dogs loved and explored the entire yard. The little river that passes through the property is very inviting for a dip (too bad it was very cold lol). The house is very functional and clean, nothing is missing for a comfortable stay. It was cold during our stay and the highlight was the fireplace in the living room. A great place to rest. We'll definitely be back!

Sítio do Patacho is a place with animals - horse, pig, chicken, dog, etc. The leisure areas are very good, including a swimming pool, wood-burning sauna (easy to connect), game room with pool, foosball and ping-pong, as well as a space with barbecue, stove and wood oven The house is very comfortable, good bedrooms, lots of bathrooms and a huge balcony. The infrastructure is excellent (for example TV with streaming) and the well-equipped kitchen. Great preparation is noted to welcome guests and care in the maintenance and cleaning of the house, for example, the crockery and glassware are stored in plastic boxes. The place has a homemade that is very helpful that sits in a house next to the main house. The location is very good, it's only ~3Km of dirt road to the asphalt road that connects Cunha to Paraty, very close to attractions like Pedra da Marcela. In short, the site is a great place to stay with family or friends.
