Juliana is a great host and the house is nice, convenient and perfect as a beach house. Has all you need to make your stay perfect. Security in the Compound is tight, sometimes too picky when it comes to guests entering the premises, even for a day visit. Plan ahead and register them in advance. The place is simply wonderful! Literally standing in the sand on a quiet beach 2km from the historical center. Well equipped with all we could need. It is well worth it. Miriam is very attentive and excellent communication. Excellent and highly recommended.

The house is a delight, very large, amazing and well located view. The sea in front of the house is brave, but with a 10min hike you get to Cocanha, which is an excellent beach for bathing. The beach in front of the house is not full even during holidays, giving a lot of privacy. The house next door can host noisy guests.

The house corresponds to the listing and the photos. Pool with protection for children and the space of the house is super yummy and the neighborhood is super quiet. Rose and Chris were super-suicitous. We will definitely return!

Refuge is sensational, you experience a part of the world and nature that you normally only see in movies and soap operas. The kitchen is excellent, the deck, garden, the bedrooms, the whole surroundings. I hope to return soon.

The apartment is perfect! The location could not be better. Extremely clean, well-equipped, excellent bed and bath linens and kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The beds are very comfortable, air conditioning cooling well and the gas shower is a delight. Marcos is a great host. We hope to return soon.

Great space, with everything we needed to spend a few days, as well as being extremely close to the beach (for walking). Marcos was great, always responded to us quickly and was available for what we needed. The only point is that the kitchen is partially open, and for those who want more privacy, you can lose a bit in this environment.

The space is even better than it looks on the photos. I find broader both internally and the backyard. the yard wall is also taller than it looks. But what delighted me most about the lodging were the small details that are not in the listing: pillows and bedding very cozy; wonderful shower; several appliances not included in the listing. The owner of the space with an unparalleled sympathy, answered our requests very quickly. Next visit to Maresias I will seek to rent the space again!

Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Mall ribeira shopping mall that has everything you can imagine. There are boat tours that come out of the river sack and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro
