Excellent apartment! Hemerson's service was impeccable, he always responded quickly. And the view is truly breathtaking. The beach has direct access from the condominium.

Absolutely stunning view, I'm sure one of the places in the entire state of Rio to go.

I was very welcome! The place is amazing! I loved it all! It makes you want not to go home! A paradise! And the best I felt safe, the condominium's environment is very familiar. In short, it was the best tour I've ever taken! A lot of nature around, there's no disliking! A lot of gratitude!

The place is even better than in the photos, everything is well equipped, bed and bath linens super clean and of great quality ,the view is not even spoken , sorry when I was raining that I came to the house before, in the kitchen there is everything for use ,answers promptly when requested , finally I will be back !!! It was a great stay !

Our stay at Jeane's property was excellent! There were 7 of us and the apartment was good, with comfort, cleanliness and privacy. Communication was easy and the host was very considerate. The slopes had already been reported, but we accessed everything by car without difficulty. We don't use the resort vans, but we see them running all the time. Checking in with the key safe made it a lot easier. We had a setback with the foot of the bed, but Jeane responded quickly. Some items, such as the air conditioning in the room, did not work immediately, possibly due to the batteries in the controls. We also forgot the tip about the boiler, which takes a while, but it worked well. The view is beautiful, the block is quiet and the property is well equipped, with towels, blankets, shampoo, soap and conditioner. We had the misfortune of the marina beach and the club pools being deactivated, but we still enjoyed a speedboat ride leaving the marina. We intend to return and have already recommended the property to family and friends!

Excellent Flat!! Perfect location!! Perfect service!! The only thing I missed was bedding. This didn't spoil my daily rates, but it looks like a tip. Other new utensils and working perfectly! Security of the tb boa building. Foot in total sand. We'll come back other times.

My stay was one of the best times i had at Ilha Grande. The beach from Aracatiba is so beautiful and not crowded at all. Andreia and her husband Erlon are so kind people, they really care about you and that you feel welcome. You can ask them everything and they help you. It is such a nice and cozy spot. So memories were created that will last. The only downside was that i couldn't stay longer. I am going back next year!

Bianca was super solicitation and responded quickly and kindly. I was with my family, with children and dogs and we need to find a place quickly due to a neglect of another location and in the end it was the best choice. The house is well-equipped, and the sofa is especially so wonderful that it does not want to leave kkk

The house is simply perfect, even better than in the photos. The beach in front is delicious, a real paradise. The sea was crystal clear and we saw sea turtles. We didn't feel like leaving the house any day. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and the house, although large, is very cozy. The integrated living space with living room, dining room, bar, barbecue and swimming pool is very nice because it unites the whole group that is traveling. Ana is simply sensational, she and Aninha take care of the house (and the guests) with great affection and sympathy. They cook a lot and make a difference in the stay. The house is also fully equipped, from kitchen utensils, to bath/bed items, kayaks, rackets and sneakers and freshball balls, in addition to the convenience of having a market already known and indicated that delivers the most diverse items super fast in the house. Anyway, our stay couldn't be better and we really want to come back soon!

Our stay was wonderful. The house is in excellent condition and fulfills the promised, very clean, organized and with perfect decor! We have good beds, good air conditioning and a beautiful pool. The gourmet area is very good and well-equipped. Pedro was very attentive and answered promptly any of our questions.

We loved the stay, super-equipped and cozy house; We didn't have much contact with the hosts, but in the little contact we did have, they were very cordial. We suffered a little on the first night, due to the smell of the rooms, I believe because they were closed and the weather was rainy, especially room 01, but nothing that a full day of airing out wouldn't solve, this didn't hinder our stay. Beautiful place!!! Great house!! We love it and recommend it!

simple but excellent house for a few days on the island. great value for the money. Clean and functional. We were very well received. We will return.

The location is wonderful, the house is beautiful, but it needs maintenance. The doors do not run easily, which makes it difficult to close them, that of some of the bathrooms not even running, could not use it because there was no way to close the door. The kitchen needs improvement and lacks a microwave, coffee maker…the sandwich maker didn't work. The cleaning was also not adequate, the refrigerator had a bad smell of fish and we needed to clean before placing the groceries, with the oven and stove the same thing, it had a lot of accumulated fat, but it worked well. One suggestion is to wash the seats of the dining table chairs, they were very frowned. Other than that, we love the stay, sleep with the noise of the sea and wake up with that look, made it all very worthwhile. Luiz Gustavo was very helpful and available. I intend to come back more often!

I spent two nights with my Kids in Aventureiro while hiking around the Island, it was Perfect, quiet, very close to the Beach and Beach Restaurants, the view is amazing, everything clean, Sabrina and her doughter welcomed us very friendly, Sabrina was also very helpful with organizing further boat Trips and Food. It is good to know for planning, that if you don’t want to eat outside you should bring some food for breakfast/cooking, there’s no food marked at the Beach, but the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, modern big Gas oven and fridge. Electricity is Turned off during the nights at the whole Beach, that also gives a cozy Natural feeling. We would recommend it always and definietly come back !!

Exceptional Experience! We were greeted with an impeccable, clean, smelling, well-equipped apartment with bedding, towels and toiletries with hotel standard. In addition to all of this, Claudia still received us with a stuffed basket and a delicious cake! Very affectionate in every detail!!! Outside all the support that was given, with condominium guidelines, local beaches, salon indication (we stayed for a wedding) and others. If you return to Mangaratiba, I will definitely stay at the apartment again! I recommend it with no hesitation. About the condominium: the beach is beautiful, with a tent and good structure, but the sea is very dangerous, not suitable for bathing. Other than that, the structure is very good, offering several leisure options (restaurant, club, game room, etc.). The streets are very steep, which makes it a little difficult to access the places on foot, but the condominium itself has a van service for internal transport.

It was all great, the view is really amazing and everything as described in the ad. Thanks for the reception.
