Márcio's house is very beautiful, the condominium is very quiet, a great neighborhood with many leisure options, the neighbors are very quiet and the whole environment cooperates for an excellent stay. Márcio is an excellent host. Besides being kind, he was very patient with my delay in arriving. He showed a lot of attention and availability. It was very worthwhile and for all that, I intend to return.

The house is beautiful, elegantly decorated and very well equipped. Very comfortable and cozy. The indicated employees were efficient and the food made by Regina delicious. The beach is almost private and very beautiful. The house is very close to the beach, just a short walk through the beautiful condo. Super recommend staying in this magazine house!

The house exceeded our expectations. There are 4 spacious suites, ideal for two families. Everything is very well equipped and extremely organized. The condominium is excellent, with a resort structure – safe, beautiful and well maintained. We followed the host's directions and hired Silvia as a cook. It was an absolute success. High-end food: moqueca, shrimp bobó, cold fish, fried shrimp and more. The gastronomic level was much higher than what we found in Bahia resorts. We also hired Josy to organize and clean the house. Friendly, efficient and careful – she always left everything impeccable. The hostess was impeccable: she always responded promptly, left clear instructions around the house, and even toys for the children — attention to detail that makes a difference. I strongly recommend the house, especially for those traveling in groups or families and seeking comfort, structure and good food.

The house has an excellent location, close to the beach. It is very wide, has all kitchen utensils, features face towels, hand soap, toilet paper, bed linens. Everything was very clean. The photos represent the place very well. The balcony, swimming pool and BBQ are a delight. All rooms are air-conditioned. The only point to complain is that in the announcement 4 and a half bathrooms were informed and at the end are 3 and a half bathrooms. The bathroom is located in the back, but it is used by the housekeeper (which in passing is very polite). This made a difference for us, who were in a large group. Another point to mention is that the mattress of one of the rooms (the last one, closer to the bathroom) had a very bad mattress, when lying down it sank. Outside these 3 points we had a great experience, we would definitely come back.

Gustavo’s loft is full of charm, modern, has everything you need for your stay. Can’t mention enough the view, the comfy bed, the pool and the huge terrace. Gustavo was responsive when we needed and helped make our stay better! Also his art exposed in the loft is amazing! Next year, I’m coming back!

The house is definitely beautiful and well furnished. Wonderful staff (Marluce and Chef Peu) and concierge (Danielle) . The gated community is upscale and the surroundings are beautiful. The gated community provides excellent security and amenities. Supermarket and drugstore within walking distance from the gate and the Village is very easy to go and visit. The beach is not as close and is not great from swimming especially for kids as it sort of unexplored but there are plenty of beaches nearby to explore. All in all a great experience.

The class was 13 people in total, we were all very well accommodated. Cleaning and arranging the house was impeccable. Foot in the sand literally! The sea of Flamengo beach is a bit agitated for bathing, but it didn't stop us from having a lot of fun. The hiring of Fabiana was a super-sound decision, as it helped us with food, cleaning and even tips to take advantage of the city. Note 1000 for hosts. Gratitude for unforgettable days 🙏🏾

If you want peace, it's the ideal place. It is a compact house, so some rooms such as bathrooms and guest room end up being more compact, but nothing that affects the wonder that is this apartment. It has all the utensils you need to do household activities (cooking, cleaning, etc.). The hosts' instructions are clear and very well didactic, not to mention their proactivity and quick responses. I could write a huge text, but all to say that it was a wonderful stay!

Casa Da Chris is a beautiful villa where we spent 4 days. The photos and description perfectly match reality. Easy access with Chris' details. Located in a quiet and secure residence and 5 min walk to a beautiful and peaceful beach! Very responsive hosts who provided us with lots of tips. We will come back to it without hesitation!

Wonderful house, super cozy — I felt like I was in a 5-star hotel! The condominium is impeccable, high standard, with an excellent vibe, beautiful, clean and very safe. The hostess was extremely polite and attentive, and even with the limitations on the number of visitors, she found a way, with all delicacy, so that some family members staying at another hotel could enter and everyone was together. Made all the difference! The housekeeper and cook recommendations were excellent. Incredible experience — I recommend it with my eyes closed!

I would like to thank Ursula as the house is really but beautiful in person , it has an excellent pool and a large area around the house. The location is excellent for those who like to take a walk on the beach promenade. Several nearby restaurants and markets. Bed and bath linens are available. I have no doubt, I'll be back as soon as I can.

We spent 4 incredible days in this house. Upon arrival we were greeted by Dona Edileuza, who gave us clear instructions on the equipment, operations and general rules of the house. It was impeccably clean, rooms arranged with pillows, sheets, blankets and towels according to the number of guests. In the kitchen there were clean dishes and utensils, ready to be used. The toilets were equipped with soap and toilet paper. Everything showed great care for the guests. The beach is a few meters from the residence and the place is quite quiet. The house is so complete, that even going through days of extreme rain, we do not stop enjoying even for 1 second. Another very important point was the ease of being able to communicate with both Gerval and Dona Edileuza, our doubts were promptly resolved. We will definitely return more often!

We went with 14 guests, including the children. The condominium is great, everything is well maintained and beautiful, great for walking and quiet for children to play in the street safely. The house was clean, it has exactly everything you need for a comfortable stay. The space is well divided and at the same time comfortable. The pool area with a table, next to the kitchen and with a delicious lawn, allowed us to enjoy, have a wine and relax while the children had fun. Rose, the house employee, was kind, solicitous, and served us extremely well, her coffee is wonderful! Francisco is also a friendly host who showed availability all the time to make our experience the best possible. We love it!

Julia's reception was unique, both virtually and in person! Always attentive, friendly and willing to solve any doubt or occasional issue. I am immensely grateful for the great stay and I recommend to anyone who wishes to stay there.

The best place we could choose to stay. Two blocks from the beach, the area is very quiet and one block away there is a supermarket. The house is amazing and the pool gives it a huge plus, since it gets dark early, at 6 pm it's already dark and getting home and having the pool to cool off was the best! There is also an outdoor shower, next to the pool, which was very useful after arriving from the beach. The terrace, which is in front of the pool, is also very good, with two tables, ideal for eating there, and especially at night, since there is wind and it is nice to cool off there. On the other hand, the house's facilities, everything was excellent and impeccable. The bedrooms, closet and bathrooms are very spacious and nice! We would definitely stay in this place again, totally recommended! Vitor was very kind, welcomed us very warmly and always responded very quickly, very good communication, plus he let us in ahead of time, and that's really appreciated!
