Holiday rentals with a patio in Praia de Sernambetiba

Staying in Marcelo's apartment was a great success since it is very comfortable, super complete, nice, quality bed, good shower, in front of the most beautiful part of the beach, at least for us, since it is quiet. There are good restaurants close by. You can't ask for more! We're already missing it and want to go back! We highly recommend it!

My stay was excellent! The apartment was impeccably clean, with fragrant, high-quality bath towels and bed linen. Communication with the host was almost immediate, always very attentive and helpful. The location of the condominium is another strong point: in front of the beach, which makes the experience even more special. The condominium has a great structure and the children's playground is well maintained, ideal for those traveling with small children. I highly recommend and I hope to return soon!

The stay at Eliane's was impeccable! The apartment is comfortable, spacious, super clean and well equipped. The hostess welcomes you in person, she was super helpful and affectionate, she took us to the supermarket when we arrived to have food, because we arrived late, tired and with children! Our stay was great, Monica was very requested from the first moment. We were surprised by a complimentary cake at checkin, a gesture of much kindness and affection from the hostess. The apartment is well clean, with a well integrated living room and kitchen, clean and well equipped. The rooms and bathtub are good. We had a great weekend in space!

I loved it, I intend to return. I only went for a quick visit to the Book Biennial, but I loved the space, completely cozy and clean, with a wonderful view, I fell in love. Dimitri is a very dear person, he answered all my questions and even did me a great favor, I needed to leave my suitcase before check-in time and he soon volunteered to pick it up and keep it until my return. Easy access to places, no problems with Uber, I highly recommend the apartment, it makes you feel at home.

If you are coming to Rio, you should definitely stay at Magnu’s place! It’s a very luxury and beautiful penthouse! The host was very responsive and attentive to everything we needed! Maria, as hostess, was excellent at all times of the stay, and proactive at all times. The place in the photo is beautiful, and the view too, but in person it's surreal, much more. I got the stay I was looking for: to feel at home, but in another place, and I did, I already felt at home. Saying goodbye was hard, it was so good. I'd like to come back more often.

A beautiful space with amazing views. My family of seven had more than enough room. We arrived at 2am and had no issues accessing the home. There was a 24/7 security Marco was wonderful and was always up waiting for us. The house is located in a quiet residential area. people were friendly and we were close to everything We used uber to go everywhere it was super inexpensive. The kitchen was well-equipped and l was able to cook meals for a large group. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to all concerns l loved the peace and serenity this home provided during our stay in Brazil. Thanks to our hosts

Andre was a truly amazing host. He lives nearby and treated us more like friends than guests. We were even invited to his birthday party — an unforgettable and authentic dive into Brazilian culture. The home is located about 1.5 kilometers up a rocky dirt road, with a 300-meter elevation gain — which probably makes a huge difference during the hot season. The views of the granite mountains are stunning, and you really feel immersed in nature. Monkeys are frequent guests There are fantastic hiking trails nearby, including one that leads to a waterfall, and I especially recommend the trail to Chinesa Vista — one of the most breathtaking views of the city from above. It’s about a 30-minute walk each way and a great little workout

It was great, the house is bigger than in the photos. The location was chosen because it was close to an event and it was very easy to get in and out. The house is huge, cozy and well-equipped. I recommend it.

Our 8-day stay at this location in Rio was absolutely amazing. The host organized an airport pick -up for my team and I and was there to greet us. The host gave us a tour of the home and left fresh fruit for us to enjoy. The home is in a great location with stunning views of the beach and is not too far from Copa and other attractions (20-30 minute uber drive). The home itself is well-maintained and was very comfortable for a group of 4. I’d highly recommend this home.

Excellent apartment, super complete (kitchen with several good appliances and all the utensils, I just felt the lack of a water dispenser). Good towels, bed linen, hygiene items in the bathroom (there was a new, sealed soap). There was even a first aid kit and an umbrella. It is two blocks from Ipanema beach and is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. I felt at home, it didn't seem like an airbnb apartment but a home, the care with the details (decoration, books, etc). It has a great smart TV in the living room, larger than indicated in the ad. It has two balconies, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The street is very busy with cars, but the windows greatly reduce the noise. I had to stay in the city for another day and the reservation was changed very quickly. I just have to thank Merc and Eva.

We enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back! The view is better in person than in the photos and the apartment itself is very comfortable for 2 people. The space was very clean and cleaning service comes in daily if requested. Very walkable area and felt safe with 24hr downstairs security. Thank you so much for an incredible stay!!!

Starting with the location, which is sensational. Foot in total sand. The condominium is well organized and clean. Safe and quiet place. The host is very nice and polite. The apartment is very good with everything you need. The accommodation is perfect for 5 people. It's interesting to have two parking spaces. I felt at home.
