Apartment holiday rentals in Praia de Sernambetiba

I stayed for a month an it was great. The apartment is new and matches photos exactly. Possibly even larger than it appears in photos. Balconies are large and have great views. Kitchen is large and well stocked. Beach is a 2 minute walk and there are a lot of other great beaches that you can reach with a short drive. Bars and restaurants are close. Tarcisio was a fantastic host. Probably the best I have had. Absolutely nothing bad to say about my stay. Highly recommend

My stay was excellent! The apartment was impeccably clean, with fragrant, high-quality bath towels and bed linen. Communication with the host was almost immediate, always very attentive and helpful. The location of the condominium is another strong point: in front of the beach, which makes the experience even more special. The condominium has a great structure and the children's playground is well maintained, ideal for those traveling with small children. I highly recommend and I hope to return soon!

Good location, responsive host and the best view yet.

Rodrigo is a very polite host, responds quickly, practical and helpful. The apartment is much more than the photos show. Everything was extremely clean. There was a blanket to cover yourself (I saw some comments about not having one) which helped us a lot, because the night got cold. Very well equipped and modern. The view is spectacular! Admiring it from the hammock on the balcony was the highlight! Thank you, Rodrigo! We will definitely be back soon :)

Roseane is a wonderful host – she welcomed us warmly and took the time to show us everything in peace. She was there for us at all times throughout our entire stay. The apartment is super cozy, super clean and equipped with everything you need for a nice time. The location is perfect - beaches, restaurants and supermarkets are all within easy reach. Our stay was wonderful. The penthouse is impeccable, exceeds all expectations. All very well tidy, very well organized. The hosts are very solitary, they have always responded to the messages with agility and clarity, making our experience great. We were greeted with chocolates and wine, the extremely well cared space. I am sure to indicate and at the next opportunity we will return.

We had a wonderful stay at Luiza’s beautiful Ipanema apartment! 🌴✨ The space is exactly as shown in the photos—light, stylish, and incredibly peaceful, just a stone’s throw from the beach and close to great bars and restaurants. Luiza was an exceptional host—friendly, communicative, and very accommodating. We arrived a couple of hours early, and she kindly let us drop off our bags so we could start exploring straight away. She also gave us fantastic local recommendations that really added to our Rio experience. We’d definitely love to stay here again—thank you, Luiza, for making our time in Rio so memorable! 🌊🌞

The place is amazing, super comfortable and cozy, close to the beach, there is a little bar down below that allowed us to watch the game of Flamengo, whenever we can we will return for sure! Eduardo very attentive, gave us instructions of everything around, I always request!

I had a great experience at Paulo's Airbnb! From the beginning, he was an excellent host — he always responded quickly and was very attentive. When we arrived, he gave us all the necessary instructions for the stay, including important details such as the use of the fan and guidance on the time when mosquitoes usually appeared. Communication was clear and efficient throughout the trip. I recommend it!

Honestly completely loved Henry's place! Getting inside was a bit sketchy at first but very easy. Once inside, the place was fantastic, the views in person from the terrace was honestly amazing, the pictures on the listing don't do it justice! I'll be booking again for sure when back in Rio. The place inside was very clean. It is inside a pacified favela so seeing armed men is very common, I didn't mind at all as they mind their own business. I was walking back to the airbnb at 2-3am and never felt in danger( My girlfriend and I were dressed very nice, however, out of precaution, didn't have any jewelry displaying). I will say that if your not a fan of a little adventure, it might not be for you, in my opinion it was a great and fun experience and provided me with a completely different experience of Rio. Henry was also very accommodating and catered to our itinerary, we will absolutely be coming back! Thanks Henry and Yuri!

We loved our stay, everything went super well. Mr. Cláudio very polite and helpful. The apartment is very cozy, everything organized and clean. The place is super quiet and safe. Everything is close by, market, restaurant, shops, mall. The beaches are perfect, and close to the apartment. Sure, we'll be back soon.

Very stylish beachfront loft with beautiful views of Barra Beach. The loft has everything you need for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Conveniently located near Beach Bars and a quick 5min walk to Avenida Olegário Maciel loaded with restaurants, bars, a gym, and supermarkets. The front desk is very helpful during your stay. If you are looking for a less touristy spot near Rio with less hustle & bustle than Copacabana, this is the spot at a great rate.

This place is absolutely magical. Perfect for a couples getaway, or a friend's trip. The home was decorated like tropical bungalow. Beds are extremely comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and the outdoor patio had a surprising view of the Christ Redeemer. It's located above many shops and convenient stores, and right next to the beach. Our host had communicated with us the entire time making it super easy to check in and even made us a delicious cake to welcome us to this beautiful city. This is a place we will remember forever, and we can't wait to come back SOON! Thank you

You should be able to leave a 6-star rating. Romeu's apartment is an 11/10, it exceeds all expectations. Apartment remodeled to new, with complete equipment (for example, with towels, chairs, umbrella and beach refrigerator), everything impeccable, functional, unbeatable view, perfect condominium and location (right in front there is a supermarket and just below, a restaurant of first class international cuisine, two blocks away: pharmacies, service station, bakery, etc.), the beach in posto 7 is one of the best and quietest in Barra. In short, unbeatable from every angle, thank you very much Romeu and see you next time (which will undoubtedly happen).

The stay at Eliane's was impeccable! The apartment is comfortable, spacious, super clean and well equipped. The hostess welcomes you in person, she was super helpful and affectionate, she took us to the supermarket when we arrived to have food, because we arrived late, tired and with children! Very nice apartment! Comfortable, facing the sea! Maria was very kind, she kept our bags on the last day and left a bathroom free for us until 5 pm, so we could bathe before taking the night flight! He welcomes you with gifts and mineral water!! Impeccable, thanks for everything!

The apartment is amazing, better than the pictures. Very large and spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We like to cook and we loved doing it at this place because of the convenience and the variety of utensils available, from wine glasses to lots of pans and cutlery. The view is unparalleled, with the beach and the sea in every room. Dora was an excellent host, attentive, friendly and respectful. The apartment is full of practical and tasteful details. We strongly recommend.
