The house is very good, bed linen was fragrant, everything was very clean and organized. Iolanda welcomed us very well, she was very proactive and Lolla is a sweetheart!!!

What a sensational house! If you are in doubt to book, DON'T STAY!!! Vc will have wonderful moments in Mr Errol's space. And what a human being so dear! guided us with all attention and affection in everything we needed. The back yard delighted us with the view of the lagoon! Impeccable rooms with wonderful beds and breathtaking views. The large kitchen with barbecue invites us to a good chat between friends. The super-loved neighbors tbm, gave hints of fishing places. The house has period furniture that brings us back to wonderful times. The whole house is equipped...needed something? you can look for it in the house! lsrs This accommodation has entered my list of favorites!!! We adored the house, Rosane's reception was very good, there was even a coffee and cake for our arrival. Great house,all organized, clean. We enjoy our tour a lot as the house is in a great location... several tourist cities are 40 to 1 h away from the house, so we can enjoy a lot to visit other cities like Blumenau, Pomerode, Camboriú, Beto Carreiro na Penha which is on the side ...Super recommend. No doubt next vacation we will return

I spent 3 incredible days in this home. I went with my family, we were in 12 people. Comfortable, spacious rooms, the upstairs rooms all have a balcony with an amazing view. Kitchen is super complete and spacious. The host gave me clear and easy-to-understand instructions, immediate answers. Super recommend it and I will come back more often for sure.

wonderful , easy access to the beaches to the shops ,super clean nice people around , silencing had no great mess to enjoy as a family . Simply wonderful to Maricler a super attentive dear worried about our home always asking if everything was okay and if we were comfortable . Simply renting is worth as much in value as in comfort

Tiago's apartment is outstanding! Very well located, close to the beach – we went on foot every day. The space is well equipped, with everything we need to cook during the stay. The condominium is cozy and, although we did not use it, we realized that it is great for those who have children. Tiago was super attentive from start to finish, and the co-hosts who welcomed us were extremely welcoming and friendly, giving us all the support we needed. We highly recommend!

Location as advertised, everything organized and clean, utensils available for use, which makes it a lot easier. Near Beto Carreiro, about 15 minutes by car, a very quiet route. Several options for restaurants and supermarkets. Alexandre was very helpful, he cleared up all our doubts quickly. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely be back soon, the family loved it.

Complete apartment, with appliances. Well located. Impeccable cleanliness. Very neat. Mr. Inácio is very friendly and polite. I have to go back to Barra Velha in a few months and if the property is available, we will definitely stay there.

The apartment is perfect , super cozy and clean…. It is easy to enter and deliver keys and such … And Ana…. Wow, super professional and attentive…. I was more concerned with handing over the keys to the self, the hehehe renters themselves… very dear and helpful …

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures — in fact, it's even better! During my entire stay, the host was super attentive and always responded quickly. The site was impeccably clean and we had access to the entire leisure area of the condominium, which is simply perfect. My daughter loved it! There is toy library, game room, several pools... it is an excellent space for families. Another very positive point is the market behind the condominium, with fair prices. And the best: we can take the shopping cart to the apartment and then return it with ease. I asked to enter a little before the time, and since I was with a child, it made all the difference. Priscila was extremely solicitous and empathic with the situation, which made me even more at ease. Location is also great: only 10 minutes from Beto Carrero and about 35 minutes from Balneário Camboriú. Since I stayed for four days, it took time to enjoy a little bit of everything — it was wonderful!

We loved our stay, everything was clean and organized, we felt at home, the balcony was perfect for rainy days and barbecuing, the condominium was super organized, there was a great grocery store, snack bars and a gas station in front of the apartment, close to Beto Carreiro, which was perfect. Whoever rents it will love it for sure. Thank you, I highly recommend it!

New,clean,well decorated and beautifully equipped apt. Hosts who are willing and quick to respond. They left until they enter before their apt time. New condominium with many leisure options:swimming pools ,sauna,gym, beach tennis court, game room.Pray in clean and safe front. Only suggestion :put a fan or air conditioning in the room,as it gets a lot of afternoon sun and the balcony facing the city and not the beach.

A great place to spend a few days by the beach and relax a lot. The condominium has excellent swimming pool and gym options, as well as the beach just a few steps away! I would definitely like to come back!
