The apartment was clean and has all the necessary utensils, it has air conditioning in all the rooms. I traveled with my mother and children and they enjoyed a lot of the condominium that has a pool, playground, game room, court and the beach is in front. There is market, pharmacy, all very close. The stay was great we felt at home.

Quiet accommodation, all very clean and organized,has several leisure options in the building such as swimming pool, game room and others, the hosts were very helpful and attentive made us at ease, they gave suggestions of places to visit and nearby restaurants I will finally be sure to refer to my friends and I will come back more often, we do not enjoy the leisure that the building offered because we got out a lot, but my children loved the stay and for them it will be an incredible and unforgettable memory... in short we simply love

Before booking with Joselita I had 2 cancellations in the same building which made me apprehensive, but with it was all quiet, apartment equipped, we do not miss anything, the structure of the building is excellent, the beach in front of the building is not the best for children, but nothing that prevents the use, we will definitely go back

Comfortable apartment, well equipped, clean and in a great location. The condominium is safe and has leisure options such as a swimming pool, sports court and a piggy bank for the kids. Excellent accommodation, Rodrigo is very friendly and concerned. His apartment is located in a very quiet and safe area, one block from the beach, we crossed on foot. It had everything you need for your stay and more, he made sure to have products for daily cleaning, chairs and an awning for the beach, everything you might need in a house. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was quiet, all appliances in excellent condition, very well maintained. A very pleasant stay, they were wonderful days of rest and tranquility.

Excellent apartment, very well furnished, with excellent kitchen items, many amenities in the condominium, easy access, supermarket nearby, very safe place and city. The only thing that was lacking was the bedding, with no pillowcases, no top sheet, and very small, well-worn bath towels. But I highly recommend the place for everything else, they were very pleasant days with the family.

The apartment is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, it has bed and bath linens, the TVs are good, it has air conditioning (but we don't even use it), the kitchen is well equipped , lava and dry in the laundry room. All functioning well the apt is spacious. The condominium is great and well located, the apartment block is the first and then closest to the beach, the pools are beautiful and we intend to return soon! Mr Lourenço and his very friendly and welcoming wife.

The apartment met my expectations. The rooms are good, the beds are good… very quiet condominium…it is very close to the park, 20 minutes by car.

Very good location near the beach and market! Condo with great structure! We went in 9 people and accommodated very comfortably! And we've had good communication since we rented! I highly recommend the apartment!
