To get the house started is in a beautiful and calm and rather reserved place. Vitor was very receptive and always willing to help as far as possible. Everything and much more we need was available in the house. Everyone in my family loved it and when the opportunity comes we'll be back. I just have to thank Vitor for everything in the 6 days we spent at his house.

Very good space for those traveling with pets, a major reason for choosing the stay. It has a large yard, a very well-equipped kitchen, and new, good mattresses. The location is very quiet, less than 5 minutes by car from good restaurants in Meaípe and the most beautiful ones we know in the Guarapari region.

The house is simply amazing! Very large, comfortable and cozy — we felt at home from the first moment. We were super welcome, with attention and affection, which has already started the stay on the right foot. The lighting of the house is wonderful, it is well airy, with plenty of room in the rooms, which made all the difference for everyone to rest well. And the pool... what a spectacle! Large, clean and perfect to enjoy the day with the crowd. It was a wonderful experience, with no negative points. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

We had a great stay! The place was clean and organized, they accepted pets and we felt good in the house, which corresponded exactly with the environment in the photos. Getting there was easy, very close to the beach and you could walk there easily. The only obstacle was when walking our dog in the condominium, which has strict rules, so they called our attention that he should only walk on the street. But the condominium was nice, quiet and we had a great experience. The host's response was quick and we communicated easily. The whole experience is worth it and we would come back other times!

We were 3 couples and the structure was perfect for us: three super comfortable suites upstairs and another bedroom with a demi-suite on the ground floor, ideal for those who prefer to avoid stairs. The house is beautiful, functional and very well equipped — freezer, refrigerator, beer display... everything thought out in the smallest details for a 5-star stay. We adored every moment and would surely be back!

We already knew the Peracanga region but first time we stayed with Adriano Carlos. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, with many utensils, dish cloths, and is located in the best region, right in front of the entrance to the kiosks in addition to having a very good pool and BBQ area. We love the experience, we'll be back for sure.

The apartment is great very close to the beach of Bacutia which is beautiful with calm and crystal clear waters, a great place for children. For those with small children, the apartment is perfect because it is very close to the beach, to walk quietly.

The cottage is charming, it has everything you need, kitchen utensils, sheets, towels, among others. It is in a great location, close to supermarkets, shops in general. With great beaches nearby, such as Bacutia, Peracanga, which are very quiet and family-friendly. (There are many others also easily accessible by car or even on foot). The condominium is very beautiful and has several options for leisure. All very organized and clean. Bruno was always attentive and proactive, he answered us quickly… he gave us all the necessary coordinates to the location. We loved it, too bad we stayed 7 days and only enjoyed two days of sunshine. It rained a lot and the weather didn't help us much at the time we went. However, we highly recommend it. We'll be back for sure!

The penthouse is exactly like the ad photos. The kitchen is actually complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric watering hole and a gallon of reserve mineral water. Undoubtedly improving refrigerator and freezer of real estate that I have already rented. The host, Maria, is a very educated and always helpful person. We were greeted with a table set and a lemon pie ( I loved this delicacy). bed linen and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We barely returned home and are already planning to host in the penthouse again.

I spent Christmas with the family in Salvador's apartment and we loved it! He was extremely attentive and the communication was excellent. The apartment is spacious, well-ventilated, cool, well-lit and has a beautiful view from the balcony and the double bedroom. It is very close to two beaches, so we sleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. Everything was very clean and fragrant. One item that left something to be desired was the speed and quality of the internet, which does not reach the rooms well. Oh, and I missed a large full-length mirror, for us women to get ready. Apart from these details, everything was perfect! There is a wonderful restaurant nearby, Kebab's, which is worth visiting!!

Excellent accommodation! We found the apartment smelling as if it had just been cleaned. I traveled with my elderly parents, so I looked for an apartment close to the beach. Elaine's apartment is just 1 block from the beach, it was very good for them. The mattresses are great and the pillows too, we had good nights of sleep. The TV works and Elaine left the prime unlocked. My elderly father likes to watch the news. The shower has a lot of water, very good! The kitchen has a microwave, a blender, a mixer and a few pots. I didn't intend to make lunch at home, so it suited me perfectly. Don't be afraid to rent it, we really like it
