I had a great experience during my stay! The place is exactly as in the pictures — clean, well organized and very comfortable. The host was attentive and responded quickly whenever I needed it. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The place is extremely perfect, only the heated pool is missing for swimming at night. However, there was a smaller one that was hot, so it met our needs.

Ana from the first contact, responded promptly to all my doubts and helped me a lot with tips and suggestions, as it was the first time we went to the region, her apartment is the same as the photos, everything available for us to use, bed linen and towels all clean, very well equipped, very close to the beach, and even the place on the beach to stay is very close to the apartment, as the condominium offers chairs and sunshine, which made me comfortable to go and come back from the beach several times throughout the day. For those who like to bustle, have a mall and a space of events nearby, were beemmm hectic, with lots of food and music. I like the tranquility better, but I went there curious. Quiet, clean and safe streets, I felt safe in the area. It was worth the stay in Ana's apartment for a lot. I loved it from start to finish.

The house is very comfortable, clean, has all the necessary kitchen utensils, excellent location. The condominium is very clean, organized and offers beach service. The host was very welcoming before and during our stay and the condominium staff were very kind! I loved it!! We'll be back!

Wonderful view! Very functional and well equipped apartment. The only point it left to be desired was the internet, which was occasionally slowing down.

Strengths: The condominium is simply wonderful! The pools are amazing and heated, the gym is great and the rooftop is perfect with a beautiful view. The facial register greatly facilitates the direct exit to the beach. Great parking spaces for headache-free parking to get in and out, and everyone in the condominium is very helpful! I bought ice at the market and they interfered with me to say that they saw it on camera, and that it was free on the top floor. The ap has everything from the kitchen, from sandwich maker to blender. There's also a cooler that helped a lot during beach trips! Communication was always quick with Luiza! Voltaria for sure! "negative" points: I wouldn't say there is something negative, but small improvements. I missed a hairdryer and emergency cleaners like an alcohol or Veja.

We had a super quiet stay! Check-in and check-out were very flexible, which made it very easy. The beach was calm and, as described, is actually foot in the sand. The place is also very well equipped, with several utensils available — until the thermal box we find!

All perfect, clean apartment, family and quiet atmosphere, practically foot in the sand. Guarda sol and chairs available on the beach, make it very easy. Thanks Gustavo, we'll come back more often.

The apartment is large and spacious, sleeps 8 comfortably. The location is excellent, standing in the sand with a very good view of the beach (3rd floor). There is a need for some maintenance that does not disgrace the apartment. Repeti the stay in this apartment.

The house is simply perfect, beautiful, super comfortable, well cared for and full of details that show the whimsy the house has. We arrived and the house was impeccable, very clean and organized, perfectly held me and my family, with suites equipped with air conditioning, tv, fan, pillows, toilet paper, tapestry, all with work bench and cozy decor. The kitchen is a magazine, beautiful, with a huge and super functional island, a delight to spend family moments cooking and talking, it has all the utensils, dishes and bowls, there is nothing missing. Ahhh and the sound was certainly a differential apart, with height regulation separated by environments, too much!! The heated pool is not even talked about, we went in the fall and we were able to enjoy a lot of because it was heated, including the night. If it wasn't heated we probably wouldn't even use it because of the cold. Alem of the house being PERFECT, Chris and Edu were super attentive and kind to us We'll definitely get back, I loved it!

we stayed at the apartment for 4 days and it was awesome. the view of the ocean was beautiful and at night you could even hear the waves. the apartment was also very close to the beach and we enjoyed some hours there in the beach chairs that belong to the apartment and are included in the price. the apartment was also very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Julio was very nice and answered our messages really quickly. we will definitely come back!

Lucas's apartment is outstanding! It has all the amenities described in the listing, the kitchen is super complete, the space is ample, well decorated and comfortable. The proximity of the beach, with private access, is a great differential, as well as the beach service, which makes the stay much easier. Lucas was a thoughtful host, responded quickly to messages and still allowed us to do a late check-out at no extra cost. The building's leisure space is great, with several options even on rainy days. The price is not the lowest, but it is worth it for what the site offers.
