The stay was excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, super-equipped and everything is new. Heated pool, barbecue, equipped kitchen, bed linen, air conditioning in all rooms. In other words: all equipped. It is in an excellent condominium. Access from the house to the beach takes about 3 minutes and is done by an electric cart from the condominium. The host Eduardo couldn't be better. From booking to checkout, he always responded practically online, available, attentive, flexible and even gave very good tips. The recommendation to hire cook Eliana, housekeeper Nathalia and barbecue chef Josué made our stay even more special. First-class service and they did everything. In other words: the stay was not an expense, it was an investment. We left wanting to come back

I loved staying at Paulo's house! Wonderful location, house facing the sea, very spacious, accommodates many people. The house was all clean, organized, clean rooms, sheets and towels arranged on the bed, clean pool, kitchen too. Paulo was super attentive, sent photos, explained the location, I liked it a lot! Hosting was top notch. The building is very well located in the neighborhood and the beach of Vilas is perfect, due to the proximity allowed us to go to the sea and return each more than once in the day. The apartment was in good condition and Felipe was very proactive in helping us, gave local tips and was available. We had only one problem with the internet on television but it was also present to solve.

I almost didn’t want to write this review because as a frequent traveler, I usually keep hidden gems like this to myself. But this place deserves the recognition. This penthouse is easily in my Top 10 Airbnbs worldwide. The views are simply breathtaking, especially from the rooftop jacuzzi, where sunsets feel magical. The kitchen is large, beautiful, and had everything I needed. There’s even a gorgeous outdoor brick stove on the rooftop — I didn’t get to use it this trip but I definitely will next time! Alessandra was available if needed, but the home was so perfectly stocked and maintained that I never had to ask for anything. The location could not be better — steps to the beach, amazing restaurants, bars, and shops all right there. Despite being in the heart of the action, the penthouse feels peaceful and private. Everything was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. If you find availability, book it without hesitation — it’s a true gem.
