Excellent stay, beautiful and cozy house, clean and tidy, with all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. The host Kaio, extremely kind and helpful, cleared up all doubts and made us feel at home, I recommend the accommodation to everyone and I will definitely return.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! We were a group, and from the very beginning, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The house is beautiful spacious, well-equipped, and super comfortable perfect for groups looking to relax and enjoy their stay in comfort. The house is excellent! It is in a very quiet place, surrounded by nature - the perfect setting to rest and enjoy with the family. It was 4 wonderful days, enjoying the pool, having a barbecue and creating good memories. Pedro was always very attentive and helpful in his messages, and Mr. Nelson, who received us personally, was extremely friendly and cordial. The outdoor area is one of the great highlights: a large lawn, perfect for children to run and pets to play freely. Everything is very clean, organized and exactly as in the photos. We will definitely be back!

The house is beautiful, with plenty of space, the neighborhood is quiet and the stay was very pleasant. All as described on the listing. Lilian was always very friendly, responded quickly, and gave us a lot of tips about the place. We loved it!!! We rented the house to spend my twins' birthday, everyone loved it. Very good space, with pool table, swimming pool, games to entertain guests. Good outdoor area for socializing with friends and family. Check-in was flexible and we were able to arrive at different times. Danielle is always ready to guide and assist us when needed We had a great weekend!

We loved our stay. Very fragrant rooms and bedding. The place is beautiful, very quiet and reserved, but at the same time less than 5 minutes by car from the main street and shops. The house's Wi-Fi worked well all the time. Well-equipped kitchen. Rodrigo and Andra were very kind hosts and available for everything we requested. We feel very at home. The bath was the only point that in principle I thought would not be so good since it was very cold, but it was more the trick of getting the hang of it. Opening the water a little, it still comes out with pressure and hot. So nothing to complain about.

I've lost count of the times my family and I have stayed at Hans' property. We felt at home! Tranquility, comfort and we found everything we needed. My dogs love it! Hans and Barata are sweethearts! We'll be back again and again!

Excellent accommodation, surely my favorite address for my next getaways in Rio. First of all, the accommodation is easy to access and the host is super responsive and flexible. He adjusted the departure time following my late flight and responded very quickly to my messages. The residence is ideally located, close to the sites to see (Copacabana, Corcovado, Pao de Azucar etc.) available a few minutes by car and for non-vehicles there is the tram and several buses next door. The staff of the residence is of quality and the heated pool is accessible until 9pm. All the usual amenities (smart TV, fiber internet, washing machine) and some hygiene products are available, in addition to towels for the shower and pool which is appreciable. I recommend it!!

We enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back! The view is better in person than in the photos and the apartment itself is very comfortable for 2 people. The space was very clean and cleaning service comes in daily if requested. Very walkable area and felt safe with 24hr downstairs security. Thank you so much for an incredible stay!!!

Location, Location, Location...this place was perfectly situated on Ipanema Beach! The view from the balcony was breathtaking! The host was very welcoming and accommodative. We wouldn't hesitate staying here if we are ever in Rio again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the flat. Very easy check in. The flat was lovely and very clean. Thoughtful welcome gifts. The gym was a bonus. But the best thing is the view - we had the benefit of 4 fabulously sunny days but the view is absolutely spectacular. A great place to stay in Rio and a great hosting team who really made us feel welcome.

We really like the apartment! The location is excellent: on a quiet street and a few meters from supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and restaurants. The space is large, well equipped and very comfortable. The only observation is that the microwave was on, but it did not heat up. The stove is also difficult to turn on, so we ended up using the AirFrier. In addition, everything is great! Vanessa was super kind and allowed us to check out late, which helped us enjoy the city even more. We recommend it 100%!

A very comfortable apartment on the 31st floor, which allows for very nice views of the city. It has furniture, appliances and utensils that are very useful for travelers. The terrace is very nice and the pool is phenomenal, heated and large. The location is excellent, some nearby places are the Museum of Tomorrow, Uruguiana, Monasterio San Benito, Real Gabinete, Confiteria Colombo, Convento de San Antonio, just to mention the closest but in Uber you can quickly get to many other places in less than 10 min. Eliane was always attentive, responded quickly, and maintained good communication at all times. This apartment, which is in the heart of this great and beautiful city, is highly recommended.

I had a great experience in this lodging! The space, although small, is very functional and well planned. Everything was extremely clean and well cared for, which made all the difference in the stay. The shower is excellent, with good pressure and temperature. The location is great, with easy access to everything I needed, and I felt safe throughout my stay. Although there was no garage, it was easy to park the car on the street, which was not a problem. Special mention to the hostess, who was extremely helpful and genuinely concerned with ensuring that everything went well. I recommend it for sure and would come back without hesitation!

It has a 24-hour doorman and we always find it easy to enter and exit the place. The apartment is well equipped, it had everything we needed, missing only one or another more specific object. As in almost every region, the building is older. There was nothing discreditable to point out, but the fact that the bathroom box is tight deserves attention. Taller and more full-bodied individuals may find it a bit challenging. It has air conditioning in the living room and in one of the rooms. The other room only has a fan.
