Excellent stay! What wonderful days my family and I spent in Francisco's space. Everything was very organized and clean, an amazing house with comfortable beds, all the necessary utensils and electronics, good location... Anyway, everything was worth it and the great accommodation was essential for us to have a wonderful trip to Natal. Easy and fast communication with the host. I highly recommend it!

The house is in a well-located, easily accessible, family-friendly and organized condominium. All electrical and hydraulic installations working normally, towels and bed linen, kitchen utensils, new microwave, 20-liter bottles, good refrigerator, large table... everything very good. In the rooms, everything is working well, the air-conditioning is cool, not to mention that for those who like to sleep with the window open, the view and the sea breeze cool the environment well. Just be careful with the bathroom floor, which is slippery, especially for children or seniors. Otherwise, it was a very good experience in a week's stay. Both for the house and the condominium premises.

For the third time we rented Kelps' house and as always, everything was perfect. My father loves to stay in this house when he goes to Christmas and we will certainly keep renting, as everything works, he realizes that they do maintenance(this time the house was all newly painted )and it is always very clean. Great stay, Igor is a considerate host and has given us all the support we need. The house matches the statement, great location and the house accommodates a family and friends very well. We highly recommend, it is only as a suggestion to improve the functioning of air conditioning or more fan options, since the heat disrupts the sleep a little.

The apartment is even better than the pictures show! The view is simply stunning, and the space is extremely comfortable, clean and well organized. Spectacular view of the beach and Morro do Careca, both from the living room and the 2 bedrooms, which by the way are spacious and airy. Deize is a great host. The concierge staff are helpful and polite, especially Bruno, who welcomed us with great cordiality. I would definitely stay more often.

Property delivers what it promises. Very clean and organized. New and cozy. It's on the second floor (2 flights of stairs). Complete, ideal for those who prefer to prepare their own meals (it even has a pressure cooker - lol). Family atmosphere, quiet and with a complete leisure area. Close to shops and restaurants. Carlos, the host, welcomed us very well on site and answered all the questions we had, with great agility and attention. I recommend the place!!
