The stay was very good, it is super close to the Ponta Negra waterfront. There is a pharmacy, market, bar and laundry nearby. Super functional and clean apartment! We recommend it with our eyes closed and we will definitely return.

We love the apartment, it faces the beach of the black tip with a beautiful view. The building is clean, the staff are polite and helpful. The apartment was clean and the air conditioners were all working. I liked the balcony that has a protective screen and on the windows of the rooms bringing greater security.

An excellent flat in Ponta Negra, 24-hour reception always available to help, a clean and organized flat, had everything we needed, a spectacular view of Ponta Negra and the Morro do Careca, too beautiful, I would definitely stay there again, I just missed a standing clothesline for when I get wet from the beach or pool to dry the clothes, otherwise the experience was extraordinary, I would definitely recommend it for accommodation.

It is possible to walk on the beach along the black-tip slopes.

Apt very secure, condominium with excellent structure, all items according to announcement, always fast communication, the beaches of Parnamirim are excellent and are only 5 min by car. The Christmas beaches are 10 minutes away. In other words, the stay is in a very strategic region for those who want to enjoy the coast well.

The stay was excellent, Cláudia always attentive to solve any issue that appeared, beautiful and organized, including, the hostess offered to carry out the cleaning at no extra cost, which really exceeded my expectations.

Property delivers what it promises. Very clean and organized. New and cozy. It's on the second floor (2 flights of stairs). Complete, ideal for those who prefer to prepare their own meals (it even has a pressure cooker - lol). Family atmosphere, quiet and with a complete leisure area. Close to shops and restaurants. Carlos, the host, welcomed us very well on site and answered all the questions we had, with great agility and attention. I recommend the place!!

The house is extremely comfortable, all clean and in very good taste. The condominium is of high standard with thermal pool, fitness room, sauna. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is nothing missing. Excellent quality sheets and towels. The hostess is always prompt and attentive. Nothing to complain about, just complimenting.
