Organized, clean and extremely pleasant apartment. The outdoor area is very good to enjoy with the family and has great view! Everything worked well, the communication with the host was open, quick and kind. The site is surrounded by restaurants, shops and shops. The beach is in front of the building, just across the street, I'll definitely come back other times.

The place is great, perfect location, it's in the center, just cross the street and you're on Bombinhas beach and close to Lagoinha and Sepultura beaches. The apartment is very functional, perfect for a couple, it just doesn't have a stove but it has several other utensils. Only note, when you go, bring repellent because it fills with mosquitoes. We highly recommend the place, we love it!

Excellent stay at Sergio's. The apartment is a luxury! Very comfortable, it has 2 en-suite bathrooms plus 1 service bathroom outside the rooms. The area is spectacular and the beach second to none. Highly recommended!!

Nilton and his wife welcomed us with great affection and joy. They left us mineral water in the fridge, a basket with cookies, coffee and a handwritten letter with great affection. They made us feel like family. The apartment is excellent, very well decorated, modern, and stylish. Two large bedrooms and bathrooms, ideal for a couple with 2 children or two adult couples. Plenty of storage space. Even a space in the locked garage to store beach items. A tap for washing your feet and a pool with a shower on the ground floor. Very useful to avoid bringing so much sand into the apartment. Grill on the balcony, private laundry. The cooking utensils are top of the line. Everything is in perfect condition. I would definitely go back!! The best hosts I've met in my last 15 years of traveling! Keep it up!! You're two wonderful people!

The house is great. The view is incredible. Luiz Gustavo super sympathetic even if he saw a message. We had an unforeseen event that was reported to the host who was helpful in resolving it. I hope to return next time.

We enjoyed our holidays. There is lots to do in Bombinhas. Paulo’s apartment is very nice, everything tidy, clearly, and spacious. Has a large pool to enjoy it. Paulo is proactive and responsible.

Excellent stay. The condominium has 3 swimming pools (one heated and two not heated), gym and dry sauna. The apartment has a very large and comfortable bed, gas shower and barbecue with a good balcony, overlooking the pool. The host was very attentive, fulfilling all my requests for changes and answering questions promptly. Recommend! Great!

Beautiful apartment and place...quiet to relax and if you take a few blocks you have the whole move for who likes to be more active. Carlos who attended us in the real estate agency super friendly and very good disposition...luckily we don't need to communicate at all...only the day we were going to know how to probe to deliver the keys...we would come back without a doubt...the apt. has everything you need

Perfect studio in great location! I loved my stay at Manhattan Flats. The space is modern, well decorated, comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent, close to the beach and everything I needed. The building has a great structure, with well-equipped gym and a leisure area with pool table that was a plus in the experience. Ideal for relaxing and also maintaining the training routine. Super recommend and I will definitely return!

Me and my husband took a week to stay in bombs, and we love the apt of Viviane, all extremely clean and organized. She always responds super fast. We take great advantage of the leisure area with cold pools, hot, sauna and the gym. For sure when we get back there I want to stay in the same apartment. Many thanks Viviane.

I went with my family and we LOVED IT. The house is just as shown in photos and the condominium is beautiful and quiet. Fabio was always willing to help and made sure that the air conditioning in the living room and washing machine are arranged for our stay. We would also like to thank Larissa, for showing us the whole place and being willing to answer our questions. The place was super clean and I honestly felt right at home! You can tell that Fabio's family is very fond of his home. We're definitely going back next year. If you are considering staying here and still have questions, DON 'T THINK ABOUT IT ANYMORE. You won't regret it. :)

Our stay was very good. On arrival we had a small mishap with the air-conditioning of one of the rooms and Joseane was extremely helpful and quick to resolve the issue. Very well located place and very complete house. We recommend for sure!

Our experience was great! The house corresponds very well to what is advertised, and Ana is a dear, super helpful and quickly responded to what was necessary. The house is large, clean and organized, with all the items needed for a pleasant stay. The condominium is very good is also well located, with swimming pool, tennis court, and a mini market that saved us when we needed it. The only point I would leave as a suggestion would be to offer towels and bedding. Of the rest I thought everything was great. Come back for sure! 😊 Thank you Ana for the stay!

The house has exceeded our expectations! The location is excellent, very close to the market, gym, beach and with great delivery options in the area. Access is easy and the neighborhood feels very safe. The house itself is even better than in the photos: very comfortable, spacious, well equipped, with everything very clean and organized. The hair dryers are great, which made a big difference to the group. It comfortably accommodates up to 10 people, but it is worth mentioning that, with only two bathrooms, it can get a little crowded. A highlight is also the large backyard, perfect for having fun and enjoying moments outdoors. The host was extremely kind, friendly and always very helpful. We would definitely go back and highly recommend!

The chalet is super complete, had everything we needed and was according to the announcement, checkin and checkout was very quiet, the people at the gatehouse were very receptive and friendly. The chalet has a great space, even bigger than it looked in the pictures. Eliana was very requested and responded promptly to everything, it was a great stay.
